Oh, she understands it alright. She just doesn't care. You are looking through the eyes of pure, unadulterated psychopathy. She literally rejoices in the suffering of others. She accused a 12 year old girl of making up a story being raped, even when she new her defendant was guilty. We are dealing with a woman who has a Satanic soul.

Indictments Are In For The 3 Black Students Who Hoaxed Hillary With Phony Hate Crime Claim

The three black University of Albany students who alleged that they were victims of a race-based hate crime on a public bus back in January have now been officially indicted themselves.

Alexis Briggs, Asha Burwell and Ariel Agudio, all 22 years old, face a litany of charges including assault, harassment and falsely reporting a criminal incident, reports the Albany Times Union.

The bus brawl occurred in the wee hours of Saturday, Jan. 30. Briggs, Burwell and Agudio swore they were victims of a hate-fueled mob assault on the bus. The trio claimed they began arguing with a group of 10 to 12 white men and women, who were also SUNY Albany students. The argument escalated into a torrent of racial slurs, they claimed. One of the women said she was pushed to the floor and then kicked repeatedly by several of the men.

“I just got jumped on a bus while people hit us and called us the ‘n’ word,'” Burwell declared on Twitter. “NO ONE helped us.” Burwell suggested the attack was purely racially-motivated and accused others on the bus of being illegal “bystanders.”

Albany County district attorney David Soares said on Tuesday that the various cameras on the bus prove that the students were the aggressors and that their claims of racial victimization are entirely fabricated.

Agudio faces a single count of assault, three counts of attempted assault, three counts of harassment and a count of falsely reporting an incident.

Burwell faces an assault charge, a harassment charge and four counts of falsely reporting an incident.

Briggs faces an assault count and a pair of counts for falsely reporting an incident.

All the charges are either misdemeanors or violations. (Violations are basically lesser misdemeanors under New York law.)

Prosecutors say the victims of the assaults committed by Briggs, Burwell and Agudio are an 18-year-old female, a 19-year-old female, a 20-year-old female and a 19-year-old male.

After the women exited the bus, prosecutors say, they called 911 to report that they had been victims of a racially-motivated mob assault. (The Times-Union has published audio of that 911 call.)

Briggs, Burwell and Agudio will appear in Albany city court for arraignments on Wednesday. Each defendant already pleaded not guilty in March. The reason for the delay in court proceedings is that the district attorney had been trying to work out a plea deal with attorneys for the students. The plea deal would have included public apologies.

All three defendants are residents of New York.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
Quote:Twitter showed the hashtag #DropOutHillary top trending on Wednesday afternoon, with over 265,000 tweets and rising, according to the site.

The top news related to the trending topic was an article titled, “Hacker ‘Guccifer’: I Got Inside Hillary Clinton’s Server.” Romanian hacker Marcel Lehel Lazar, the man that told the world about Clinton’s private email address, revealed to NBC News that he was also able to gain access to the unsecured server. Clinton’s use of a private email server exposed top secret information and has the FBI investigating use of the non-government-issued email.

She probably won't drop out, which is good, as liberals hate her more and more everyday.

She also better not get indicted during the GE, but have her reputation plummet severely due to the pressure of the charge.

And give Trump a landslide.

In the meantime, maybe we should participate in trending this hashtag, to maximize liberal hatred for Hillary.

Even Bernie people understand what the woman card means, despite media pretension.

Don't expect that hate crime hoax to make any mainstream media news cycles. Man, in a just world, Hillary would be roasted with this.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
I was at the gym earlier this morning and I saw a guy wearing a Bernie shit. He was a black guy who clearly worked out. (Not what I pictured a Bernie supporter to look like). I asked him now that Bernie probably will not get the nomination who he would vote for instead: Trump or Hillary. After a few seconds he said "Trump, Hillary's too evil." I told him I was voting for Trump and he agreed saying Hillary has been in office for 20 years and hasn't been able to do anything.

An interesting point though was that he thought if Hillary gets elected the next president after her would be a homosexual, and that it would only get worse after. Bottom line is that Bernie supporters will not vote for crooked hillary.

Clinton Campaign to Indians: Sorry for "off the reservation" comment

Clinton's original comments came in a Friday interview with Jake Tapper. The CNN host asked her about Trump's recent attacks, such as calling her "Crooked Hillary" and accusing her of "playing the woman's card."
...
"I have a lot of experience dealing with men who sometimes get off the reservation in the way they behave and how they speak," Clinton told Tapper. "I'm not going to deal with their temper tantrums or their bullying or their efforts to try and provoke me."

Amanda Renteria, Clinton's national political director, wrote on Twitter that the Democratic frontrunner "meant no disrespect to Native Americans."

This is the crazy, and utterly hilarious thing about SJWs: They can talk for long before they say something that offends someone and have to take 2 steps backward in the crossfire.

