The Peru Thread
I recently spent 7 weeks exploring Peru on my first extended trip abroad since getting into game.

Rather than just start a new thread solely for my trip and cluttering up the forum, I'm going to create a master one for Peru in the spirit of DirectDanger's Philippines Thread to make it easier for members to find all relevant data that might interest them in one place.

Below are links to Peru related threads, organized by city and dates of activity to help give you a sense of how each place may have changed over time. Fortunately, I don't see Peru changing for the worse any time soon.

Following this post, I'll include my own report in this thread. This forum has given me so much and this is my way of starting to give something back. I hope you enjoy it and make good use of it. Cheers!

RE: The Peru Thread
Report - 7 weeks in Peru, 2015

Below I'll provide a report of my experiences in Peru, and in a subsequent post, I'll put together a general guide that will help you make the most of your stay there.
-----------------------
Cities visited: Lima, Callao, Punta Hermosa, Paracas, Huacachina, Nazca, Cusco, Aguas Calientes

$ Spent: Approx $5k.

About me: 5'9" late 20s, white, dark hair w/green eyes (if that is important).

Still fairly new to game. Got into it while living in the cellulite-laden hellscape of Washington, DC. Last fall I relocated to New England just in time for another long, brutal "arctic blast" winter. I had just begun dipping my toes in the freelancer pond, I was making my own hours but the weather was horrible and I had no desire to go out. Got a lot of work done, made some $, but it was a long, shitty dry spell.

I had a few grand saved up and wanted to spend a some time aboard in a place that met the following criteria:

-A place where I could learn some Spanish
-bang lots of women
-see cool archeological/historical stuff
-try ayahuasca
-cheap

During my research both on and off RVF, Peru was the only country that consistently checked all those boxes, so the choice was obvious.

The Arrival, Weeks 1-2
I touch down in Lima at around 10:45 on a wednesday night. My plan was to stay at a hostel for a few nights and then find an apartment in Miraflores or Barranco. I booked a few nights at Flying Dog Hostel right on Kennedy park and requested that they send a taxi to pick me up. I look around for probably 15 minutes. No driver holding a sign with my name. I just get a random cabbie to drive me in town for 75 soles- about 25 bucks, which I later found out was a ripoff but I didn't know any better and I was exhausted so I probably wouldn't have cared if I did.

Flying Dog has three locations in Miraflores, all of which are adjacent to Kennedy Park. I stayed at the one next to the arcade and Kirko Chicken on by the southwest corner of the park. There was a lot of construction going on so the road was open only to pedestrian traffic. On paper, the logistics were great- I had a private room, a bar in the hostel, and it was a stone's throw a way from major nightlife spots. In practice however this place leaves a lot to be desired.

The bar closes at 11pm, the wifi craps out constantly and to top it all off, the private rooms are RIGHT NEXT to the front desk. No way to sneak girls in without anyone noticing. I did meet some real characters at the bar though- an English guy in his 50s working at the bar who use to be a tree doctor in Hollywood, FL and some Indian-looking dude from the US who was down here "hidin' from the ex-wife", who went on to claim he was a coke supplier for dealers in Chicago, and was so drunk he began breaking down his whole operation in elaborate detail for anyone who would listen. I was about 75% convinced he was telling the truth. I left this place after a few nights. Verdict: Do not stay here. (I think the bar at the other location on Ernesto Diez Canseco stays open later but I did not go there)

On Saturday I head out solo around 11pm to Pizza Street. I begin the evening at place called "The Olde Pub"- a crappy, very touristy English pub on the far end of the street. I don't remember how much the beers were but I felt like I was paying too much.

I begin chatting with some bald dude who was watching soccer and it turns out he's from DC. We began shooting the shit over life in Dork Central and eventually when it was time for the next round, we spot two chicks standing nearby. This guy was a little odd and had no game and there was no discussion of who was going after what girl. He clumsily begins talking to the cuter one, a mestiza girl in a red dress and leaves me with her chubby friend. Thanks, dick.

Chubby girl was was Peruvian by birth but lived in Florida and was here visiting her friend (the hotter one). I asked her at one point what she missed about Miami and I shit you not, she responds with "IHOP. I looove IHOP," Then begins breaking down all the different toppings she loves, and sometimes she's in a french toast mood, other days she's "all about the Rooty Tooty Fresh N' Fruity", all while I stand there biting the insides of my cheeks trying not to laugh. The jokes just wrote themselves.

Bald guy was not getting anywhere with the hotter girl and he eventually goes to bathroom which took him like 30 minutes. I start chatting up the other girl. She was a lawyer, spoke good english and did not have the cunty attitude female lawyers often have back the States. We clicked pretty well right away. Eventually bald dude returns and we all bounce to a club called Sabor Peruano a few doors down. This place plays a lot of electronic music then seems to shift toward latin/reggeton music as the night goes on. This was the first time I heard "El Taxi" in Peru, which I would proceed to hear about 57 times a day for the duration of my stay.

Almost immediately after arriving, bald dude says he needs to leave. Never saw him again. After that, another friend of the girls shows up, a slammin' hot Japanese-Peruvian girl. I thought about going after her but I thought "no, this other one likes, you, stick with the sure thing". It would end up being the right choice.

After dancing for a bit we all take a taxi to Barranco and check out a few discos there. I think we went into Hypnosis- I had failed to pace myself and was pretty drunk- and my girl is making out with me and keeps sticking her hand down my pants trying to jerk me off on the dance floor. The floor was crowded so no one took notice at first except the chubby friend. When this started happening she left and sat down and sulked pretended since she knew there was no chance of her getting any dick from me. (Fortunately for her she eventually met a nice Nigerian man who will reappear in the story later on) Eventually we left and went back to Miraflores. I couldn't bring her into the hostel but I got contact info and left.

-------

The next morning I announce on the meet up sub forum that I'm in Lima and Cr33pn responds. We meet up for drinks chilled for a bit and he helped me find some better places to stay. Cr33pn is a great dude, definitely meet up with him if you get the chance. Upon his recommendation I went with Kokopelli Hostel on Calle Berlin, about two blocks away from the park. This is where things really started to take off.

