sup yall, I'm going to book tickets from Naples>Budapest in a few mins will be only there for 6 days sadly, as I'm doing college courses online + I already exceeded my budget for this trip that I'm on.

I'm 24 Jamaican-American just looking to hook up with chicks tbh and do the tourist stuff, haven't had much success out here in Naples so far.

PM me if you're looking for a wing, or are just in the city, first rounds on me

edit: will be there from the 17th-23rd of this month, is English spoken fluently throughout the city?

Italy is a tough place to crack, not a great place for picking up tail.

What were you guys paying for a 1 bedroom apartment in the center? I'm being quoted about 1k for a month right now. Its literally the cheapest. its August and they say its a hot time of year so they can't go any lower.... Mind you these apartments have A/C and are centrally located.

@Trojans10 sounds like they are hitting you with the foreigner tax...Thates crazy expedunsive for Budapest unless the place is super plush in the perfect location with a phenomonal view.

That is bullshit expensive.

However keep in mind the Sziget Festival runs during August (10th - 17th) which brought in a record 400,000+ people over the week in 2015 and because of this the prices for accommodation usually surge to absurd levels in the city.

That's way too expensive for such a small apartment. Sziget may be somewhat driving prices up, although it's pretty far from the city centre, so I don't know how much impact it really has on centrally located apartments. You should be paying closer to half of that price given how strong the dollar currently is.

Thanks... Where are you guys getting your apartments?!

I look at airbnb, and everything is sooooo pricey. Any insight here? Miniumum I see it 900euros for a month stay...

I see long term rentals for 3+ months for literally half that... ideas?

Wow, I checked out prices at Airbnb for August, it's crazy expensive. If you were to rent a similar apartment for long term, you'd be paying approximately $400-$500.

I wasn't aware prices were so inflated for August at Airbnb (I checked out October and the same ones cost about $700). Plus the vast majority of the apartments are already reserved, as there's not much time left. Looks like you've got to shell out around 1k for an apartment like that.

Message the owner directly and tell them that you are willing to pay cash for bulk time at a reduced price.

I think there are post in this thread and other threads about how to get deals in air bnb.

yes, it's cheap. everything is cheap here - unless you are buying clothes/electronics etc.

i'll be around when you come to town if you want to meet up.

A friend of mine has done his dental implants in Hungary using the service of dentalimplantfriends. Price is almost a fraction of what he would pay in the UK. Budapest based dental implants clinic is professional and reliable with friendly and knowledgeable staff. He has been happy with the treatment he got and yes it is much much cheaper.

So THAT's why my AirBnB for my trip in August was so expensive .... Laugh

Definitely going to have to check that out. Looks legit.

I'm going to be there September - November and am paying $720 USD / month, but that was after a lot of digging.

RE: My Life in Budapest- Sourcecode's Budapest Thread
Third night in Budapest. Will try and provide a field report without breaking the rules

Friday night
-Head out to szimpla @ 930pm. Zero alcohol tonight, I must've ordered 8 still waters. A lad from a stag party bumped into me while I drank and chipped my front tooth Angry

-Get a handful of leads, makeout with a cute british girl. Man, 9/10 people I talk to are british tonight. More on that later...

-Meetup with a buddy I met on the flight here. We hang around Szimpla for a little longer. Whenever we're in set together it feels like I have to baby step him through the process, he's very platonic, etc. We head out towards Deak Square

-Chat up a few hungarian girls, I'm talking to this one girl for an extended period of time and my buddy bails out. Okay. Hungarian girl politely tells me she's not interested, after about 20 minutes of chatting.

-Head towards Otkert by myself. Honestly, I feel really good at this point. Line isn't too long and after paying a cover (2000 HUF), I get inside. I order one last water, and open this hungarian girl on the dance floor. Banging body. Bring her and her friend outside, the one I initially opened goes searching for a cigarette so I talk to the friend. I find out she's a lesbian, 10 minutes later. Move on

-Head back inside, approach 2 very cute girls dancing. Tap one on shoulder, turns out she's (guess what) british. Cute as hell though, we makeout within 30 seconds and I tell her to introduce me to her friends. They like me, I pull her outside to the smoking area. We chat for about 20 minutes, and one friend come to cockblock. She shoos her away. Lovely.

-I chit chat with the friends and get them on my side. They love me. We decide to all go to another bar, we walk and I hand out gum to all the friends, it's 5 of them and me. We're almost there and the friends all decide that they want to go back to where we were, but that me and my girl should go home together. I walk her back to her airbnb, closed. They all come back to the airbnb an hour later and I chill out with them on the couch, they let me stay the night.

The night life here is great. You can start early (7-8-9pm) and by the time peak hour arrives you're on the ball. Looking forward to what else this city has in store

In Budapest now. The "Budapest Booty" is a real thing. Non-existant! Most women have no ass.

If you want a woman with a nice ass, stay away.
