RE: Older Guys (40+)
I'm glad I helped bring this thread back to life. Great insights. Awesome that some of you guys are killing it into your late 50s, way to go fellas. Never underestimate your masculine power, and never forget that sometimes you have to go where the water is to drink. Meaning, of course, that some girls are into it, and some aren't. Find 'em.

And ultimately, I think bagging a younger woman when you're younger for the sake of having a younger gal is a tightrope. Do it for the wrong reasons with the wrong gal and life could turn into your own private hell. On the other hand, we all have realistic limits and it might be best to bag a good one before you get too old, as long as she's a keeper.

But hell, I'm just 37, so maybe I should leave it to the older guys to really talk on this.

Would love to see Roosh right a book on the older male seducer. Probably going out at night will never be my thing and never really was, most guys who practise nightgame unless they are really good would rely on alchol and even younger guys can only do this for a certain amount of time. I have always put fitness first, dressing well and being in really good shape is a must at any age. When you are older it is probably more of an advantage, as fewer and fewer mature guys are able to maintain their fitness, so being in shape when you are older makes you standout that much more.

Could not agree with you more here Magic Bullets!
Staying in shape/being fit is a massive plus as you get older. I`m probably in better physical shape now than i was in my teens and i always get compliments from girls and ladies. Eat clean, eat the right foods, workout and stay in shape as you hits your 40`s and beyond is a must! It will pay dividends for you big time!

Dressing well - another plus. Dont follow fashion trends esp as you get older ie: skinny jeans etc... Get clothing that fit you well, are stylish and compliment your body shape. Clothes that make you feel confident and masculine.

It's possible , but its also alot more difficult.

You don't know what you are talking about.

In my 40s, I could connect with 20-yr olds with absolutely no problem. In fact 40s were a great age because certain 20-yr-old girls just love that age. It's not *all* 20 year old girls but those that did were especially easy to reel in. I prefer submissive women and subbies tend to like older men, so it was like being a kid in the candy shop for me.

Hitting 50 on the other hand, is shit. (see "mid life crisis", and yes, it sucks). Suddenly women, and everybody else too, sees you as "over the hill". You are judged on one and only one factor: how rich or famous you are. If you are 50+ and just getting by with a normal job, or trying to re-invent your career, you might as well be a leper.

50 is the Wiley Coyote moment for men. Guys in your 30s and 40s...do not underestimate how much of a crash it will be for you.

So what's the solution?

Get rich/famous would obviously work.

Or would it be better to marry a hot 24 year old when you are 47?

Or move to Thailand?

Thoughts?

Well, first step. Career success, confidence, and money (all interchangeable assets) are key. Keep focusing your efforts back into your career and your reputation. By the end of your 40s, you'd better be at the absolute peak of your career game.

You can either stay a bachelor and focus all that success to your self, alternatively, as a side path, you can take some of that energy you are pouring into your career, and pour that energy instead into being the 40-something who marries a sweet little 24-yr-old and starts a brood of children.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both routes.

With the stay-single-career route, you are in total control of your own destiny, you can accumulate all the money and power you can manage yourself, and continue banging hot 20 and 30 something gals. But most guys I know in that position become very lonely and "hollow" in their 50s. Banging hot chicks frankly gets pretty boring after a while. Pussy, pussy, pussy. After a while, you feel like a gynecologist, who really gets sick and tired of looking at vaginas. You can travel and climb mountains, but after a while, it all starts looking boring too.

On the other if you pursue the wifey and kids, in your mid-40s let say, and if you do it well (following game principles) you will be able to sit back in your 70s and have the rare pleasure of watching your kids run out and conquer the world in ways that you (in your 70s) can no longer do. That is perfectly satisfying. That's the route I took. But, to go that way you have to accept that you will lose momentum in your own career because of the time and energy you re-route to your kids. You can't go down the wife and kids route half-assed, you have to commit utterly and stick with it for 20 years, no excuses, no backing down. Of course you have that huge risk that the woman you marry will be a typical western idiot and will blow up the family after 10 years, you and the kids will be devastated by the divorce, and your sacrifice will all be in vain.

Dang! You pulling good stuff straight out of Dunedin?