I had done some pipelining on Badoo and I had a lot of responses, but most of the girls on badoo are weird, flaky or unattractive, so I switched to Tinder. I had never used Tinder before this trip but let me tell you- it is like fishing with dynamite in Lima. I used it before bed and woke up and had something like 35 matches. I basically used the same script with all of them- "Hola, que tal...blah blah...hablas inglies? Tienes Whatsapp?" Once you connect on whatsapp, you set up a date from there. I spent sunday nursing my hangover and I set up a date for monday night.

I thought I had everything sorted out perfectly. I set up a date at Houlihan's, an Irish bar located directly below Kokopelli. Booked a private room in the hostel- the bar on the rooftop stays open late, so I can just bring her in and say we're going to the bar. Move over to the room, have some wine, and bam...no fuss, no muss.

But we make plans...and God laughs. When it came time to go upstairs, she was nervous. She was afraid of "getting in trouble" since they made a copy of her ID when she checked in (you're not supposed to bring guests to your room- but they don't exactly keep an eye on your once you're in). This girl was not the brightest bulb in the box...I tell her to chill because "If we get caught, I'm sleeping on the street, you just get asked to leave." But to no avail- she would not come back to the room. Just when I think this night has been a waste she says "we can go...to hotel...".

We end up checking into a sleazy love motel a few blocks north of Kennedy Park. Cost about $23. No LMR, we jumped right into it. She was not very exciting in bed but I was happy to get the flag. Banana

A couple days later I set up a date with the lawyer girl from saturday. We meet up at Ayahuasca in Barranco. This has got to be one of the coolest venues in Lima; its so big and different areas of the place have different feel to them. The front bar is busy and lively while other rooms and the huge back porch/patio have a more chill lounge-vibe to them. Perfect date venue. I probably didn't need to do this but I a room in the La Quinta de Allison hotel down the road for 20 bucks to prevent logistics from cockblocking me. After a long enjoyable evening I eventually got her back to the hotel and got the +2. She was a freak in bed. Much better than the first girl. I eventually would end up in a mini-relationship with this one.

-------

Took it easy for a few days and decided to go out again on friday night. I texted Cr33pn but because he was sick I decided to fly solo again. Since Ye Olde Pub had treated me so well last time I decide to start the evening there again. I strike up a chat with an Peruvian-American guy, a chef from NYC who was here for a few nights before going off to Iquitos to study cooking techniques in the jungle. He bought the next round and then another guy joined us, US Navy dude who bought another round. Then I got one....this went on for a while.

We were all having a great time shooting the shit and joking around when suddenly a brawl breaks out in front of the bar. Some 60-something Canadian or American guy has a grip on some local guys shirt and is delivering brutal body shots, shouting "DON'T YOU EVER FUCKIN' TOUCH ME!!!" until the bouncers broke it up. The truly stunning thing to me was after the fight, both guys just went to different corners of the bar and business resumed as if nothing had happened. (the old man's punches, while vicious, did not seem to have done much damage). The security didn't even make them leave.

I could not help but think that if this happened in the US, both those guys would be sitting on the curb in handcuffs, in debt for legal defenses, fired from the jobs, etc...the consequences of a drunken misunderstanding and scuffle in bar would have echoed into their lives for years to come. In Peru? A simple "break it up" from a few burly guys and that was it. The end. No cops, lawsuits, nothing. There are times when I think we can learn a thing or two from these "backward" countries to the south.

We bar-hopped for a bit, including a pit stop at the notorious Tequila Rock. 40 soles for entrance plus 1 drink. Inside you are greeted to a wondrous sight; wall to wall, blazing hot Colombianas...unfortunately what you've heard about this place is true- every single one is a prostitute. The Chef and I did not sample their services but the Navy guy seemed to have no objection and invited an attractive black girl to come back with us to Pizza Street. After listing to his stories from Thailand and the Philippines I strongly suspect this was not the first time he'd done this.

We returned to Sabor Peruano where I met up with a girl I'd been talking with on whatsapp. Chef decided to call it a night and the Seaman was busy with his mistress-for-hire so I bid them adieu and me and my girl went back to La Quinta in Barrano where I had relocated.

Girl #3 had nice big tits and made a lot of noise, haha. After we finished the second time though, suddenly the heavy drinking caught up with me and I bolted to the bathroom to puke. Apparently she found this off-putting because she started telling me some story about why she needs to leave shortly after. I said, "fine whatever, I'll call you." I never did. I should have.

The next morning I wake up naked and feeling like I had been hit by a fucking Mack Truck. My head was pounding and I was covered in sweat from the lack of air circulation in my room. The room was a disaster; clothes strewn about, bags knocked over. I stumble to bathroom and see that I hadn't quite made it to toilet in time and there was a bit of a mess waiting for me in the sink.

I turn the faucet on to wash away the evidence and collapse back on the bed. Reflecting on the week's events, I felt simultaneously ashamed of my current state but proud overall. I had gone from a frigid, miserable dry spell to 3 new girls in one week. I smiled then shambled off to Metro (a grocery store) to buy some breakfast (or lunch, rather) and aspirin.

A few days earlier Cr33pn sent me Bounce's digits. We had not met yet, but we had made tentative plans to meet later that night. I knew my body couldn't take another night punishment so I texted him saying we needed to reschedule.

"Ok no prob" he writes. "If you feel better, let me know. I think I'm gonna get some blow" Laugh

Coming in Part 2: Food poisoning, beaches, bribing the cops, "alien" skulls, blindness and more! Stay tuned!

RE: The Peru Thread
Nice Work! Reminds me of when I lived in Lima not too long ago.
Your story brings back so much the memories of that beautiful place. The massive morning headaches mixed with stank air of the love motels.. and success.

I was hesitant to put this out on the internet because it is my wild card and best kept secret but if you head to Mr. Fish on saturday its jammed full of college students, and maybe like 2 other gringos. My limenean Gf took me once and before I knew it I had so many girls dancing up on me. She was pissed but whatever I shouldn't of had a GF. Check it out. you'll get laid and have lots of fun. I felt the quality of girls there is higher and they all were getting shit faced as it was a more trusted atmosphere of "hey were all college students". You won't find riff raff or pro's inside... get that shit out of here.

