The girls will be so picky that they'll never get matches I'd bet, doesn't hurt to have this supplement your online game.
Since 8/25 I've got one match, an SJW, we talked a bit, then got matched with a semi cute Mexican girl.
I've swiped almost everything that was on there. I have a feeling there are a lot of fake profiles.

If men didn't make all the effort, there'd be a hell of a lot of lonely pussy out there.
Yep, Bumble is a joke, women are too damn picky, it's hilarious, so they'll never talk to a match.
Yet they bitch about tons of guys opening them, "just not the right one".

RE: Bumble! tinder but the girls message first
Guys, be aware that it's common for new websites and apps to create a lot of fake profiles in order to get traction. It's even more common for dating sites to create fake female profiles. "Hey" messages from girls that then lead to her deleting you could be very easily automated to "pay out" after you've matched a certain amount of people or waited a certain period of time. Casinos and dating sites have used this trick to make guys stay and renew membership for ages.
Apart from that, I think they have a good business model, though maybe not for us guys. By keeping the spam that women receive from guys low since she has to initiate, they're obviously targeting the women as customers. It makes perfect sense to do this as it's easier to sell based on emotions (and girls have plenty). Thirst is strong, so there will ALWAYS be guys on dating sites, so I'd be surprised if any sites cater to men beyond making sure he gets a "payout" often enough to stick around and/or pay the recurring fee.
I'm not saying Bumble! is a lost cause, but I have a very strong feeling the girls look like semi-celebrities because pictures are taken from public Instagram profiles...

I have one date on this and she turned out to be fucking ugly and I've had other matches but 90% of them haven't said a word. Waste of fucking time. Girls pretty much already hold all the cards on Internet dating, this thing actually makes them weaker as they actually do the approach, or at least they would do if they wanted to or weren't fake profiles.
Putting aside that online dating and dating apps are generally pretty useless for the amount of time required, I slightly disagree that Bumble is giving more power to the female. I think letting them show interest first is a good thing and saves time. In my experience with apps/online, if a girl shows genuine interest while opening you first, then is keen/eager to go on a date... it's a good indicator that you are at least getting your dick touched that night as long as you aren't passive and take back the lead. Of course some girls will only respond if you initiate, but how many times have you matched and started a convo on Tinder only to have it lead nowhere? I would say a girl who doesn't keep a match on Bumble would likely ignore that same match on another app, even if they opened her.
I'm currently in a city where there just aren't enough people on Bumble, but I was recently in a large city and I literally couldn't run out of chicks to swipe. In a couple days, with limited wifi, I matched with dozens and most were very bangable. Many opened with 'hey' but many actually tried starting a conversation. I was busy and it was clear on my profile I was just visiting so that may have affected my ability to pull but I think if I lived there I'd be able to set up dates non-stop with this thing.

Interesting, but here on the forum, the only real metric is "how many bangs will this get me?"