I don't know if this info has been posted already, but here is Hillary Clinton's likely VP: Julian Castro.

Notable quote from Castro:

Quote:Castro has credited affirmative action for his admission into Stanford, telling The New York Times, "Joaquín and I got into Stanford because of affirmative action. I scored 1210 on my SATs, which was lower than the median matriculating student.

People talked about Obama being an affirmative action president. Well, here it is confirmed.

America may soon be run by products of affirmative action.

Apologizes to Native Americans for a slightly racial term that became part of everyday vocabulary. Doesn't apologize to men, the demographic she directly insulted.

Bill looks terminally ill. His heart problems and that vegan shit diet he's practicing must have taken a toll on him. Quite sad, considering he was one of the biggest players of his time.

But even his current condition can serve as motivation - lift hard and eat well, or you'll end up like him.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
So apparently Hondurans hate Hillary:

Quote:Hillary Clinton isn’t beloved, especially not in East LA where her support for the ousted Honduran dictator hasn’t gone over well. She fled a rally there after only a minute as the crowd screamed that she was responsible for thousands of deaths in Honduras.

President Obama was barely in office when Honduran President José Manuel Zelaya tried to install a dictatorship. The military ousted him when he tried to amend the constitution to allow for his Chavez-style presidency without end. Zelaya, a communist, responded to the ouster by hiring U.S. lobbyists.

Obama and Hillary then went on a mission of verbally bullying Hondurans to force them into putting Zelaya back into office. Fortunately, the Hondurans stood up for their freedoms though they were bullied enough to allow Zelaya to live in Honduras.

Obama and Hilary said Zelaya was the legally-elected president of the legally-established government and ignored the fact that he attempted a coup, tried to abolish the Constitution, and took over the government.

Hillary Clinton spent only a fleeting minute at a campaign rally in Los Angeles after groups at the rally accused her of being responsible for the deaths of thousands of political activists in Honduras.

They shouted, “Hillary Clinton, you’re not welcome here.” They blamed her for the death of Berta Cáceres.

“You’re responsible for the death of Berta Caceres,” one angry protester can be heard saying. “You supported the coup in Honduras. You betrayed free right’s activists. You betrayed women’s rights activists in Honduras. You betrayed free rights activists in Honduras.”

This was the first thing that came to mind when I saw people a while ago posting photos of sickly Bill.

"That bitch is gonna use a sick Bill to try to get votes; probably around October when she is getting her ass beat by Trump."

I don't know about you all but more often that not, women make up TONS of drama when a family member is experiencing the slightest medical issue and the world just has to stop until everything is 100% again. If you call them out on it, you are the biggest asshole in the world and HR will be getting a phone call for abuse!

I just had to deal with this recently: I spent 7-10 days (about 2-3 phone calls a day with messages every other day or so) trying to get a hold of a woman regarding a time-sensitive important matter (not a bullshit thing). Eventually had to call somebody else in the same department to find out what the fuck is going on. The missing woman calls me back a few minutes later (from work) finally and when I ask where she has been/reason for not returning my calls, she immediately blurts out:

"So and so family member has been in the hospital"

I just say sorry and move on but I was thinking the entire time: were you in the hospital for the last 5 hours when I called today? The last 7-10 days entirely? Nope? Then do your fucking job.

Hillary is gonna pull the same kind of bullshit: NOTHING ELSE MATTERS; HUSBAND IS IN THE HOSPITAL! HOW DARE YOU BRING UP E-MAILS!

To be clear: I'm not a dick about people dealing with legit medical/family issues. But a lot of people abuse this card; women especially. The missing chick in my story was clearly at work the day she got back to me and she was ignoring my phone calls so she can fuck off; legit case or not. Hillary can fuck off too when she eventually pulls this card.

Hillary Rakes in Nearly $75,000 From Justice Department Employees
Calls continue for appointment of a special counsel

Hillary Clinton has received nearly $75,000 in political contributions from employees at the Department of Justice, the agency that would decide whether or not to act if the FBI recommended charges against Clinton or her aides following its investigation into her private email server.

Justice Department employees have given Clinton far more money than her rivals, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) and Donald Trump, according to a review of federal campaign contributions for the 2016 presidential cycle.

Clinton collected $73,437 from individuals who listed the “Department of Justice” as their employer. Twelve of the 228 contributions were for $2,700, the maximum individual amount allowed by law.

The fundraising haul marks a dramatic increase over Clinton’s unsuccessful presidential run in 2008, when she took in 23 contributions totaling $15,930 from employees at the agency, according to data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics.

Trump, by comparison, has received little help from Justice Department employees, recording just two contributions for a total of $381.

Sanders has taken 51 donations totaling $8,900 from Justice Department employees.