Also there is a nightclub up near lurigancho in a giant mall complex that no gringos ever go to. I forget the name but if you can find it and do go, again girls that rarely see gringos populate it. I was treated like royalty. I remember one girl asking if I could be on her TV show, and later a bouncer offering me a line in the bathroom while I waited to piss.

I lived way outside of Miraflores but I noticed the further I got, the more novelty factor worked in my favor.

Have a blast, I did it all there and I tend to think I have a very discerning taste for quality experiences so if you want more data on the country let me know....especially with a trusted shaman if you decide to experience ayahuaska.

peace out - kill it down there.

Great datasheet. I'm currently in Bogota and will be heading south to Lima via Ecuador in about 2 weeks, so this was all godsent info. However, I'd like to spend more time in Arequipa, I wonder if the girls might be better there. Will find out soon.

Glad you all enjoyed it. Working on Part 2 now, guys. I may divide in two because so much bizarre shit began happening around this time it may be too long or confusing for a single post.

I gotta run to meet up with friends for Memorial Day day-drinking but I should be able to post it tonight after Game of Thrones or tomorrow morning.

RE: The Peru Thread
Alright where were we....

After spending the next day and a half recovering I decided to try some "Chifa" (Peruvian Chinese food) in Barranco. Got a nice plate of some sort of chicken friend rice concoction for about 7 soles and it was delicious.

Big mistake. But the horrors would not begin till the following day.

Around this time I also noticed my Charles Schwab debit card was missing from my wallet. I checked all my pockets, bags everything and then concluded I must have slipped out of my pocket in a cab the night before. I called up CS to cancel the card. I was now stuck with using my other cards which did not reimburse foreign ATM fees....

Later that evening I met up with Bounce and Axeman an American who's lived there for a while, at Houlihan's. Had a great time hanging out with those guys, no craziness, blow, or throwing bags of crap out of windows, just sharing funny stories, insights and observations about Peruvian chicks and the culture. Axeman was particularly knowledgable and knows the culture inside and out. He doesn't log on much but definitely meet up with him if you get a chance.

The next morning the horrors began. Fever, chills and running to bathroom every 30 minutes to blast out whatever remained inside me. I couldn't take the stuffy air and sounds of other couples fucking anymore so my main girl came over and helped me check in to a different hotel in a posh suburban neighborhood called Santiago de Surco, or just Surco for short. I was basically delirious when we arrived and have only blurry memory of checking in.

She had a friend who was a doctor and he gave me a list of medicines to buy to alleviate my symptoms. I was washing down two different types of pills multiple times a day with Peruvian pepto bismol. All together I was sick for about 4 days and I think I lost about 10 pounds. Perhaps I should have gone to a hospital. But I talked to the doctor on the phone and just decided to trust him and take the medicine. I ended up having to reschedule my flight to Cusco for the following week.

I lay in bed during those four days feeling like I made a complete fool of myself. I was deathly ill in a hotel in a foreign country, unable to communicate with anyone without sounding like a retard and I had lost my Schwab card which I got specifically for this trip.

The nice thing though was how much this girl helped me out when all this was going on. She talked to the airline on the phone for me and was bringing me food and stuff to the hotel I'd only known this girl for a few days. I just sat there thinking, "I can't even imagine an American girl doing this for a guy she just met". As I said above, this was the girl I ended up spending the most time with while in Peru.

Punta Hermosa
After a few days I began to regain my health. My girl invited me to go with some friends to Punta Hermosa and I felt well enough to accept. We stayed at her friend's beach house and it ended up being a great time. During this time however we also got into a few quarrels when she began to reveal some other sides to her personality (spoiled, demanding princess mentality) which she had concealed till then.

PH is a nice beach town with excellent seafood. I got a fish "tortilla" which to my surprise was actually an omelet with fish in it. It was quite tasty and surprisingly cheap, about 15 soles I think. The beach is nice by Peruvian standards but that isn't really saying much. Water is still cold and murky. There is a reason Peru is not known for it's beaches.

We returned back after a few days and it was time to prepare for the flight to Cusco. She rode with me to airport and when we stopped at a red-light, some guys were going car to car begging for change. I didn't tell anyone in Peru about this, or any one since coming back. It seems silly even as I type this, but I kept thinking about it while I was in Cusco. One of the them came to our window and asked for money. I had given change to homeless people during this trip but at that movement I refused, even though I had plenty of cash in my pocket.

When I look back I can't really say why- the way carried himself, or his alcoholic vibe, or maybe that's just what I told myself...something about him just bothered me and I wanted him gone. Before walking off, he looked at me for a minute in a way that began to make me uncomfortable, like he knew I was lying. The light turned green and we began moving again. I felt like an asshole, and made a silent promise that I wouldn't do that again. It didn't matter- I would spend the next 10 days wondering if this old man had put some kind of curse on me. Karma was about to punish me viciously.

Cusco
I arrived in Cusco on a Tuesday opted for a private room at the Kokopelli location in Cusco, a few blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. This place is hopping 7 nights nights a week. There is always some event going on in the bar and you can order food from the restaurant. The meals were actually really good and included typical Peruvian fare like Lomo Saltado but also international dishes like Chicken Cordon Bleu.

That night and the night after I explored various discos around the Plaza. The famous Mama Africa was filled with backpackers and in a side street around the corner I found The Temple discoteca. It was a wednesday night and this place was absolutely crazy. Don't come expecting an "authentic" Peruvian experience as you'll instead be greeted to chain-smoking Israelis traveling in packs of 30 dancing to "Party Up" by DMX. Made out with a 6 from Lima but was too aggressive about bouncing back to the room so I screwed it up. I settled for a number.

I'd done some pipelining and set and up a date for a thursday night which a girl from Badoo. As I walked to the lounge a few doors down from the Plaza I began noticing the vision in my right eye had become somewhat blurry in the center. It was small but noticeable, but there was nothing I could do and date was in 10 minutes so I just ignored it.