Lol...I haven't pulled from there yet. My little Asian is up there, so that's where I've been setting up camp lately. My pulls have mostly come from the Tampa side of the bay.

Last one I pulled from the Blue Martini, I ended up banging her on a picnic table beside her father in law's (yes, you read that right!) fish farm down in Ruskin.
Ruskin?? Buss a sheet out!! Lol I've been Shredding Wesley Chapel Skeeze for a few weeks and ditched cause of low moral values. Too low even for me so I'm back on Pinellas girls for now.

Yep, Ruskin indeed...it was an epic night!

We didn't go straight to the fish farm, I first pulled her to my hotel where we went a few rounds. Being the gentleman that I am, I didn't just kick her out. Instead, I drove her home to Ruskin and we went one more round on the picnic table just before the sun came up.

I do need to write some of this stuff up, so I'll bust out a Tampa Bay data sheet detailing some of my exploits and favorite venues.

You're the local Tampa VIP King, so expect to be rep'd in said data sheet with a standing invite to pop in anytime.

I think it's worth a second look, some of the principles he talks about transcend the specifics of the clothes that you see on there. My two cents.

I'm the one who writes the blog DirtMan linked to. While I get that some of the stuff can come across as gay to older men, you'd be surprised by how much better you can do with the ladies by dressing well.

Yes an older man should avoid fashion and trends and stick with style and thankfully, most men your age dress like complete garbage and it's pretty easy to stand out. Button-up shirts, well-fitting chinos, and a blue sport coat are a basic upgrade and will do wonders.

I don't even know how these dudes stay clean enough to wear white shorts. My dog jumps on me, I may stick my head under the sink or whatever at any given minute. Dressing anything like those dudes would really suck.

When I wear outfits like that (and I sometimes do), I get more attention from gay men than from women.

More young women are being drawn to traditionally masculine men.

Cowboy boots destroy topsiders, even in places like LA and SF.

Crazy Mike to each his own!

I haven't gotten hit on by men with my very flamboyant outfits, I've actually had girls straight take photos of me.

I've tried the cowboy look and it doesn't work as well for me, oh well.

Trick with the "flamboyant" look is to make it ridiculously obvious you are straight. Only way to do so in that outfit is to have strong dance skills and be very direct.

Think the only looks we'd agree on are the professional ones given our different types of "game". I'll attempt the cowboy look again when I no longer look like I am 9 years old! I'll leave this thread back to the older cats

I go for an executive look or smart casual. I am certainly not trying to be a teenager. Suits, classy jackets and leather jackets. Footwear goes down well also.

I turned 50 back in March. Getting older in life isn't so bad because of the supreme confidence I have developed. Yeah, I've been called arrogant and I simply don't care.

I've had my share of female victories and more than my share of female defeats.

Some guys my age will still be chasing dames and I respect that. But I see my role in the Manosphere as an eminance grise mentoring the younger generation. I hope other guys with some years on them also make an effort to reach out to the younger generations of men with some solid Red Pill wisdom.

I've had some bad experiences mentoring some younger guys. Some are just too “progressive” to catch on and are basically feminist. I think 50% of the problem with the women in America is the pussyfied men.

As far as dressing goes, I’m lucky, because I used to dress pretty old while I was in a long term relationship. Those kakis are the new men’s uniform. Used to wear them all the time, until I had a friend redress me 8 years ago. Then I got a young girlfriend who redressed me, and have been getting compliments ever since.

Older guys shouldn’t fear younger guys. We have more money and experience. I have a lot more ability to handle the bullshit women give. When I was younger I’d have to win an argument with a girl, because my ego was too involved. Now, I let the girl think she’s won some silly argument and then just bang her the next day…..no fight, just sex!

I think a 40+ forum would be a great idea. I don't think i've EVER seen a site about game for older guys-- most of it seems too focused on young kids, really.

Nor have I ever seen a style site focused on people 40+, that is actually stylish, without making you look ridiculously wealthy, like GQ or Esquire. Correct me if i'm wrong here.

I took a look at the site, you do have a lot of fashion that I wouldn't really consider that masculine although I really liked the pic you had on this article especially where you make note to compare what he's wearing to the guy on the left.
