RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
1. Women are infallible angels

2. Sympathy and charity are noble.

Most people who demand charity almost never deserve it. Only donate to natural disaster victims and medical research.

3. All people are born with some mystical "humanity" that entitles them to rights, dignity and respect.

Every living thing was squeezed out of a cunt, who cares? People earn respect by respecting themselves first. The "Halo Effect" is important, and so are work-ethic, intelligence and social skills.

4. Women are the romantic. Men are the romantic writers.

A woman uses romantic imagery to make a man give up fresh, tender Arby's for her expired, gas station beef jerky.

5. Prostitutes/Strippers are nasty. Marriage is holy.

Prostitutes earn a true honest living, in terms of no mind-games, hidden costs and emotional drain for men. They are like a specter haunting over bitches eating their daily (whole) cheesecake.

6. A utopia is equality and diversity. Anybody who disagrees is racist, sexist, etc.

To equalize a society, every individual must be judged by different standards. That's >7 billion lawsuits of discrimination.

7. A man is mature at 21.

I'm hoping to be so by 25.

8. Money is king.

Health is king.

9. Education is the most valuable life skill.

Salesmanship is.

10. Racism/Tribalism and need for private property are artificial constructs.

Have you ever seen the nature channel? Where they show bears, deer and wolves urinating to protect their territory from other aesthetically different competitors?

11. Christianity only produces moral dinosaurs like Newt Gingrich or ignorant sheep like Ned Flanders. Religion is the moral taxation to the legal taxation of government.

Christianity is one of the greatest, most productive institutions in human history. The Bible is a literary masterpiece. Not to mention boost in worldwide literacy rates, the mechanical printing press and standardized units of time/measurements. My greatest mentors have all been open-minded, dedicated and rich Christians.

12. Technology only has positive effects to mankind, and we should keep plowing forward.

I predict that within a few generations, there will be a pandemic of "Smartphone-induced Scoliosis".

13. Being non-offensive and meek will turn into career success, because you will be promoted for seniority.

...

14. Your family is always right.

An innocent, trophy child's life is engineered by parents who ensure they will never be jealous of his success. An orphan has nothing to lose.

15. The successful people are either the most educated, most hardworking or inherited the most wealth.

The successful people know when to talk up the fools, and talk down the geniuses.

I used to be a fervent neo-conservative and supply-sider. Now I'm far closer to the Old Right (what most here would call the Alt-Right.)

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
I used to think I would get girls by being nice.

Then I thought I would get girls by being an arrogant jerk.

Then I read Heartiste and realized everything I thought was wrong... and to be aloof.

Now I focus on working hard to maximize my life and become who I want to be. Aloofness comes naturally when I do this. I'm too focused on the things I want to accomplish to take any negativity or tests from a girl seriously. I'm too focused on my own goals to give a girl too much of my time and appear needy.

Heartiste Commandment III. You shall make your mission, not your woman, your priority

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
I could write an ENTIRE novel about how almost all of my beliefs flipped 180 degrees between January, only 9 short months ago, and today.

It's amazing when I look at myself in the mirror, I look exactly like the same person that I've always known. But what's going on inside my head, it's like a complete stranger has taken over.

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
I once believed it would be a great achievement in life to find a girl who would love me. Now I consider finding one worth my time as a greater challenge.

I believed my father and his traditional ideas were a bore and had no relevance to the ever changing world around us. Now I ponder his words in my free time and find its relevance to the ideas I have come to formulate on my own. The world is changing, but the lessons others have learned as best to be heeded.

I believed blind trust to all I met and had no issue with was a good way of going about life. Now I find it best to give them just enough rope to hang themselves until they show their true colors.

I believed people worked out for attention and vanity, but after experiencing it I learned of how a strong body is required for a strong mind.

Me 3-4 years ago:
"A woman's past doesn't mean much. I don't care if she even has an extensive sexual history. I also want to meet women around my age, maybe even a few years older"

Me now:
"A woman's sexual history is everything. Well, almost everything. Regarding potential LTRs, an extensive sexual history is a deal breaker, full stop. I date girls who are at least 5 years younger than me."

Gun control.

Once I understood who was doing the shooting, it became very clear.

The history of gun control in America is very complicated. But once you put it into global and political perspective, you see it for what it is

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
Almost all my beliefs have radically changed since I studied game 10 years ago.

Before: Men and women are equal
After: Men and women are NOT equal in any sense (sexually, psychologically, biologically and many gender issues)

Before: A college career is the key to sucess.
After: Raw business and sales experience is key to succeed. A college career can help but is not the key for success.

Before: The bible is a book full of imaginary stories.
After: The bible is a book full of advice, red pill and life wisdom.

Before: Tattoos are a very stupid fad for stupid people.
After: This belief hasn't changed. In fact it has improved (Thanks Tuthmosis!).

Before: The woman's love is unconditional
After: The woman's love is conditional, except the mother's love.

Before: Being nice is helpful to your life progress (even your dating life)
After: Being nice is the worst advice I ever followed in my blue pill days. Trump is extremely successful being the opposite of a nice guy.

