After reading a bit of this topic, I have seen this video :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qffjimtmj8

To be honest, this is pretty impressive. Didn't know this existed. Need to be changed every 8/10 months as I understood. 300 $ / 350$ maybe, not that expensive IMHO.
Anyone here ever used this kind of ''hair replacements'' ?

If you have a small-medium bald spot like I do and feel self-conscious about it, this stuff is an absolute miracle:

Dermmatch

Applied correctly with the right (short) hairstyle it looks great and I'd say is 95% undetectable, and stays on really well. I've been on dates with it, banged girls with it, dated girls for months using it and I'm pretty sure the ones I didn't explicitly tell about it were none the wiser.

"I was skeptical at first...."

Cheap, low-tech "solution" for certain kinds of baldness, while you otherwise treat it or explore more permanent options. Works better on the crown than it does on the hairline, though.

Let me see" after 3 minutes of conversation. In my opinion, you have to take the hat off and show her what you are working with. Avoiding it, even playfully, makes you look super insecure.

Agree and amplify works great - show off that sexy dome. Just be sure not to let an OUNCE of insecurity shine through or its game over - be very careful with self-deprecating humor unless you are naturally hilarious and/or super confident. I've grown to love my bald head so for me its no big deal, but it wasn't always that way.

Even if it's only a shit test - it's still a hilariously rude thing for a girl to say. Can you imagine being mid-conversation with a chick at the bar and saying "Wait, are those high-waisted shorts covering your beer gut? Let me see."

When a girl drops this line in first five minutes of conversation, its a foolproof indicator of whether she is an awful person. Pump and dump accordingly.

Or don't wear a hat inside, ever...

Hats serve two purposes: Keeping your head warm and dry or protecting it from the sun. Be stylish sure, but wearing one at a bar is just over doing it and reflects a lack of confidence.

Take it off whenever you enter a building....Old school.....

RE: Hat Game for Bald Guys or Guys with Bad Hair
Just a few words on caps, 'cos caps aint caps.
I'm not balding as such, though I'm George Clooney silver. (I'm the same age as Roosh)
I'm not insecure about it, I like it. I've known it was coming since the first greys appeared in my teens
I'm just a hat guy, I've worn a hat every single day for as long as I can remember. I work outdoors every day and not weaing a hat feels like not wearing pants. Typically a cap, but depends on the weather. Beanie when it's freezing cold or a cowboy hat if I'm out in harsh sun all day, otherwise a cap.
Years ago I used to buy motorcycle related caps (like Fox, Jetpilot, Spy, Metal Mulisha, etc) which were good quality caps that fitted well. After a while when I didn't ride dirt bikes so often I started to question why I was spending money to be a walking billboard for brands I had no association with.
After that I just started wearing industry related freebie hats that I got from my line of work, like so many other men I know do. I discovered that it's very easy to keep an indefinite supply of free hats coming if you want to.
The trouble is that free hats are not good hats, they don't fit well, and recently when I saw photos of myself on stage wearing a billboard for a company I just happen to buy supplies from on my head, I decided I would go and find a plain black cap.
It was surprisingly easy to find, so now I have a well fitting plain black cap with no logo on it. The first time my son saw me in it he said "That hat makes you look younger", and the second time he said "I can't believe a different hat makes someone look so different"
First time I wore it out the change was obvious, girls that would normally pass me by were waving, smiling, and saying hi.
A well fitted cap looks good on a man.

^^

Glad you made this post. I also get a lot of mileage out of a plain black cap.

I've gotten noticeably more results with a black cap out in public while wearing street wear of a well fitted Tshirt, jeans and sneakers. I'm roughly the same age and shaved bald. I didn't start wearing caps until a couple of years ago, but now I love wearing them as long as its appropriate (eg daytime).

I only use free branded garbage when I'm doing outdoorsy activities that don't involve the possibility of meeting women (hiking, running, fishing etc).

RE: Hat Game for Bald Guys or Guys with Bad Hair
wow, hat game. I struggle to find a hat to even fit my giant watermelon, but my nomadic lifestyle has me currently enjoying the thin 'running' hats which stretch and have exhaust vents on the top. I 100% did it for blocking the sun, but never thought about it game-wise. At 42, you learn that some women love a bald head. Maybe they think it looks like a giant dickhead! For years I tried so many near-combovers type hair cuts and was over-grooming. Just watch some Jason Statham movies - dudes a beast at 50. Not trying to get that ripped, but the point is - focus on your strengths. Some opt for growing a legendary beard. If you really don't like them starting ar your dome, bring the focus down by wearing crazy shirts or pants - Roosh calls it peacocking.

Got to have the shine though- buff it out for a good sheen and be like George on Seinfeld - the episode of him rubbing his oiled-up head on that black chick LOL!

