To be honest I didn't even think about preparedness and squatting. You know you can always read about ATG and parallel squats and discussions are mainly do one or the other with some say do both. But NONE talk about prerequisites. I might have fallen into category of those guys that need to have step by step introduction into the depth. Even though I managed to achieve full depth on the first try with no problems.

The Starting Strength book coupled with a few coaching sessions really helped me. I was doing my squats all fucked up and my right knee was killing me. Now that I have been doing them properly, the knee pain is gone even though I'm lifting heavier. It almost feels like proper squats can have a therapeutic effect on the knees.

"Okay (and I'm laughing now, because this is so funny), so we're A) not supposed to give you flowers, B) pay you compliments, or C) look at you. Anything else? Because I'm struggling to figure out the reason why after hearing that, I'm feeling like I'd rather get fucked in the ass by a Cape Buffalo than ever have to sit through dinner with you. Maybe you can figure it out for me. When you do, let me know. I'll be at Natasha's house."

Same.
The Blue Book and 1 SS Squat Seminar basically taught me how to squat.
Highly recommended.
Squat is really the toughest movement to nail down form-wise, the rest will improve overtime.

Wanted to put this in Fashion lounge but this is more appropriate. Emporio Armani has these microfiber form fitting V-Neck that looks almost like a muscle shirt, except it's elegant and classy enough to be worn casually. The materials is extremely comfortable and cool in the summer heat, and the form extremely flattering for you niggas out there who been upping their pecs and shoulder game.

Bought one in black for myself, waiting for the blue navy one to be back to stock. Get them on sales else it's not worth the money.

^^^you got a link?

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.

It's all the rage here in Paris and it's currently the sale season. Not sure if you guys have stock in USA.

Always been a big fan of Armani, their cut is young and masculine. I've been wearing their v-necks for 3 years now, fit well and the cotton last for about 1-2 years without losing their form like H&M crap. These microfibers must be the next sell. Not sure how long the fiber would lose its stretch but time will tell.

I am searching for tips on food.
I´ve never eaten healthy and my body is used to maintain good level of performance even with low quality food, but I recently realized I should do a little bit better. In my new job I don´t have access to restaurants or so on, so I usually eat some kind of sandwiches.
What I search for is something what is easy to prepare (no need to cook) and has some nutritional contribution for my body. It doesn´t have to be main dish, just something I eat together with my sandwich or if I am hungry after dinner.

I don´t like fruit, vegetables and milk and it´s products (except some cheese)

What do you even eat then? Bread, meat, and cheese? You need to get some more vitamins and fiber in your diet. Not eating veggies or fruits (or even much dairy) is not great for you.

If you just want healthy snack then eat nuts and granola.
