You want a six pack? Great! start hitting the cooking lessons, and visit a nutrionist to cook your own meals - not a personal trainer in a gym who wants you to knock out 300 crunches in 2 minutes on top of fat you'll never get rid of. (yes, I have my 6-pack). I do not do sit-ups or swiss ball, or any of that crap you see Tony Little advertising on infomercials at 3:00am when you cannot sleep.

I never banged any woman that does not beg to pass her tongue through the grooves in my abs....seriously.

So, a six-pack gets my vote!

Okay... I agree that having a six pack is attractive... but does it help your game in any situation other than the beach/pool?

Girls in general are more into the weak ripped look. I'm personally in the same boat as you with regards to genetics, and have found I do better with women when strong/husky. When I'm strong and 200lbs.+ I'm more comfortable and confident and thus also a lot more outgoing. I really don't enjoy being a skinny pussy, so even though I believe women prefer the skinny look I've found better results with the opposite.

Having six-pack abs gives you the same power post-bang as her pussy did to her pre-bang.

So, the answer is not during pre-bang game. Unless you're on the beach/pool in the summer (I live on the beach, so it is of paramount importance to have a six-pack) Having abs is something she sees until she is undressing you and has decided to go ahead and bang you.

However, it is not necessary to have a six pack to get laid. The only thing women do not want is a belly hanging over you belt - really, that's it. If you are not ripped, and just flat - it's cool. But having love-handles and a hanging stomach (muffin top) over your belt is definitely a big NO-NO!

However, the real power of abs, is post-bang game. You see, when a woman sees what a delicious man she can chew on every night after she's had sex with you....she'll never fuck it up 'cuz she does not want any woman to steal her lollipop. Women are sexually selfish, especially when she lands a guy with a six-pack.

Basically, it gives you power of controlling the relationship (even if its just a sexual one) and her...however way you please after sex is accomplished.

I'm not hating. Are you saying that you had a six pack without ever working out ?

The guys I've seen who are big and strong because of their genetics and don't work out have no six pack, it's only those who go to the gym imho.

Anyway, it's all about about looking naturally strong.

Oh, regarding Chuck Norris, his body is certainly not fictional.

Yes,I had a six pack before I ever started working out. I repeat, muscle definition (six pack, tricep/bicep seperation) is a measurement of low body fat percentage NOT how well one works out.
You can do all the crunches you want but if you don't have your body fat at a low enough percentage no one will ever see.

I used to train with two of my friends. Both were very experienced in weight lifting. One of them was fat but worked diligently on his stomach. I didn't even do the crunches properly. I always had a six pack (although now, it's only visible in the morning due to my current bulking stage).
and sometimes months would go by without my doing any crunches.
He never skipped an exercise.

RE: Strong & Fat or Weak & Ripped
I agree fully with Mixx. When I was in Miami, I'd never seen so many people in the gym before working on that body because it's not about the summer body there, it's about the all year round body.

Here in Toronto, you see a lot of sloppy bodies and people content to drag their fat around for decades with excuses.

In regards to game, every little thing helps. I've been able to push women into penetration by revealing parts of my body to them when we are in private vicinities.

Some people seem very stubborn to add new angles to their repetoire. If a sexy 9 came up to you and wanted to bang you because you were latin/black/white/asian/etc..would you turn her down because you weren't able to game her the way you wanted to?

If a woman that I am very attracted to comes up to me and rubs my six pack asking me if I'd like to meet later for drinks, will I reject her because I know she was attracted by my body? Fcuk no.

Having a good body helps to trigger the idea of sex in a woman's head. Game is more than just talking. Game is leveraging EVERYTHING you've got to get that sex. It's body language, it's how you look and everything.
Wearing a custom suit (aka G-Manifesto) to strike the DHV into a woman's skull is the same as letting her eyes feast on your body (if you've got it).

Would you bang a 9 with a body like a 3 (i.e fatty with face)? Probably not.
Women are the same exact way.

I've closed several women in my place due to letting them see the sample. The shyt works. It's universal.

RE: Strong & Fat or Weak & Ripped
My personal experience is that most 'regular' women are put off by the body builder type in terms of physical attractiveness. Every woman I've ever been with seem to be more attracted to certain parts of the male physique rather than the whole thing. For example the current girl I'm seeing comments on how she really likes my arms. The one before her admitted she loved the shape of the male 'V' and that's what really draws her to a guy. And believe it or not I've actually had a girl tell me she really liked my legs.

The point is that women are really put off by these muscle head types with big ripping arms and legs where it looks like these guys came off the steroid assembly line. And most women are attracted to specific features rather than the entire package. When a chick is gawking at the male physique you bet your bottom dollar she's not looking at the whole thing but focusing on one physical aspect that really appeals to her (arms, butt, abs, legs funny enough just like men). That being said don't go out of your way trying to build up all of these areas because then you'll end up just being a muscle bound beef cake. Stay fit and maybe put a little extra effort into certain areas of your body and that's it. BTW, 6-pack abs are really overrated because 99% of the time (unless your'e walking around shirtless, or wearing a shirt that by definition would be too small for your baby sister) they won't even know it's there. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my shirt off only to have a chick exclaim "Woah, I never knew you had that" or something along the lines of "this is a bonus".

RE: Strong & Fat or Weak & Ripped
Lots of thoughtful responses here. I think another aspect that tends to influence a woman's perception is her age. Although some women of every age will prefer 'strong/fat' and others 'weak/ripped', girls in their teens and early 20s seem disproportionally biased toward 'weak/ripped' because that is the idealized male body type they are constantly bombarded with in the media.

