RE: Bangkok Datasheet 2014.
My advice would be to aim high, especially if you're there for longer.

I was in BKK for a short trip and settled for guaranteed lays 2/3 nights I went out (6s). If you're decent looking with decent game you can easily pull 8+

I posted more about my time there earlier in the thread if you're interested:

https://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-32193...pid1183760

However, don't walk around all entitled and shit because you're Korean... I think a Thai said one of the reasons they like Koreans more than the white man, etc is because we don't 무시 or look down/disrespect them. Definitely learn a little Thai - goes a long way

RE: Bangkok Datasheet 2014.
Just a FR from Bangkok in late December.

So me and my 2 mates Chicken and Saa had some pre-game in our apartment. If I could've talked to myself prior I would have told myself to fucking clean up the place! We had an apartment to ourselves through airbnb. $10/person/night. Not bad! Send me a Pm if you want the link.
We finally made it out to "Cheap Charlies". I wasn't in BKK long so I can't tell you where it is, although $2 drinks works well with a uni student.
My background on game is basically from the Neil Strauss book which I picked up a few weeks prior. It is very outdated but some of the tech works like a charm on some of these women.
Started off with the usual conversation and talked for a bit pulled up a chair as it got a bit friendly. I told her I know some magic and joined hands and told her about herself. The usual bullshit “you are very independent and you don't need others to have fun”. I told to think of a number between 1 and 10. She chose 7 and was absolutely surprised. So was I.
We talked more and I admit that I got a bit sloppy. She told me the friends she was with were pros but she was a 'hairdresser' (her story didn't vary after this).

I told her I had to see my friends and did so, then came back later and suggested we bounce. It took a while to convince her because her friends didn't want to. We went to a club and it was pretty expensive and I thought I was getting played. This woman bought 3 drinks and had the balls to ask me to tip the bartender (which I should have told her to fuck off to).

We went back to my apartment in the end and got the notch with no LMR. She even got her own taxi back.

Lesson: Don't give them your phone number, they will constantly message you every hour of the goddamn day.
Note: Kino was pretty hard around her friends, but once I isolated her to the club, she was a lot happier to make out and dance.

RE: Bangkok Datasheet 2014.
Of course, I'm sorry for the other white brothers here but many of the fat beta white men who come to Thailand because being white is apparently "all you need to get laid in Asia" have downright shitty attitudes when talking to these girls. They are degrading them not-so-subtly and sometimes these girls actually understand wtf you're saying. Play the gentlemen game but don't be a bore. It always works to learn abit(but not too much) of the native language just enough to stand out but not blend in with the locals. It worked when I gamed this way in HK( I held back my Cantonese ability and spoke in simple Cantonese sentences) and the chicks loved it. There was this white dude who spoke fluent Cantonese because he learnt it or smth that the girls soon found him boring and "less exotic."

One line that is standard for me is to point at her and say "Hangugol baywo hago shipo?"(You want to learn Korean?)
When she says yes, I'll tell her "Ok, then I'll teach you Korean *tap lightly on her left cheek" and you'll teach me (insert girl's native language) and then tap lightly on her lips. Its simple flirting and it sends the message across that you're not just looking simply for language exchange. This normally generate some giggles and IOIs to let you know its good to take the next step. I love these Korean fangirls.

I'm loving this concept that East Asians don't look down on Thais or other Southeast Asians. That is some funny shit. The Koreans are the most bigoted of them all!

More likely, groupie girls are just telling you what you want to hear. The farang groupie version being "Thai guy no good naka. Always cheating!!!"

PM me for accommodation options in Bangkok.

I'm suspecting this is one of the oldest plays in their girl game playbook... not just confined to thais, but also with pinays, other asians, and latinas.

RE: Bangkok Datasheet 2014.
Nah. The difference is this

Koreans are definitely racist. But not in an "in-your-face" kind of way. Like Koreans typically don't do stupid shit in public that gives us a bad rep as a whole. I remember I saw some Australian(?) trashed off his ass in Seoul one night just shouting on the street, "All i hear is gookanese chink talk. Fuck these gooks" or something like that after probably striking out with the local girls. I grew up in the USA so I'm used to people making a fool of themselves. In Korea, things like that are rare as people care more about how they are perceived by others and have a bit more social awareness/skills (social skills =/= loud and annoying and having no filter but more being able to read people around you IMO - Koreans have a word for this)

How this relates to how SE Asians may think:

Korean tourists probably won't be openly condescending to them like Western tourists, feeding their perception that Koreans don't look down on them. However, if you see a Korean with a foreigner, they are going to be more open-minded than your average Korean

Also, sorry. It wasn't a Thai person that said Koreans don't look down on them. But a Korean person who told me that's why they like us. (So maybe not true). But generally, I didn't see Koreans acting a fool like white tourists when I was in BKK

RE: Bangkok Datasheet 2014.
I think some East Asians definitely have the mentality that SE Asia is technologically behind their countries(Which is true) and as a result have some fucked up mindset about being better than them. I experienced that with the Japs so I'm not sure how the Koreans fare in that aspect. Then again, I would like to think that it is the Japanese who are culturally ignorant and are unwilling to find out anything beyond their Japan bubble despite most having the ability to do so.