Before: Mystery's Method is a proven way to seduce the girl of your dreams
After: Mystery's Method is extremely corny and useless for my personality

Before: Smart girls are a man's nightmare (in terms of forming a LTR).
After: Smart girls are a pain in the ass. I'm not surprised why they are alone when they reach their thirties.

Before: Girls with short hair have style.
After: Girls with short hair are damaged and have serious self esteem problems.

Before: When a girl told to me "You are so cute/nice/affectionate" I used to take that as a compliment.
After: When a girl says to me "You are an asshole/stubborn/hard-headed" guy. I take her words as a compliment.

Before: Young girls are very immature
After: Young girls are very pleasant, fertile and feminine.

Before: When I saw a hot girl I said to myself "This girl would be a good girlfriend"
After: When I see a hot girl I say to myself "Would rawdog".

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
Processes are linear

replaced with:

Processes are cyclical

because:

They only seem linear because we view a small section at a time, and assume "all other things are equal" when considering matters. But all other things are never equal. But more importantly, everything is constantly feeding back on itself creating cycles within cycles within cycles. In effect it is not useful to distinguish between cause and effect. In a cyclical system any single thing is always both at the same time.

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
Before: Get married and have lotsa great sex (long-ago abandoned)

Now: Friends, lovers, or nothing...there can only be one (more recently)

Those are the opposite ends of a broad spectrum. In between I thought the ideal is some stable long-term girlfriend with lotsa great sex. I no longer believe this. Excitement is key to great sex, and excitement inevitably slowly slips away with familiarity. It sucks, but I'm seeing it more and more during the 2015 year of heavy.

I can also say, I have two friends, Alpha in many ways (both highly sought after men in social circles), in great marriages who can attest. Both in great marriages for less than 5 years. Both have smokin' hot wives. Both will tell me...frequency has tapered, quality has really tapered. The wifey sees it as more of a job than she used to.

In the interests of furthering the reach of the manosphere, I'd like to answer this.

In line with what Roosh and others have written about, it was my experience with women that changed my mind; not just about women, but later, about society as well.

Like many of you, I was brought up in the West, and thus told that if I was a good provider, the right woman would eventually come into my life. All I had to do was find her.

Testing that hypothesis in the reality that is the West showed it to be flawed. Despite working hard to attain a financial position in my late twenties that most Americans - even those near typical retirement age - would never achieve, I barely had any female companionship, never mind enough to even have standards for "the one."

"Just look harder," the Feminine Imperative said, as I spent countless hours sending customized messages to girls on eHarmony, PlentyOfFish, and OkCupid, that would almost certainly never be answered.

It was in that frustration that I searched for online dating HACKS - not tips. I'd already applied all the mainstream tips, and they clearly weren't producing results at any appreciably faster speed.

At that moment, I knew I needed something different. And that's when I decided to take a risk - what did I have to lose anyway? - and try something I found in what I would later know as "the manosphere."

I think that moment - when I knew I needed something different - was the key mindset shift. It was a subtle one, and one that would continue to shift with more experience and more risk-taking, but it got the ball rolling. It's that mindset that pushed me into daygame about a year later, and it's that mindset that pushed me to quit my job and move to Poland two years after that.

My guess is that for most guys who are in the manosphere, and for those who will be in it, when reality gives them the choice to take a risk outside the mainstream AND when they feel like they have nothing to lose, they will take that risk.

Thus, if we wish to expand the manosphere faster than will naturally occur (due to the increasing trend of men having less to lose as more ironically gets forcibly taken from them), we need to continue doing what we're doing: showing them that there are ways outside the mainstream, and that they truly have little to nothing to lose.

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
I used to believe in a full meritocracy in being able to obtain high-paid employment. I refused the fact that you must "know someone" for the entirety of my life. It wasn't 'til recently that I realized that having someone on the inside was important for such high-paying jobs. I'd say the ratio for my industry is 75% knowing someone, 15% timing, and 10% being truly qualified. Perhaps sales jobs are more meritocratic since they are based on performance yet someone still has to be chosen to be the manager.

A lot of brainwashing and work goes into teaching people to believe all those "befores." For lack of a better term I'd say this is pretty red pill.

RE: Beliefs you changed your mind on...
I Used to believe:

Before: You have to be Mister nice, lovely, talkative guy without game to get every girl.
Now: You need game and have your shit together. The extremely good guy just don`t get anything.

Before: I thought that the right girl will appear in my 20`s, we will fell in love, have a great relationship, get married and having kids.
Now: This is bullshit, i want to game and bang girls from all the world and then choose the best option for a LTR.

Before:Game is only memorize phrases and actions, then girls will be mine.
After: Game is everything, complex, amazing. Openers or lines don`t get you sex.

Before: People who go to the gym, spend money to dress well are just superficials.
After: All of this help a lot to improve ourself.

Before:Peru is the worst country of the world.
After: I love my country, despite of many bad things we have.

Before: All RVF members are great, banging models, having dream lifes, giving true information, everyone colaborate.
After: We need to take with grain of salt every information. There are tons of trolls, liars and lurkers who only wants information and not colaborate.

Before:We need to trust in most of people.
After: The sweetest girl can become in acompletely bitch, your fake friends and family can destroy you.

Before: Life puts obstacles to kill us.
After: Every disadvantage make you stronger if you overcome.