I arrive and contrary to what she told me online she doesn't speak any English at all. My Spanish had improved a bit by this point so I was able say very basic stuff and use google translate for the rest. She was a little odd but not downright crazy and weird like most of the badoo girls. After a round of piscos she loosened up and I got her laughing. After that we moved over to a disco next-door to Inka Team (I can't remember the name) and danced then brought to the booth for a make out session. After that we sat down on a bench in the Plaza around 2am and picked up where we left off, and started fingering her while the taxis and occasional pedestrian passed by.

She was really worked up by this point so I lead her back to Kokopelli and with the intent of going to bar, which is open till 3. When we get to the door however, the excuses and nonsense- after a fairly enjoyable evening she couldn't come inside as just now realized she "forgot her ID":suspicious: I was getting tired so after a few minutes of back and forth I just said we'd catch up again another time.

The next morning everything started went downhill. I awoke and the blurriness in my right eye had become significantly worse. My whole central vision was distorted, similar to how summer heat rising off an asphalt surface, while the peripheral vision was unaffected. I knew this was serious now so I had the hostel staff give me directions to a walk-in clinic around the corner.

I arrive there and tell them whats going on, and they set me up with an appointment with an ophthalmologist. After paying 220 soles (about 70 bucks) a cute translator who looked somewhat like a shorter Zoe Saldana walked me over to his office. Unfortunately I was starting to get rather stressed about my eye and was in no mood to flirt. Through her I explained my condition to the eye doctor, who proceeded to give me the most half-assed eye inspection I've ever received. He had me read one of those stupid alphabet charts and look into a machine with picture of barn or something.

He concludes that my eyes are "dried out from the different climate" and gives me some eye drops. I had a feeling he was wrong but I decided to play along since he's a doctor and Im not. I thanked them, went back to my room and took my eye drops.

Next day- it's just as bad, maybe worse. I really couldn't see well with that eye at all. The drops had no affect. I made a post about my story in the "Getting sick while traveling thread". I knew I had to get another opinion and after seeing Roosh post the same advice I went back back to the clinic, this time asking to see a general practitioner. And thus begins my journey into to the comic insanity of getting medical care in Peru.

I'm placed in sort of improvised waiting area behind a curtain which bisected an examination room. Across from me was a computer, presumably intended for administrative purposes which instead has some kind of teen drama telenova playing on a youtube playlist.

After a brief wait I'm brought behind the curtain to the doctor, who's office consisted of a folding table set up next to the examination bed. He spoke good English and I explained my whole story and that I wanted a 2nd opinion from another ophthalmologist. He said "no problem, I'll set up an appointment for you". He places a call, jots down some info and hands it to me. It an address, but no name.

Me: "Great, thank you. What is the doctor's name?"
Him: *confused look*
Me: "The eye doctor- who do I ask for when I arrive?"
Him: "Oh, his name is...um...one minute"

As he is thumbing through his notes trying to save face, it dawns on me this man forgot the name of the person HE WAS JUST SPEAKING TO. He eventually just hit redial on his phone and had to ask for it. How did he even find his number if he didn't know the name? As these thoughts passed through my mind suddenly the youtube playlist behind the curtain changed from telenovas to the cacophonous screams of Scandinavian black metal blasting at a thunderous volume, so loud the doctor was shouting into the phone to make himself heard.

This went on for about a full minute until finally he calls a nurse over a points behind the curtain toward the noise. She disappears behind the curtain and does she turn the music off? No! Does she even lower the volume? No! She changes the song to George Michael's Carless Whisper, remerges from behind the curtain smiling and walks off, content that she has earned her place on this earth for one more day.

The doctor continues talking for 2 more minutes while I reflect on how George should have known better than to cheat friend. Finally he writes down the other eye doctor's name. "You need to go now," he says "his office closes at 6".

By this point I was used to people trying to scam me, but in a rare display of Peruvian honesty, the doctor refunds my money because he didn't actually examine me and I jumped into a cab. It was now 5:15.

Of course, the other clinic was across town and the roads were choked with traffic due to a huge soccer match that night! We were losing precious time and suddenly he cuts into the other side of the road and drives toward oncoming traffic for about a block then darts into a side street. After several frightening minutes we arrived at the other clinic.

The other doctor's English was bad so I have to tell the whole story again using google translate. His facility was a lot nicer than the first one and after dilating my eyes with special eye drops gives me an examination. After a long time he diagnoses my eye with a temporary condition caused by fluid leaking beneath the retina.

In order to confirm the diagnosis and begin treatment though, I would need a special test called a tomography. He gives me the address of a location where I can get it done the following day.

------

The following morning I arrive at the office, which shares a building with a language school across the street from what remains of the Incan temple of Koricancha. But the good times were just beginning...the office had relocated. To make an already long story shorter it took several hours to find the new place, which was described as "a shiny new building- a very modern and clean facility". I arrive to this:

Seems legit, no?

I see a crowd of indigenous people sitting on the sidewalk who inform me the place will not open for another 2 hours, so I have to sit and wait. When we finally get in, the nurse tells me I will need to wait another 2 hours and the test will cost TWO THOUSAND SOLES (about $650). I knew they were ripping me off so I refused and walked out.

After stepping out of the cab, I walked back to the hostel feeling exhausted and hopeless. I happen to notice yet another ophtomologist's office, and figure "Why not? How much worse can it get?" I walk in and get a third opinion from another doctor. After recounting the tomography incident he said that was outrageous and that the test only costs around 400 SOLES. Gringo tax indeed....

He didn't have the machine to perform the test but he said in order to get it and any other tests at a fair price I would have to go back to Lima, and recommended a colleague to me. I was willing to do anything at this point so I agreed. He gave me a quick exam included some eye drops which said were an anesthetic. I asked why and he says "it's important to check eye pressure".

Expecting one of those air puff tests I told him to go ahead- instead he produces some crude deceive resembling a drawing compass used in geometry class and tries to physically touch my fucking eyeball with it! I told there is no way we are engaging in this medieval barbarism and after a couple minutes he chuckled and gave up, then called and scheduled an appointment for me in Lima.

I went back to my room and booked a return flight.
-------

This is becoming a lot longer than I anticipated. Part 3 coming soon...

