I'm ex-military and have handled and worked with classified material and know the ins and outs VERY well. This is insane.

This FBI fuckstick straight up admitted publicly that she was very negligent with top secret documents and she WALKS without even a slap on the wrist?! She had a HIDDEN FUCKING SERVER WITH CLASSIFIED INFO RUNNING THROUGH IT!

Lack of intent is NOT an excuse for mishandling classified material.

I've known of people who have accidentally left a fuckin door open or didn't secure a door properly FOR A FEW MINUTES to a room full of classified material AND despite there being several layers of additional security (a base, secured door outside, etc), THOSE people got slammed HARD for even POTENTIALLY compromising classified info. Even if the compromise was only for a few minutes with physical items (not digital) that realistically no one could get access to, ALL THE CLASSIFIED MATERIAL MUST BE DESTROYED ANN REPLACED WITHIN THE ENTIRE classified materials community. Shit is a headache and costs real money and man hours. I know from direct experience (not my fuck up; someone else).

People seriously go to jail, pay large fines, and/or get career ending paperwork/charges for shit like this; even if only over an honest accident. For those not on the inside or understand how things works: you can't even begin to understand the (understandably) anal retentive procedures and policies that govern classified materials and the potential consequences that can occur if you don't respect how shit roles.

AND THIS CUNT WALKS GIVEN WHAT SHE DID?!?!

Fuck this.

God helps us if Trump doesn't win the election. At the very least, hopefully some people will see the gross double standard. Hopefully.

I hope the next spy ever caught and tried for treason invokes this Hillary Clinton incident in their defense.

All they have to do is copy all of the sensitive material from wherever they are embedded, leave it on a bullshit server in their apartment and "let it get hacked" vs. sending the information directly to their superiors.

Their defence can be "As Hillary Clinton say: "Just accident""

Preach.

They should let Manning's gay ass free now as well. He is gay and accidently released stuff just like Hillary did. That should count for alot in today's America. Snowden should be able to come home now too, although I am sure he is enjoying living in Russia anyway.

I bet if Manning ever was released he probably would be a vegetable mentally. They are probably force feeding him with a tube and not telling us.

Not just gay, he's transgender. They should let him out of jail, throw him a fucking parade and declare a national holiday with that victim status.

A transgender person, in jail for accidentally losing top secret emails?! Is it the current year?!

It's the absolute worst thing that could happen, so I'm now officially booking it.

Things have to get a lot worse (a LOT worse) in the West before they start to get better again.

They will get a lot worse than anyone of us can imagine. If she does get elected, we will see scandals and the level of corruption go to new lows unlike anything before. I also suspect that Clinton will also go after her enemies in a way unseen before in this country. She will also make what Obama has done look like nothing compared to what she will do. If you think liberals and the leftist SJW types are crazy and unchecked now, with a Clinton presidency, they will have free reign to so as they want. This is truly worrisome and dangerous.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
It just now occurred to me that storing classified data on a weakly secured private server would be an ideal way to pass information to foreign parties while maintaining a veneer of deniability. The idea being don't get caught, but if you are, plead ignorance. So if Hillary wanted to pass certain information to foreign parties, she could simply provide them her email address. A skilled hacker could do the rest. A state sponsored hacking group wouldn't even hit a speed bump.

So what we're left with here is a choice between intentional, blatant, premeditated corruption and outright treason of the first order...or ineptitude, carelessness and hubris on a level that would preclude someone from managing a hotel, much less being President of the United States. I honestly don't know which is worse. Is this woman incredibly corrupt, or is she really that dangerously incompetent? It's stunning either way.

I stand by my analysis that she is literally the single worst candidate ever put forward by a major party in the history of the United States. Utterly unlikable, completely corrupt, totally incompetent, outrageously entitled. A walking disaster.

Agreed, yet at this point, I have to concede she has the better chance to win.

That was the premise I put forward in my spy defence above. Her server was a data drop. Party X wires funds to the Clinton foundation, Clinton puts classified information on her server which has the obvious address or which is just pulled from her email details and "oops" the server is hacked by affiliates of the clinton foundation donor.

In 1995 this would have been the equivalent of putting used up fax rolls into the regular office trash or just tossing document copies instead of shredding them "oops. Well I guess I never thought that the cleaning staff could have dug them out at night. How silly of me!"

Its her ignorant grandma strategy. "What like wipe the server with a cloth?"

Hillary Clinton's Corruption Crisis | Roger Stone and Stefan Molyneux

Video description:

Roger Stone joins Stefan Molyneux to discuss Huma Abedin's troubling connections, the Clinton corruption speech from Donald Trump which didn't happen, the Bill Clinton University scandal, the massive amount of Clinton campaign financing from Saudi Arabia and the race for President of the United States.