As someone mentioned earlier, ultimately, unless you game on a beach, your mouth is the most important muscle for getting laid.

Not really, only if they continue to eat the same amount of calories as they did when they worked out.
Also, I don't know if you are accounting for whether those dudes were on the juice.

I am assuming here that everyone is talking about au naturel.

The bottom line is, work your body type. One of my mates is 140lbs and I don't think he'll ever go above that. He is lithe and ripped as fcuk and bytches get stunned when they see him in some shorts.

Another one of my mates is 250lb, with abs (a natural beast). He, also blows bytches out of the water.

Farmer walk and lots of pullups and deadlifts, if you don't use gloves you get better definition and your veins are going to be thick. Also, if you use any NO product your veins are going to be pumped as hell.

I've found it depends on the gym too with what wods the coaches are writing. It works great for me, you may want to look at the crossfitfootball website to get a more power oriented cfit workout.

I've asked myself this question too. I really dont know any lifting exercise for this particular area, but I know that practicing Aikido really does make your wrists get bigger.

I noticed that my Senseis and some advanced class partners have very thick wrists, they told me that practicing Aikido makes the wrists grow as time goes by.

This is difficult if you have naturally small wrists in the first place. You can try getting those squeezing things and do those when you have some free time. Also activities like rock climbing really jack your forearms. I think if you space out your workout in a way where forearms get worked on a biceps day, a day when you do traps like shrugs, and also with deadlifts, they will get bigger by themselves and you don´t have to do anything extra.

Interesting, I'll take more effort into my abs then. Time to cut down on some calories.

Still, I think people here place too much emphasis on abs.

The most important parts of a man's physical appearance, in order:

1. Shoulders (shoulder to waist ratio on a man = hip to waist ratio on a woman)
2. Ass (just as important as how you would consider a woman's ass)
3. Abs (having a flat midsection, as Mixx points out, is enough to get the bang... six-pack only helps post-bang.)

Having a wide set of shoulders and a chiseled ass are the most important physical features any man can have, and separates you from 90% of the men out there.

That said, game still trumps all of this by leaps and bounds.

RE: Strong & Fat or Weak & Ripped
Agree with Samseau, especially on bullet 1. Shoulder to waist ratio is what gets you laid. So, at most, guys should ideally have a waist 10" smaller than their shoulders for a V-shape.

My stats are

44" Chest, 32" Waist My BF % as of this morning is 9% at 205lbs (5'11" Height). However, I am considered obese by the the US Gov't health meter as my BMI is 27..lol. Dodgy

I have extremely developed upper/lower legs (I jog in the sand for the last 15 years). That V-Shape is what women look at much like we look at her hips and ass.

+1 for SamSeau for pointing this critical aspect to keep in check as you pursue the hobby of chasing women worldwide.

40% BF is extremely high Mystik. I firmly believe you are your worst enemy keeping you from your goals.

Get out there and do it man!!!

Just remember: eating right is 80% of the battle. Do not kill yourself for hours in the gym..1 hr of body-weight training mixed with Swimming, Yoga, and Boxing training will bulk you up, and shred you up in 9 months flat!!

Sylvester Stallone, a guy who has always kept himself in great shape even at his old age today once said "Weight Training will kill your body"....he's dead on! Too many guys focus on lifting steel, and fail to realize that it only serves one purpose: your ego.

Now, of course Gyms will never tell you not to weight train like a mad man....neither will Flex magazine - they would be out of business fast. they want you to firmly believe that 90% of all women want a guy with bulging muscles.....that number is more like 5%.

There is a ton of money to be made making men think they need to be in the gym for hours to get ripped and bulk up for women. I'd guess that 90% of women want a guy that looks more like Ryan Reynolds body and only 5% like the Triple H physique.

I only use my own bodyweight for training: push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups etc. Many times I'll add a weight vest. That is the body women want...for real! And get out there in nature to train....where it was meant to be..not in an Air Conditioned GYM full of female-ass distracting you!!

Why do I get unconventional positive results with women? Because I follow an unconventional lifestyle that I pick and choose to my liking, not what others do.

Ok, I checked online to see what 40% body fat would look like and I found this picture:

I pulled that number out of my ass, I have never checked my body percentage but I am definitely not as fat as this guy. In his comparison, I think I will be in the 20-25% range.

You are right though, I am getting older and now will be right time to start following a proper exercise regime and I agree with you on the "lifting weights part". I hate going to the gym, I do exercise outside in nature but I don't do it consistently. However, the main problem is my diet, I eat like a pig.

I'll vouch for this too, I've gotten many compliments since I've started going to the gym and one that keeps coming up is how "thin" I am for a big muscular guy. I dont consider myself that thin, but my waist relative to my shoulders and chest is way off, in a good way

Holy shit dude! Thats a lot of muscle, I am also 5'11" and I have always hovered between 70 and 75 kgs and probably 30-40% body fatBlush. If I were to weigh 93 kgs then I would be built like a modafucka!

Totally dead on... I go to the gym 3 times a week, spending between 45min-1hr15min a workout (depends on my routine)... and after a year and a half, this is what I became:

As you can see, there's a little work left to be done on my abs... but it's fucking tough!!! If I cut down on the calories to get my six-pack showing, I start to lose muscle mass... so currently, I have been experimenting between optimal muscle retention and fat-loss, and I can't find a balance. It's only a matter of time before I figure out what works for me.