RE: The Peru Thread
Haha...I just started a new job and my whole schedule has turned upside down, excuses excuses...I've had this sitting in my draft box for while but here it is.

Part 3

Back to Lima
After returning to Lima I got my eye looked at and to make a long story short I they concluded it was some sort of spontaneous inflammation in the retina which may have been exacerbated by the altitude. The doc recommended I stay at sea level for at least a week, and gave me some altitude pills and aspirin. He also told me not to drink any alcohol until further notice. Sad I spent a few days with my main girl then went back to the hotel I stayed in previously and resumed pipelining efforts.

I had dates lined up for friday and saturday. Friday was with a cute girl from Tinder who spoke great English. I actually talked with her on the phone once she seemed like a real sweetheart, I was looking forward to meeting her. Friday night rolls around though and I get a text saying she's going to be 40 minutes late. Fine. 40 minutes passes. She then informs me she's not coming at all, because she gets up early and she's "too tired". Dodgy

Disappointing since she seemed so nice. But such is the game. Next.

I send a text out to the first girl I banged a few weeks back, I'll just call her Anna. She was at Ayahuasca with her friend and wanted me to join. Since Tinder girl flaked I hopped in a cab and made my way over there. Her friend had some American guy trying to get her pants so I basically had a wingman upon arrival. Despite this ideal setup, Anna did not want her friend to go back with this guy because he was allegedly married. I don't involve myself in other's issues like this so it was a real pain in the ass to get Anna to leave her friend behind. Eventually the friend says theya re just going to dance and they agree to meet up in an hour. I take Anna back to the hotel and bang it out.

Like the first time, she was not very exciting in bed, just lays there and makes me do all the work. I was slightly annoyed by this as a like it when the girl at least puts some effort in. I mentioned in my first post that she was not the brightest bulb in the box- that's not quite doing it justice. She was nice enough but looking back she was probably the least interesting/intelligent person I spoke with in Peru. Just dumber than a bag of hammers. This was the first time I can remember where I just wanted the girl to leave immediately after we had sex.

After 20 minutes or so she asks me if I want to fuck her in the ass. Suddenly my interest is rekindled, and I say sure since I had yet to do this on my trip. Unfortunately something was wrong- I couldn't get past half-mast. I just told her I was too tired and reminded her she needs to catch up with her friend. I bid put her in cab and bid her aideu.

Girl #4, the police and poo
The next night I have a date lined up with a girl from badoo. I had basically given up on badoo at this point but something about this girl caught my eye. Just before heading out the door I go to the bathroom and have a something of an ass attack. Upon completion I attempt to flush and to my horror, the water merely swirls, but refuses to go down. I open the tank and fiddle with it for a few minutes but to no avail. I had put that toilet out of commission. My date was in 20 minutes and there was nothing else I could do so I just left.

When she arrived I was pleasantly surprised- she was actually better looking than her pictures. About 5'2'' in heels, gorgeous face, nice tits and tight little ass. She spoke no English so I just spoke in my halting Spanish but she seemed to have no problems understanding. I decided I didn't care about doctor's orders anymore and we got drinks at a little place on Calle Berlin, before bouncing to Sabor Peruano, where I got her dancing and making out. From here we went to the much larger Sabor Peruano VIP on that little alley that branches off Pizza Street.

By now she had no inhibitions and we were making out on the couches to the point people across from us were beginning to stare (Peruvian girls, once they get sufficiently worked up, seem completely indifferent to bystanders), I suggest we go for a walk and we make our way down to the Malecon. There were some teenagers milling about the famous statue of the kissing couple so I took her a few hundred yards away to an area that appeared to be vacant. I notice a secluded patch of grass beyond the wall, concealed by the shrubbery, and we climb over and get to business.

I am laying on my back while she's jerking me off. Straight ahead, the grass proceeds for another 8 feet or so until the cliff drops down to the highway and beach below. I can see the moon shining over the ocean and lights shining in Barranco a few miles away to my left. The view is gorgeous. I'm thinking about how awesome this is, and that it's just about time to get the condoms out. At that moment I glance over to my right and see SOME FUCKING GUY STANDING 10 FEET AWAY WATCHING US.

I went absolutely apeshit. I started cussing him out while I'm zipping up my pants and my girl is hurriedly putting her shirt and bra back on. My threats had no effect and the guy simply walks over and starts saying something in Spanish which I couldn't understand. The is when I realized he was some kind of park police officer. He starts rubbing his fingers together in a "tip" gesture.

You motherfucker.

I momentarily consider shoving him off the cliff, but decide against it and just reach into my pocket for his "commission" as he called it. All I had was one 100 sole bill (about $33 USD). I grudgingly handed it over to him and he lets us go.

By this point we'd gone too far, I wasn't going to let this cockblocking copper ruin the night. I hail a cab and we had back to my room. We open the door and I suddenly remember the inoperable toilet I'd left behind. I rush ahead of her to bathroom saying "make yourself comfortable" and turn on the sink so she won't hear anything. I flush and flush but my it still wouldn't go down! I realized there was no choice at that point to but to run with it. I stepped out of the bathroom saying "tenemos un poquito problema aqui" with feigned outrage and confusion, wondering aloud why the hotel staff hadn't fixed this problem yet and what's the matter with those people.

Luckily she didn't need to use it so we picked up where we left off. She was on the rag but I didn't care. +1 with minimal mess.

Paracas, Huacachina and Nazca
Since I had to remain at sea level I decided to head south and check out the desert.

My first stop was Paracas, a small beach community near the eponymous peninsula about 4 hours south of Lima.

This is not really a nightlife destination, most people come here to check out the Ballestras, a series of bioreserve islands frequently called the "poor man's Galopogas". I recommend staying in the Kokopelli hostel. There is a nice pool, the gate to the back patio opens almost right out onto the water and the bar is really the only place that is hopping at night.

I also took the opportunity to visit the Paracas History Museum. This is a small little building across the from the main square which has displays of dozens of elongated skulls from the ancient Paracas culture which disappeared 2000 years ago. I was given a tour by Brien Foerster, the assistant director of the museum, who also written a bunch of books on the topic and has appeared on Ancient Aliens on the History Channel several times.