Then again, maybe it could be who's just being realistic. Not acting like a dick to the locals doesn't make me a saint, it just means I know what I need to do to avoid being bashed up in a foreign environment that I have no connections in and also to bang some of the local girls while at it.

I have heard stories of Korean families disowning their sons for marrying a Southeast Asian woman. There's a reason why K-guys go to get laid in SEA but almost never come back with a bride. Social stigma. Barring a sudden cultural change, all those girls who dream of marrying a white-skinned, tall Korean guy are in for a lot of disappointment...

PM me for accommodation options in Bangkok.

Maybe a dumb question, but should I bring my macbook with me to Bangkok and Jakarta if my airbnb places don't have safes? Need I worry about it getting stolen?

I bring my laptop with me all over the world but I always hide it away before I go out clubbing or on dates in case I bring someone home.
I also never had anyone breaking into my airbnb places in Asia. The ones I stay in usually have good security and in safe neighborhoods.

So in summary it should be ok to bring one.

Lol, I do the same thing. I remember reading something here years ago where someone said that girls can 'sometimes' freak out after a bang if you kick them out. Hasn't happened before but I've been safeguarding ever since.

The first thing I do before going out, or before someone comes over [When I'm traveling] is to hide my macbook somewhere safe lol.

If anyone wants to know a hotel/AirBnB with safe let me know

Hotel is near BTS Nana and AirBnB near BTS Thong Lo (like right next to it)

Each time I pulled, I would semi-discreetly put my wallet and such in the safe as the girl went to the bathroom lol

Anyone know a supermarket that sells whole bbq chickens in Bangkok? It's my favourite form of protein in the west, but have never been able to find anything resembling one in Thailand.

I have seen one slight shift..and that's actual Korean/Pinay couples with kids in Manila. It's still rare but i've seen it before in a few condos i've stayed at. I was quite surprised by it too.

I will say that most of the asian men from the developed NEA countries don't prefer Thais for marriage to begin with. There's a lot of reasons behind that but there is the rep that Thais have an insular culture, are considered "difficult" relationship wise, and have a work/lifestyle ethic that's undesirable. Once you've dated quite a few Thai women you can see where they're coming from. Thai women are fun for mini relationships and flings but for LTR..i'd even strongly advise against it. Thais are inherently a bit too cagey and flighty for anything more than that. If you do see a marriage it's usually ethnic Chinese to ethnic Chinese-Thai or something.

The reality is Pinays and i'm sure Thais definitely know which country they can leverage the most advantage in a relationship. Asian countries aren't really multicultural or gynocentric so if the relationship doesn't work out they are sometimes completely on their own. Plenty of stories of SEA women marrying some guy in Korea or Taiwan and ending up living in the countryside taking care of their husband's mom.

On the other hand if things don't work out in the west they can have a second, third.. nearly unlimited tries at the well plus a society and legal system that enriches women at the expense of men.

You will see them at some Big C supermarkets. Around 120b.

There's still a stigma attached to East Asians (Japan/China/Korea) marrying SE Asians as there still tends to be a lot of latent racism towards Asians outside of East Asia. Still, there is a terrible demographic trend in most of these countries, where people aren't having kids. Couple that with a general trend where women are increasingly picky and holding out for rich guys and now there's a concerted propaganda effort in Korea where there are TV programs and newspaper articles essentially saying, "Marrying a Filipina/Vietnamese/etc broad ain't so bad".

Look for the red gai yang stands. A whole chicken is about 120 THB. Really nice too.

I've never been super concerned about the laptop since its so large. But I am a bit paranoid about my phone and wallet since they are in my pants and cant be hidden away so easily. When I remember, I'll bring the jeans with me when I go to the bathroom at night but sometimes I forget and then I am like "Fuck my shit is out there with that girl I dont know".
Luckily nothing has been stolen so far.

Anyone in Bangkok next weekend? Hitting the countryside up until the weekend.

I'm kind of amazed how cheap it is to get your own apartment in a major city like Bangkok; even in optimal locations.
