RE: Black Mirror (Incredible TV Show)
I just watched the second episode of the new season. I was disappointed, the ending was very underwhelming after all that build up.

I think they could have expanded on the meditation thing a lot more, I was excited to see that on a mainstream show especially one about the dark side of technology. I was hoping there would be more about how toxic social media is to mental health and that the daughters suicide would be attributed to social media addiction as well. But all that kind of all fell apart in the last 10 minutes.

"That's 100% Cambodian."

I think the show isn't as 'edgy' as people want it to be anymore, because Booker has said everything he wanted to say about the dangers of tech, and people listened. People are definitely more wary personally about how technology can negatively affect their lives. I've heard people have conversations about not letting their kids on social media because of the effects it has.

With all the news about tainted Huawei hardware, software government backdoors, and the silicon valley agendas, the problems of tech on a larger scale are being talked about too.

So now when an episode mentions a Facebook clone having a 'dopamine department,' we just shrug our shoulders and say, "yeah, we already know about that."

I like having somebody that cares about me that I can cheat on.''

RE: Black Mirror (Incredible TV Show)
I watched episode two.

- cop that first notices there is a problem = female (her male partner is oblivious)
- cop that "take charge" of hostage situation = female
- social media network employee who "cracks the code" = female (and black)
- hostage negotiator who sucks at his job and gets humiliated = male/white
- main character who is a frustrated loser = male/white
- innocent victim of main character, who in the end proves infinitely kind and self-sacrificing = male/black