Brien claims that he and his team have had DNA tests done on the skulls and that while most of them where deformed manually with boards, about 10% of them have mutations which suggest they naturally looked like this, as if they were some sort of evolutionary dead end like the Neaderthal man. The theory is that this race formed the ruling class of the Paracas culture and "normal" people begin deforming their infant's skulls to look more like the elites. Over time, lack of genetic diversity became an issue and the "cone head" people had to begin intermarrying wit the normal humans, and the distinctive skulls shape began to fade with each generation. Eventually, they were conquered by the Nazca people and wiped out.

Some of the skulls, preserved by the arid climate still have skin and hair on them. Several of the skulls have RED hair! It's really, really weird to think that thousands of years ago a race of cone-headed, red haired people lived in Peru.

The next day I checked out Huacachina. This is a small little oasis town in the desert outside of Ica. Stay at the Desert Nights Inn- about $20 a night. Excellent food and good bar. The "party" hostel is called the Candelera del Sol. This place is small and honestly, it's pretty boring on weeknights but I heard it picks up a lot on the weekend.

Sandboarding was a great time, not nearly as easy as it looks. You gain an incredible amount of speed very quickly. Cr33pn and Bounce came down on a bus and we met up in Huacachina that night. Most bars were dead except for one place which had a bunch crazy Danish girls who drunk out of their minds and shouting and laughing at a table. We sat down and one of them was going on some wild rant about something. Bouce made a comment that she sounded like Adolph Hitler and starts mouthing her words while sitting behind her and doing Hitler-esque gestures while she spoke. I was almost in tears laughing. No bangs that night but still a good time.

The next day we parted ways and I went to Nazca to fly in a little plane and see the Nazca Lines. It was incredible.

You know what else is fun to do in Nazca? Pack up and get the fuck out there- it's a dump. Take the Cruz del Sur back to Lima.

Conclusion
After this I made plans to return to Cusco and to fast forward I finally got to see Machu Piccu, etc...by chance I sat next to the park director on the way up park on the bus and had an interesting chat. It's amazing, you've all seen Machu Piccu or a least have seen photos, theres no need to elaborate further.

Returned to Lima, banged one more girl off Tinder. Before I knew it, 7 weeks had gone by and it was time to leave.

I had broke things off with my main girl. We had begun to quarrel a lot and I just decided I'd had enough but she text saying she wanted to meet up.

We met for drinks my last day in Lima and she gave me an envelope which she said not to open till I was on the plane. After a few drinks we patched things up and we were off to a love motel- the same one I got my Peruvian flag in. We fucked like bunnies then raced back to my hostel to get my stuff, then caught a cab to the airport. I made it on time for boarding with less than 5 minutes to spare.

A few weeks prior I had made a joke to this girl that I deserved "a written apology for dealing with all your nonsense". On the flight I opened her note and that's exactly what it was- a handwritten note with a locket of her hair.
That girl was a real pain she wanted to be but we had a some great times. We still keep in touch.

I smiled, ran my fingers through the hair and reflected on the past 2 month's events....

Then the smile faded as it dawned on me that I'd be back in Washington, DC in a few hours. Cry Thankfully it was only for a few days.

My eye is fine now. In spite of how awful that was at the time, the lessons and experiences gained from this trip far outweigh the discomfort I had to go through.

This was my first taste of poosy paradise. Life will never be the same.
-----

So that was my journey in Peru, I hope you enjoyed reading this long and somewhat convoluted account. Theres a lot of stuff I left out but this story is already longer than I intended. In a follow-up post I'll put some general tips
for those thinking of visiting Peru to help you save money, avoid run-ins with cockblocking cops and other mistakes I made and to just make the most of your trip.

Cheers

Tinder is bomb in Lima, 7 girls in 5 days. Invite them to my hotel, (JW Marriott #1 in Lima) have a glass of pisco sour and by end of 2nd glass, they are ready to go upstairs.

Go to clubs with girls who are in friend zone, not single or just guys.

I must be currently visiting some other Lima, 7 girls in 5 days? maybe coz I'm not staying at the Marriott haha...

After travelling to Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, I notice the same pattern of behaviour everywhere on part of the women...They are just as big flakes here as they are in Colombia..I'm writing as I just got flaked on by one tinder bitch, actually make that 3 of them, the other 2 never even looked at their whatsapps all day in order to confirm the dates we had talked about yesterday (it shows how serious they were about meeting), and the one that confirmed at 3 pm, cancelled at 6 pm..
The story is no different from Colombia and Ecuador, initially I get tons of tinder matches, and I start talking to them and they initially act very interested in meeting me, but they are also heavy on the asking how long am i staying here (they are not that stupid after all) and i suppose when they hear i m just here for a few days then even of they make plans to meet, they dont really mean them..Another point is I do make my romantic intentions known, because many of them just wanna meet only for talking and friendship (aka attention whoring). The only difference is in Peru I was getting matches with younger chicks on average than Colombia or Ecuador.
However, stunners have plenty of local attention and status and they are not desperate to jump on some passing backpacker dick at all. Just like anywhere, it takes staying longer term here and getting some social circle or playing friendship game first to get high quality chicks, and spending money, too.
So, that's why I wish I hung out with you guys to see how you got 5 chicks in 7 days, I'd love to see the conversations you had with them on Tinder, didnt they ask you how long are you staying, didn't they flake? didn't most of them say they have busy lives with jobs, university and family/children? because that has been my overwhelming tinder experience..and that is given the fact i speak fluent Spanish (which might be more of a negative because then they expect you to explain yourself more and play their bullshit game and you seem less exotic perhaps)
and not to say i totally struck out, i had a few nice days with a chick and i stayed in her flat in a fancy area of Lima and she treated me royally, ironing my clothes, making me breakfast, and after 2 days declaring she loves me, kind of turning too cheesy and annoying even lol, she left to another town where she is currently doing her internship as a dentist so I was left for a few days on my own in a hostel in Miraflores and decided to try tinder and my results have been the ones I described above, didnt help that yesterday was father's day either. in short, South America: lots of flakes, mediocre level achievable, high level bitches need time and some money.

