Guys could do it too, but be really obnoxious about placing the mattresses in really inconvenient locations such as blocking exits, etc. until they annoyed the shit out of everyone so much that a complete moratorium on mattress carrying were called. The only way to fight this kind of thing is AAA: agree, amplify, accelerate. It would be twice as funny if the guy she accused of raping her did it just to fuck with her also.