If you have a long face, get a longer brim and don't wear the pork pie style.

How is a porkpie hat supposed to fit? I got one and it seems little tight. When on heisenberg style i have about an 1 1/2" of space between the rim and the ears. If I wear it back touching the ears, 3" of forehead shows. I'm bald too. There is a larger size available as well.

It's often said that if you are balding, don't wear a hat because it looks insecure- like you are trying to hide your balding. There may be some truth to that, but that's not the only reason why you'd want to wear a hat if you are losing your hair.

People with good hair have a frame around their face that draws attention to the parts that are important for communication- the eyes and mouth.

When you are losing your hair, you lose that frame, especially while you are in the midst of hair loss- there is a lot of visual noise going on on top of the head.

I wear a hat not just to conceal my balding, but also because I like how it frames my face and draws attention to my eyes. I don't want the girl to be distracted by my thinning hair. It can also look more mysterious and possibly be evocative of some kind of archetype of power (like a king who wears a crown).

Guys who have bad hair can also use hats in this way.

Going out with a shaved head can be good because it gets rid of the thinning hair noise thing, but it still draws a lot of attention to your head instead of your face, especially if you are a white guy. Darker skin guys can pull it off more easily I think because they don't have this giant glowing white bulb resting above their eyes.

At night, when things are fast paced and girls are making quick decisions about who they want to give their attention to, a hat can help a lot of guys even if they aren't balding. It can make you standout from a crowd.

To broaden that last point: a lot of players who aren't looking for a long term relationship only need enough game to get dick into pussy. Once that finish line is passed, the relationship with the girl changes. After you've banged a girl out, maybe once or probably after a few times, you can, and will often need to do things that you can't do when you first meet her. Things like showing her anger if she misbehaves or whatever. There's definitely a dividing line between pre-bang game and post-bang game.

People might argue that wearing lifts if you are short, or trying to conceal your bad or balding hair is a reflection of weak inner game, but I'd argue that they can help level the playing field for you more, and possibly give you an advantage.

Maybe it is "cheating" or "lying" but who cares if you aren't going to see the girl again.

Quick fixes can work.. think about those old cowboy movie sets where the houses were fake facades. Sure they aren't real, but they function perfectly to help sell the reality of the movie.

Besides, in the same way that a girl can be more approachable during the day than when she's bitching out at a nightclub, a girl can be more forgiving of your short comings after you've conquered her sexually. In fact, if your game is strong she will start making things up about you to re in force her fantasy. Once that hamster starts spinning in overdrive, a girl will often think things like your dick is bigger than it is, or that you are famous, or whatever it is that puts you on a pedestal so she can worship you.

There's no shame in doing whatever it takes to win that first bang in this game.

I'm pretty much bald and while hats are useful in bright sun, for sure minimize having one on. It does make you look insecure. Just be real, and that's usually all it takes

Smile ) I've taken meds for 15 years (mainly finasteride + minoxidil), which have slowed down the process without major side-effects. My hairline has receded pretty far but I'm still hanging in there and refusing to give up and shave... Well, I do shave on the sides and back very short and leave the top a bit longer. I also bleach my hair. I thicken the hair with MSM, glue-type hairgel and Toppik. The result is far from beautiful, but acceptable and suits me probably better than totally shaven head.

I experimented with partial (frontal) custom hairpieces 10 years ago for a couple of years. I had 4 long term girlfriends at the time and they didn't have a clue... I'm not sure whether the hairpiece helped with women in general but I don't think it hurt. In the end it was too much of a hassle to use it so I quit.

I often wear a trendy baseball cap when outdoors, and on nice summer days I prefer a straw cowboy hat... Not many men wear them here in my country, so it grabs attention, which is a good thing of course. Usually on a night out several women (and men) compliment my hat, and I feel that it has helped my game.

At this point how much would you say you have spent on your hairline? Genuine question. 15 years on meds and custom made hairpieces don't come cheap, after all.

Sorry for the late reply. You got a point, a reasonable sum has been spent on my hair, although the meds are virtually free right now (generic finasteride costs maybe 25 euros per year..) and the custom hairpieces were "custom designed" by myself and made cheaply in China, so not very expensive at all, maybe $150 a pop.

Of course a lot has been spent on styling products etc. over the years, but who doesn't...

I tried shaving it all last summer and I didn't like it. The shape of my skull is not favorable...

Temporarily lost a patch of hair on the front of my scalp d/t surgery for a laceration d/t a fall while climbing. It should be OK by spring. Until then, I've been wearing a baseball cap or a beanie. It's been fine. Girls seem to like the bb cap, but the beanie makes me look like a thug. I kinda like it though.