Nova, I enjoyed reading your posts, made me feel a bit down actually, memories of how good it was and being back in my shitty country, I spent a while in Lima, yeah Securidad in Miraflores are on the ball, they are actually quite by the book to that I found (by South American standards) so your prob lucky you got away with the "Propina". Its actually almost impossible to find a concealed place there anywhere along the malecon. However there is a spot further north of the place you mentioned that I found, there is a hidden trail in the bushes that opens into a small area with some sort of irrigation box or something, its perfect and saves on a love hotel in desperate times. If anyone wants to know the location PM me, it can be a secret Roosh V emergency bang space. I took a girl there one night from Bierhaus near Pizza St, we were both waisted, the next day I had some bad gravel rash on my knees and ass, good times though!

Where is the acting scene in Peru? Where do they make movies or television shows? What is the Peruvian equivalent of Hollywood?

I'm asking because I'd like to move to Peru and really try some acting for real. I would actually be at an advantage because I would be the minority as a gringo.

Do you have the name of this love motel?

I can sense I'm about to run into some issues with my doormen already and might need another spot for bangs.

I would rather pay $23 for another place than try and grease these bastards.

Hostal Fockti (yeah, really) on Calle Gonzalez Prada a few blocks forth of the park off Av Arequipa.

Place is rather...spartan. Everything you need, nothing you don't. The bathrooms are so small the sink is inside the shower stall.

Maybe they have nicer rooms but I don't know, haha. Good luck.

Can't believe I overlooked this one before.

Not sure if this is a serious question. Whatever equivalent there is, it's undoubtedly in Lima.

I saw a few reality Survivor/Fitness type shows while I was in Peru and I noticed they had some gringos on them. I think a couple guys from one of the British Isles and Australia if I remember correctly. They spoke Spanish okay.

If you could become fluent in Spanish and give acting classes a half-assed attempt, I'm sure you could give Telanovelas a shot.

Been back in Lima for a minute. Lima is rocking this summer, we've got a bit of a RVF crew down here. PM me if you want to join in on the fun.

For any of you who enjoyed reading this thread, banned forum member Bounce is alive and well. He's back in Lima perfecting his ass-wiping techniques. If we are lucky, he may put his innovative findings into an e-book and sell it for a low price of $2.99. #unbanbounce

The differences are quite stark between my time here late last year and now during the Limeño summer. If you can, I'd recommend coming here from January - April.

While I was here last time, lots of younger girls (18-23) were unavailable with classes and exams. Now that it is summer that has changed completely.

This El Nino summer has been hot here this year, lots of skirts and short booty shorts have got my dick hard. I'm seeing skin everywhere. Definitely more than I was here last time.

Since it's summer a lot of people head south to Asia and some of the other beach districts. Weekends here in a Lima are slightly dead because of that. As I continue to go down there I will add more data here. Other guys who have been may have more to say as well.

Depending on which district, what night and your logistics, it's a really fun time in the south during the summer. Social circle game is more important there than in Lima, and it'd behoof you to go with a someone or a group that is connected to the scene or has good logistics.

RE: The Peru Thread
When does the famous "Lima fog" begin?

I was there last year from Mid March-early May and I thought I could see it starting around then. I am trying to assess when a good time of year to go back is. I've never been during the austral winter so I have no idea if the weather changes the whole vibe to the place or not.

I am really missing Lima...cheap, chicks are easy, food is amazing...this time I'll do it right- apartment in Miraflores, none of this hopping around between residential hotels bullshit.

I really want to get the fuck out of New England. I have sworn an oath this will be the last winter I ever spent in this boring state.

RE: The Peru Thread
June - November/December seems to be when it dominates. I know it was still going strong when I was here.

Definitely one of the drawbacks to Lima for me was the weather. I was craving a bit more sun and tropical vibe, and I've got that here now.

Yesterday there were clear, sunny blue skies, temps around the mid-80s with a perfect breeze off the ocean.

It's been like that multiple days this past week. Water temp is noticeably warmer with good surf as well. Doesn't get much more perfect than that in my book.

RE: The Peru Thread
Time is going by and life has been good here in Lima. The summer vibes are still in swing and the weather has been sunny and perfect nearly everyday.

More importantly the Peruanas are still lovin' the gringo dick and I'm lovin' it.

Few Lima updates and thoughts...

After a few more experiences I want to say that Gotica and Bizarro are both played out past recommending them as being some of the best venues for picking up chicks. Especially if your time here is limited. Outside of going on a weekday night where other venues will be dead your efforts would be better utilized elsewhere.

Both seem to be suffering from having too many dudes and too many Gringos and Gringas. Gotica on many nights has too many young chicas in very young social circles who are simply interested in only attention whoring. Bizarro suffers from having too many actual whores, probably a spill over effect from Calle de Las Pizzas.

I'm not saying write them off completely, just understand there are better options for night game on most nights.

Like I highlighted here in this thread, my adventures to party beyond the Lima gringosphere have continued. Recently I was fortunate enough to check out Discoteca Bananas in San Juan de Lurigancho with our RVF Lima vet.

For being in such a shit hole barrio, the club itself is actually pretty high quality and looks like something you would find in Miraflores or Barranco. Socially, the gringo factor is through the roof. We were being eye fucked by everyone, girls giggled as we tried to approach them and generally everyone was curious how gringos knew about this place. Logistics, a strong social circle emphasis and the general Peruana aversion toward ONS (from meeting at a club) make any sort of ONS attempt very difficult if not impossible. To me this is a great place to farm numbers and find chicks who are not on a gringo carousel or otherwise.

RE: The Peru Thread
More Lima thoughts...

- Weather's still been great, but with April arriving, summer has "officially" ended here and in the sur. Never made it down to Asia for the nightlife, but did check out Punta Negra/Hermosa. Voce and El Dragon Sur are two really nice venues there, packed both times I was there. More middle and upper class chicas as you might expect, and probably some of the hottest Peruanas I've seen in Peru were at Voce. I can only imagine what Asia was like. With the summer ending, weekend nightlife has picked up in Lima as well.

