Importing third world refugees into USA though the Office Of Refugee Resettlement
So some research has led me to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which is the US Federal agency that accepts refugees and places them in communities across the USA. By now many of you know that Somalians are getting put into Minnesota, for example. This is the agency that is responsible for that.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_of_...settlement

They have a full range of programs that fund the resettlement (using taxpayer money):

http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/orr/reso...assistance

You can see year-by-year data on where the refugees are being resettled:

http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/orr/reso...rival-data

2012 total: 58,238
2013 total: 69,926
2014 total: 69,986

Looks like the cap for the past 2 years was 70,000.

Countries where we're getting the most refugees from (be careful not to confuse refugees with general immigrants):

Iraq: 19,651
Burma: 14,577
Somalia: 9,011
Bhutan: 8,316

There was a war in Ukraine that the US is involved in. They're giving millions in support to the propped-up regime. 1.4 million Ukrainian have been displaced. We're probably getting tons of refugees from there, right? Nope, we only accepted a small number...

Ukraine: 493

Refugees are generally the most destitute, and need full monetary support to resettle. At risk of sounding mean, they are likely bottom of the barrel in terms of education and skill, since they couldn't survive and relocate without government help.

Relevant questions:

-Why exactly is the US government bringing in so many refugees on taxpayer's dime?
-Where does this federal agency get its long-term plans from?
-Who determines how many refugees get to enter? It doesn't seem like voters get to decide.
-How are the refugees screened before entry?
-How do we ensure that communities that have had refugees placed are not being negatively affected?

10,000 Syrian refugees will be granted asylum in 2016. It will be done through this office. It looks like the bureaucracy and system have been put into place to leaves the gates wide open when needed.

Liberals want the toilets of the third world flushed on the US because they want more non-whites to pander to. Big business conservatives want to keep the labor market flooded in order to drive wages lower. Both sides are in on this.

Soros, Koch, Adelson, and others just like it.

The elites think it's bad enough that voters get to vote. See response to the previous for the rest of the answer.

They aren't. If DHS freely admits that they don't check into the social media accounts of applicants, then they're not screening.

You're kidding right? That's why they're dumped in the midwest. And the current narrative already says that any negative affects of refugee resettlement is the fault of the native born population being racist, xenophobic, and generally insensitive. The best solution is to double down on your efforts and dump even more.

The answer is that our progressive leadership has determined that the US should become the battered women's shelter of the world and that they do not care about what the American people think if it does not fit into their multi-culturial utopia ideology.

The battered women's shelter part came from Ann Coulter:

Her little speech starts at 2:10. She makes a lot of sense to me.

RE: Importing third world refugees into USA though the Office Of Refugee Resettlement
Australia's immigration program was designed to prop up our aging population. From what I've read Germany had a similar plan before they got more than they bargained for.

I'd say on paper that the US has a similar policy. Birth Rates unfortunately drop as education and income rise, so if the rate drops below replacement levels (2.2? per couple) then they need to import people to keep the economy going (production/consumption).

Then you've got the theories that the democrats want to increase their constituency and the elites want to import cheap labor to drive down wages and water down cultural capital to consolidate their control...
