RE: Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps
I'm doubtful that someone's going to disrupt the NYC event. You don't usually get that kind of stuff in midtown Manhattan, people are too busy. Unlike Toronto people actually have lives to live and things to see here. Mark my words once this SJW shit stops making money its presence will be wiped from NYC fast.

You'll likely see reporters for some shit outlets though. Unlike in Berlin they will probably look more professional and less hambeastly or faggy. They won't be disruptive but they will probably try to paint it in a negative light afterwards. I agree with banning any recording devices, just to make guys feel safer. Unfortunately that's the world we live in.

RE: Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps
Is this going to be a yearly thing? I can't make any this year, but if I know that come next summer there will be another tour then I will definitely schedule in advance to attend one of the meetings.

Women these days think they can shop for a man like they shop for a purse or a pair of shoes. Sorry ladies. It doesn't work that way.

Women are like sandwiches. All men love sandwiches. That's a given. But sandwiches are only good when they're fresh. Nobody wants a day old sandwich. The bread is all soggy and the meat is spoiled.

I'm traveling to NYC for Roosh's appearance there.

If anyone would like to split hotel/commute costs we could save a lot of money. Unfortunately for some reason I can't find better hotel prices unlike when I went once before near New Year's Eve. (that is a red pill story/lesson in itself!!)

Thanks.

I'd like it to be, but it's a ton of work. So probably not.

I was at London, I thought it was really enjoyable. I liked the night after, I was impressed with a lot of the guys game and different styles etc.

Seeing the tenancity of these guys as recharged my desire to approach and game.

In my honest opinion I think inviting the BBC was a mistake, but it was hard for Roosh to know the reaction not being familiar with the BBC.

Good day out over all.

Now that the Toronto date is approaching it's looking like I may be out of town that week. If anyone is interested in going (or maybe you need an extra ticket) shoot me a PM and I can give you a solid forum member discount.

Does anyone here still think vice.com is a non-mainstream media outlet?

Vice is becoming more mainstream. I think they're stove piping two strategies, one for more mainstream serious reporting and the other is closer to their original yellow journalism.

Vice interviewed president Obama. I watched the interview and it was fairly textbook presidential interview. But when you're interviewing the president (even if it's Obama) you've gone pretty mainstream.

Anyone know when the BBC will publish their 'findings'? Has the Beeb announced anything?

Oh yes, I'm so privileged you literally can't even.

Dude VICE is owned by Viacom, of course they're mainstream.

In some way I like them though, they're doing a really great troll job on their "edgy" readers. They're still selling the "alternative" lifestyle, but the revenue is all going to one of the most mainstream media outlets in the world. What VICE is doing is selling the "wanna be cool kids'" eyeballs to corporations - I think it's a pretty good hustle.

What do you think the drink prices are going to be like around Times Square? I would definately be the last man standing (I work midnights for the railroad.) But I gotta get back to my hostel and try and get some sleep that night. My flight leaves after lunch, to come back home.

Roosh, I would be interested in hitting up Serbia or some place like that. Some place where no Americans go. They have that Zastava firearms manufacturing plant there. That would be interesting to see.

It was a rhetorical question.

I've known for a long time that it is an SJW infested propaganda outlet. When I first encountered vice.com(around 2002) it was very interesting, not anymore.

There are a few cheaper places to get a drink but most places right around Times Square are jacked up. As you get to Hell's Kitchen (8th Ave. and west), things get a bit cheaper.

RE: Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps
75 guys showed up to this one, the biggest turnout yet. The venue was also quite nice (W Hotel) and we went to the rooftop bar upstairs before heading to U Street, which has changed drastically since a few years ago. We found a Latin bar where a few guys were in deep with women before I lost sight of them. This event had more serious drinkers than the last two, including a couple guys who were drinking during the lecture. Laugh

No drama this time around that I know of, though I heard a few women tried to sneak into the conference area towards the end. Next up is New York in six days. Thumb up

Gentlemen!

Tokyo Joe checking in from DC -- another outstanding Roosh Tour weekend.

Roosh has refined his talk even further and he was on top of his game yesterday. The first iteration in Berlin was superb but this time was even more entertaining, if that is possible.

All of you reading this -- you have three chances left: Make your arrangements now. Looking forward to meeting more of you in NYC. We are going to own that town.

I have to do a long post in the "Members You Have Met" Thread but a quick shout-out to Gmac -- the fucking legend lives. He dodged a beautiful bullet and it was my honor to hang out with him Friday and Saturday nights. He scored with a little help (distracting the fug friend) from TJ.

The real Slim Shady did stand up. And what a tall stand it is. If he had been eating just a little meat he would be 6' 6" instead of an imposing 6' 3". Icon_biggrin

Cheers,
Tokyo Joe

RE: Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps
For all of the guys at the event yesterday, this is the father/son combo. Really enjoyed the balance of the event. Best way to put it was an extension of neomasculinity, touching on all of these in some form or another and how to best apply these in both our individual and collective circumstances. The future is bright for neomasculinity, and despite the dark short-term outlook for the world, this event only brought out positive energy, with calls for deeper meaning and how to survive and thrive in our current environment.

Was a pleasure meeting Roosh and drinking and socializing with the fellow attendees. Unfortunately we had to leave at 9:30pm, sounds like the positive energy continued into the night.

Hope to see everyone again at some point and keep kicking ass on the rest of the tour!

RE: Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps
All aspects of the event were awesome. Great meeting and hanging out with Roosh, Slim Shady, Tokyo Joe, the guys from Little Rock and everyone else.

Great lecture and Q&A session. The W hotel staff and hostess were all very friendly. The crowd turned out to be an awesome group of guys from all walks of life. Rooftop bar overlooking DC was the perfect place to start the night. Wherever we went next was fun too.

I got separated from the group kind of early in the night and it was starting to look like I was doomed to bar hop DC by myself. But as I was standing in line to go into the next bar, Roosh finds me and brings me back into the fold.

The girls I talked to seemed about the same as they are in most cities here in the states. I had fun though.

I was in a liquor store downtown the Friday before the event and this girl walks in demanding to know where the Canadian beer is. The cashier says she thinks there's some in the back, to which the snarky girl replies, "Well, I work for the Canadian Embassy so..."

Highly recommend the Roosh tour! My only regret is not planning a trip up to NYC next weekend!