- An intuitive 2nd/3rd world observation, but something else I've noticed is that the Lima weekend nightlife cycles based on the twice-a-month pay schedule, with weekends being more lively right after pay day.

- Semana Santa is a good party week here in Lima as people can finally catch a break from work. Venues all over were poppin' off on Wednesday and Thursday night. Weekend not as much as it is all about La Familia.

- Kaos (The name of Help on Tuesday nights) looks to be the #1 spot for a Tuesday. It's closed for a brief stint now and I'm disappointed I never made it out there myself as I heard countless good things from people and it seemed to be a popular spot for the younger chicas.

- Peruanas: In my countless time here I can probably count on one hand the number of colored hair or short haired chicas I've seen. If you like really long dark hair, you've come to right place. Especially if you love hair pulling like I do Heart

- Logistics: If you have girls from out in Surco, La Molina or further who have trouble making it to Miraflores, a good date/meetup location is Parque da La Amistad. It's a really nice park and there some good outdoor restaurants and even a bar Banana

- Must do: Convict conditioning and day gaming with a world class view on the Malecon.

RE: The Peru Thread
Peru Master Thread

It is almost one year that i am part of this forum and I am so glad for that, I think a big part of my first post show a little of negativity, But These are the mistakes of a newbie. Game is improving my life and i can see things with a positive view.

I have to say Thanks to NovaVirtu who start this great thread and show valuable information, also to Designate and Zoom. They both great guys who taught me a lot in our meeting. Designate can be a Gringo latin ambassador.

Let´s go to the main topic.

Introduction
I am seeing how to divide the information, but I will try to give some details in specific ones and don´t repeat it what has been threated a lot in the forum. In the beginning of this thread, You have a complete guide and take with grain of salt
my first post Peruvian Inside

This is the best inside of Lima:Designate Data Sheet, and also other good sites of ROK: Roosh Peru, Lima nightlife

Peru Map

This is the national map. Peru is divided in 24 departamentos(really big cities) and 1 constitutional departamento(Callao), It has 196 provinces(medium cities) and 1874 district(town). From my researchers and experiences, just 8 departamentos concentrate almost all the peruvian tourist and even these destinies are only explored in their 40% of capacity.

in this forum We only have data of 6 departamentos, less than 20 provinces and 30 districts. Don´t you think that there is still a lot to discover? I have visited many of them and I was so surprised for things i saw and learnt in small hidden places. There are some talent with extremely low bitch shields, great food, cheap prices, ceremonies, interesting cultural and natural things to do. I won´t give more info relate to these departments, my tip is to go and live the adventure of your life.

Lima Map

To summarize:

*Callao is the most dangerous region, but have some talent and It has great seafood restaurants, good salsa concerts. Go if you stay with a local group. It is also expected that Callao Port(manage by DP World and APM terminal) become in the new HUB port of South America.

*Lima moderna is The Lima for medium high and high peruvian society, as you see There are more than Miraflores,San Isidro or Barranco. You won`t see stunners, but some sexy rich girls you will want to bang. It is also a place for upscale restaurants, mall, shooping centers, parks, museums and others.

*Lima North is based in 2 big malls: Plaza Norte(the most important and it has a terminal to take buses to differents parts of Peru) and Megaplaza, the average quality is not good, but you can see some interesting targets that are easier than other hot peruvians(my opinion).

*South Lima and Old Lima is not worth a meeting, Avoid. No many things to do or something to see, unless you go to the hidden hot sports that are very few.

Peruanas

In terms of girls, The average is not good. Despite of that, There are some decent girls with friendly vibe who can fix your desires. Talking with other foreigners and well traveled members, They find easier to get peruvian rich girls than any other high society latina.

In general the high and medium class girls speak an intermediate english (conversatinal level), the average height is 5`to 5`2(150 to 157cm),in 2 or 3 tier places, the height is even shorter, color of skin varied, but most of peruvians have dark skin, exceptions of high class girls who tend to be taller and whiter. Bodies are okay, something that i love is that you can some curvy chicks with big ass.

There also some cutie morenas, asian peruanas, white peruanas of european ancestors. About scammers, listening the colombian and dominican stories, peruvian girls are okay, just the tradition of the country, boys pay for everything, unless you are a dating a young professional or rich peruana.

Following the flakiness of paisas(some colombian girls), I have to say that Peruanas don`t flake regularly, If they agree to go out, they will do it. The topic that most of people misunderstand is the Easiness. Peruvians may be the easiest latinas, but this isn`t Philipiness.

ONS are not common, many girls are relationship oriented and it takes 2 or 3 dates(even More) to get the bang. The strong point is that being a foreigner is a big DHV, if you have your shit together or even with an average game, You will realize how easy is to approach, call the attention and close a peruana, even with the high class girls, you have some opportunities.

Value

Preferences had been discussed many times, Yeah They have a big fascination for lighter skin guys, but as a difference of my first post and I would give an inside relate to other stereotypes.

A little of history is that Hundred years ago, Many asians, africans, italians, spaniards, germans came to the North of Peru and then they started to emigrate to different places of Sierra, Selva or Costa. That`s why it is not strange to see

The stereotype of asian is neutral here, most of peruvians don`t like asians appareance, but a few groupies are into kpop. By the way, asians have a big status here, most of them have prosperous business and don`t get in trouble normally.

Blacks, Some regions of Peru, especially Chincha, San Antonio and more, but they have a negative stereotype due to the stupid racist mind, also many black peruvians tend to work in the lowest jobs or be in illegal things, these generate suspicious of girls to date dark guys. Honestly, it can be interesting to see a black american here(few)

Middle Eastern, One year and half ago, Peru is having the Turkish telenovelas fever, Many peruanas are seeing these programs have high sintony and also they are so atracted to the turkish actors. Even I have met peruanas who traveled to Turkey and others wish to visit it and meet guys like them. I think the confusion point is that These actors are so tall with blue or green eyes, light brown or blonde hair and european looking. Now Peruanas think all turkish or middle eastern look like them.

That`s part 1 for now, next message i will detailed a little more of jergas(codes), tips and adittional information.