David Bossie, president of the watchdog group Citizens United, told the Washington Free Beacon he is not surprised by the donations, and renewed his call for Attorney General Loretta Lynch to appoint a special counsel to handle Clinton’s case.

“I’m not surprised in the least to see more evidence that shows the politicization of the Justice Department,” Bossie said in a statement to the Free Beacon. “How can Democrat political appointees fairly investigate someone who is about to become their nominee for president? That’s why last July I called on Attorney General Lynch to appoint an impartial special counsel to investigate the private Clinton email server.”

“Today, I renew my call that Attorney General Lynch must appoint a special counsel to determine if Hillary Clinton or her agents broke the law and compromised our national security,” he continued. “This investigation needs to be conducted free of political influence once and for all.”

Bossie has questioned whether Lynch could remain impartial due to her past political donations. Lynch gave $10,700 in contributions to Democratic candidates between 2004 and 2008.

Howard Krongard, who was inspector general for the State Department from 2005 to 2008, predicted earlier this year that even if the FBI referred Clinton’s case to the Justice Department for prosecution it would “never get to an indictment.”

Krongard said the case would have to go through “four loyal Democratic women,” including Lynch, top White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, who heads the department’s criminal division.

The FBI is expected to interview Clinton in the coming weeks about her email practices. Clinton maintains that she has not been contacted by the FBI about an interview. However, the FBI has interviewed Clinton’s aides, including top adviser Huma Abedin.

The Justice Department did not return a request for comment.

Update 05/10/16: After publication, former U.S. Attorney Matthew Whitaker, who directs the watchdog group Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, called for a special counsel to investigate Hillary Clinton.

“The report out today that Hillary Clinton received almost $75,000 in political contributions from Justice Department employees is yet another reason why the Justice Department cannot and should not decide whether to bring a case against Hillary Clinton for her reckless handling of classified information while Secretary of State,” Whitaker said in a statement. “The decision of whether or not to bring a case against Clinton will be a difficult one for Attorney General Loretta Lynch, as I don’t believe she has the fortitude to oppose President Obama, who has publicly said Clinton’s behavior didn’t put our national security at risk. Since this Administration has shown no ability to be impartial, looking the other way at every turn of this investigation, I’m renewing an urgent call for the appointment of a special counsel in this case.”

Clinton is largest beneficiary of Facebook donations

Facebook employees as individuals have donated more than $114,000 to Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton this election cycle, by far the most of any presidential candidate.

That is nearly $100,000 more than they donated to Marco Rubio, who had the second-most donations from employees of the social media giant. The Republican brought in $16,604 from Facebook employees before dropping out of the race in March.

The numbers are based on itemized contributions that candidates report to the Federal Election Commission.

The tally only reflects itemized contributions, so it is not a perfect reflection of the number of Facebook employees who donated. Candidates are not required to give information about contributions less than $200. For example, Democratic hopeful Bernie Sanders has raised more than $182 million, but only about $66 million of those donations include information about the people who donated.

The Hill’s tally comes as Facebook battles accusations from some former contractors that the company suppressed conservative news on its “trending” feature that has prime placement on its many platforms. The company said it takes the charges seriously but “found no evidence that the anonymous allegations are true.”

The Hill’s review found that about 78 employees who work on engineering, communications, public policy, strategy, marketing, human resources and other areas have donated to Clinton.

That includes at least seven vice presidents at the company, including Tom Stocky, whose team is in charge of the trending feature. The company has about 13,600 employees.
“We are proud that, in 2015, the US election was the most talked-about subject on Facebook, and we want to encourage that robust political discussion from all sides,” Stocky wrote in a Facebook post Tuesday defending the trending feature.

The allegations in a Gizmodo story this week about Facebook curation were made by former contractors who worked for the company to help run the trending feature.

There is nothing nefarious about political donations to a candidate. Presidential candidates in both parties have raised tens of millions of dollars from employees at major companies across every industry.

But Facebook has become an important place for voters to get news. And as it continues to be a major driver of news traffic, the political leanings of its management will likely come under greater scrutiny.

“With 167 million US Facebook users reading stories highlighted in the trending section, Facebook has the power to greatly influence the presidential election,” the Republican National Committee wrote in a petition on Monday.

The Hill’s review also found that Sanders recorded at least $12,000 in donations from Facebook employees. Before dropping out of the GOP race, Jeb Bush listed $3,225, Rand Paul listed $3,150, John Kasich listed $2,700, and Ben Carson listed $250.

Niether presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump nor Ted Cruz, who dropped out of the GOP race recently, listed any donations from Facebook employees in their filings.

Combined, the company and its employees donated far more to Democrats than Republicans in the 2012 presidential cycle, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. That has carried over to 2016.

During the midterm election cycle for 2014, donations from Facebook were about even for both parties.