Roger Stone is a well-known political operative and pundit. A veteran of nine national presidential campaigns and has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents. He is author of the New York Times bestseller “The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ,” as well as “The Clintons' War on Women” and “Jeb! and the Bush Crime Family: The Inside Story of an American Dynasty.”

If Hillary becomes president, the term "Cuntpunt" will reach the vernacular as an everyday term for what every red blooded heterosexual male will be itching to do.

When Donald wins, however, he will Cuntpunt that bitch straight outta DC.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
Comey's old boss Rudy Giuliani calls him out, saying no reasonable prosecutor would NOT indict Hillary Clinton based on the evidence.

This discussion on Bill Mitchell's radio show that covers the above is also fascinating. He says that the 7 above Top Secret emails were there deliberately as 'shiny distractors' for the media if the server issue ever blew up. The intent to create a smoke screen to take attention away from the colossal crimes of the Clinton Foundation.

He also says that not indicting is actually a blessing as it denies Obama the opportunity to pardon Hillary, meaning a future indictment by a Trump AG is not then blocked by double-jeopardy. Comey may actually be acting a lot smarter than we all realise, knowing that to indict her now would be to die on a hill with no reward as Obama would pardon her.

It's very easy, and indeed tempting, to rage about Comey as another traitor in a corrupt system and that might just be true. But maybe not:
  • Indictment would enable a pardon and the continued accusations about the existence of a widespread right-wing witch hunt to destroy Hillary Clinton. Comey is a Republican and did not recommend to indict.
  • Comey could have just said there was no case and be done with it. He didn't. He listed many very damning facts, stated that other people under the same circumstances could have face consequences but not Hillary Clinton, making the case for her corruption and her special treatment.
  • With this, he has hinted to behind-the-scenes power. She didn't get indicted for a reason. "She broke the law. But. No reasonable prosecutor would bring this case." In other words, she is guilty as hell but I don't want to accidentally commit suicide under mysterious circumstances.
  • Comey has made the case for a #riggedsystem, has given the material for devastating campaign ads, and has enabled a future administration to go scorched earth with her and everyone connected to the Clinton Foundation.

I want to believe.

^ It's staggering that a lot of these people will ignore what Hillary did just because of the party card she carries. That one braindead moron said any Democrat calling who doesn't like the FBI's decision "must be a Republican"...

Luckily, there were a couple of Democrats who said they will not vote Democrat anymore because of this.

Here Allen B West argues that Comey's decision is actually a gift to be celebrated.

A small section...

Quote:However, James Comey just delivered a gift wrapped with a bow. Why do I say that?

Simple, here’s what FBI Director Comey said regarding Hillary Clinton and this email server episode:

He concluded Hillary was “extremely careless” in handling our nation’s secrets.

He admitted no reasonable person could have believed putting these emails on a private server was at all appropriate or acceptable.

He admitted 110 emails on the server were classified at the time they were sent — showing Hillary not only lied, but knowingly endangered national security as secretary of state.

He admitted Hillary deleted work-related emails before turning them over to the State Department, despite her claims otherwise.

And, most shocking, Mr. Comey even admitted it’s likely foreign governments hacked her emails — and our adversaries could know critical secrets about the U.S. government because of Hillary’s actions.

It's a great article.

RE: The Hillary Clinton thread
The MSN homepage is totally in the tank for the sea hag. The scandal isn't on the first screen, the second screen covers it but with kiddy gloves (biggest headline is "6 things we learned"), another headline says similarities with Petraeus are lacking, and then on the next screen the media is trying to gin up controversy by saying that "Trump gives Saddam Hussein a shoutout" when in actuality he was just talking about how he kept terrorists under control in Iraq, which is something he's been saying for MONTHS. So why give it the outrage treatment now?

The fix is in. Trump needs to keep in mind that the media is also part of the rigged system. Though TV is surprisingly less kind to her.

The average voter will not read up on this. People who are voting Trump will be voting him, but the Hillary voters are made up of 3 types of people.

1: Diehard fans
2: Democrat voters
3: On the fence

Will the last two types of voters delve deep enough to find out exactly what she has done and understand the repercussions it could bring or has already brought?

A lot of noise is being made by Republican people and it can turn-off Democrat voters. Will enough people follow the rabbit hole and vote against her?

I believe it has weakened Hillary's position immensely and Trump will make a lot of hay from it. There are so many lines of attack that she can no longer use.

Trump still gets to indict Hillary later on when Obama is no longer around to pardon.

I'm pretty sure we won't ever be able to go back to when women weren't allowed to vote. Anyone that proposes that in public would be demolished. I can't think of a way it could be proposed and not have immense backlash.

It's been 216 days since she's done an unscripted press conference, and yet the media goes nuts when Trump suspends someone's press credentials if they publish lies about him. When pressed about the matter, a Clinton aid said something to the effect of "she's not comfortable in those situations." If being challenged by the press, face to face makes you uncomfortable, then you are the one who lacks presidential temperament.
