I'm 5'6, and currently 185 lbs with roughly 15% body fat. I have lifted regularly and played sports for years and have always maintained a high level of fitness. So now that I am 30 and a few years out of my military service, I have felt a bit off since my routine changed.

Total testosterone: 621 ng/dl
Vitamin D 25: 41.8 ng/ml

I have relatively normal test levels which surprised me considering my low libido, unfortunately I wasn't able to test my estrogen. It may be due to the stress of moving to a new country and working to pursue my Masters degree. Even so, my sex drive shouldn't be this low, to the point where I can only get half chubs. I think I will have a minor reset and cut down my supplement intake to only Vit D, ZMA, and fish oil. Previously I was taking DIM, multi-vitamins and test booster pills (I know, bad and ineffective). I normally follow the SL 5x5 workouts and have been slacking so definitely need to get back to lifting big and eating big.

Unfortunately there's not enough data to determine whether it's hormonal or psychological. Did you get free testosterone and sensitive estradiol pulled?

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test those since I went to a regular GP. I may have to find a proper endocrinologist to get that test here.

Has anyone had any success with home test kits from ZRT Laboratories? They sell them on Amazon even though they're supposed to be for clinics only. Apparently the people selling them on Amazon are clinics themselves just doing it a different way.

Depending upon which test kit you order it can save a step and a trip to the doctor's office if you just want to monitor levels. Any experience or thoughts on their accuracy?

RE: Testosterone injections
Been doing 40 mg of nolvadex for the past 2 weeks as PCT now for the next 2 weeks im switching to 20 mg ( following reddit steroids protocol).

Problem is my right nipple was slightly irritated during the 40 mg but now its getting ever more irritated. Im scared that once Im done these 2 weeks of nolva, it might get worse.

Any suggestions?

Would take arimidex to reduce some estrogen but read that it conflicts with nolva

RE: Testosterone injections
An AI does not conflict with a SERM.

The nolva is to restart the pituitary. It will also bind to some tissues such as breast tissue and block the estrogen from binding. The dex is to reduce estrogen. If you're having gyno on nolva, you either have shitty nolvadex or you just need to reduce the estrogen overall. Be careful with this because crashing your E2 during PCT is a bad deal, since you won't have very much testosterone left to convert back into E2 once you're low.

I would personally do half a mg of dex EOD until you feel that nipple stop itching and then drop to .25mg EOD unless it starts itching again. Keep the nolvadex where it's at.
