I love facebook!
I used to hate it! Complaining and people posting their opinions in which they think is so important, I hardly ever used it and hardly posted anything.

Since realizing the red pill I have come to love facebook, it never fails to give me laughs, the women on facebook are incredibly hypocritical and its funny to see them constantly complaining about how nothing ever turns out right for them and they constantly post memes of how empowered they are and what a "real man" should be.

Its also hilarious to see betas and orbiters whiteknighting, well its actually sad but its interesting to see everytime a girl posts a selfie she gets 300 likes and comments from dudes "you are so beautiful!" "im in love"

Lol

You can also see herd mentality as well, like when the paris attacks happened everyone and their mother updated their profile pic to have the flag as if they truly give a shit, as if putting a flag on their profile shows that they care!

Now I actually post, mostly just funny videos and the occasional provacative post pointing out the hypocrisy of women which sparks a big debate.

Thank You Facebook, you remind me of reality everyday.

As much as I hate facebook and don't use it anymore it is a useful red pill reality check for anyone saying things like "Not all women are like that" or that women aren't sluts, monkeybranchers etc.

Like going into a walmart will give you a good cross section of the demographics or a community, facebook gives you a good cross section of people's opinions.

Or creating their laundry lists of everything a "real man" should be and do, while simultaneously getting up in arms because someone on Fox News suggested that a woman should make her husband a sandwich. lol

It's not just women though, the white knights who pander to women in the same way disgust me a lot more - they're about as sincere as Jimmy Swaggart. This is why so many of them swallow the "red pill" once they realize that being a kiss-ass won't get them a date and is more likely to get them laughed at by women behind their back.

I agree HCE

Seconded/thirded.

Before it became a totally female dominated attention pipeline, I remember how it gave you immediate access to young/old pictures, and before/after college.

It was eye opening.

It's only useful for humor, trolling, and activity organizing now.

RE: I love facebook!
At best it's a decent platform for promoting my personal projects. Generally its a distraction, and at worst it's hateporn.

I reactivated my account sometime last year when I started a new business to leverage my personal friends list for promotion. Since then I catch myself on it far more than I'd like to be and trolling people and shaking my head at all the bullshit people are on about.

RE: I love facebook!
Actually, I agree with this sentiment even though I'm not into Facebook at all.

The opportunity to learn about human behavior comes in many different forms. While social media can be relatively anonymous, it can also be very honest. Watching the white knight behavior is illuminating and depressing if it weren't so amusingly predictable.

I'm playing around with something called "Blab" and it's amazing to see just how fucking lame most people are in their conversations. Worse, every time a half-way pretty girl shows up, a vast array of simpering white knights show up to shower her with all sorts of insipid compliments.

One can love Facebook (or social media) or hate it. Simply take it as an opportunity to learn about humanity, warts and all. Poking the digital hornet's nest can also be entertaining as long as it's taken as a learning experience to pass along to other unplugged guys.

Besides, someone has to keep an eye on these things.

Every now and again Facebook can be useful or fun, at least, not when a mainstream issue is trending. I get more use from it reading a few Navy veteran's groups I've joined than I do from the majority of my "friends" and feeds.

RE: I love facebook!
I couldn't do it. It's entertaining but it was continually placing me in a negative mind set and taking up my time.

The problem is Facebook changed their algorithm with the news feed, it use to only show posts by friends. Now it will show their likes and comments as actual posts on your news feed and without you noticing your been exposed to their interest's, it's like watching someone else's television through their window. There were a couple of times where my news feed consisted entirely of people liking and commenting on photos and article's.

This change in algorithm has forced me to un-follow everyone on my account, I still have them as contacts but I don't see anything from them in the news feed. Instead I follow the news, tech, political and finance pages which is all I see.

RE: I love facebook!
OK..I'll buy the "it's for research" angle.

True story

When I was teenager still living at home I used to read my sister's Cosmopolitan and other chick magazines. My older brother on more than one occasion asked me "what are you a fag?"

[Image: images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTV5Irj9i1xevhTSe7l6jM...nr1-zYsieY]

Now this was way way before "game" was a thing that you could learn (as far as I know). My reasoning was if I want to know what "the enemy" is really thinking I needed to get "behind their curtain". Chick magazines (and now Facebook in another way) definitely let you do that.

Boy was it an eye opener. I learned just how true the following statement is;

"Women want one man to fulfill all their wants, dreams, needs and desires".

The corollary being:

"Men want all women to fulfill their one want, dream need and desire".

In college I developed this little routine where I would tell chicks that I actually had multiple personality disorder. When they inevitably would ask me questions the bit would run something like this:

PT- "Yeah on one end of the spectrum I have a personality named Evan"

Chick- "Oh really? And what is Evan like?"

PT- "Well Evan is like the super sensitive guy who will hold your hand, go book shopping with you, cuddles and makes slow sweet passionate love to you"

Chick- "Oh yeah? So what's else is in there?"

PT "Well on the other end of my personality spectrum is Mongo"

Chick "Oooh.. what's Mongo like?"

PT "Mongo is pretty much a caveman. He just reaches over and grabs you by the hair like this (I'd slide my hand up the back of their neck onto the scalp and grab a big handful of hair on the back of their head and tug...even done it to two girls at once) He then drags you into the bedroom, tears your clothes off and proceeds to jungle fuck the shit out of you"

"Mongo" always gets the strongest reaction. After the "OMG's" inevitably they ask "so which personality are you?"

PT -"Oh I'm just PT but I'm the most important one"

Chick- "Oh yeah, why's that?"

PT - "Cause I'm the one that decides which of the others needs to comes out to play" (smirk)

I can't count how many times I've run that bit in bars, parties or even from the back seat of a car. I've never failed to get a very positive reaction.

PT

PS My older brother quit asking me if I was gay the first time I came home from college with my 6ft tall smoking blonde bi sexual model GF...and a new one pretty much every time I've seen him since.

Facebook affirms my decision to leave my old life and America behind. Every day I sign on and see the same people talking about the same lame shit. An posting the throw back pics that only show how much fatter and older they look. While I'm overseas banging girls half my age and doing laundry on my abs.

RE: I love facebook!
I don't use Facebook very much for game purposes as in general it seems useless, and I certainly don't go around "liking" and commenting on the majority of stuff my female "friends" post.

However, I've found that in a few cases I make exceptions. There are a couple girls that I can't/won't bang for various reasons (married, out of area, single mom, just not available for whatever reason) but are physically attractive and do something that many women absolutely don't know how to do - they know how to reciprocate. I comment or "like" something they post (but I have a strict no self pic "liking" policy), and they take the time to "like" my stuff and comment right back..."Nice picture looking good", "LOL that's so true", and so on.

Sure, they're getting at least some validation from me, but it might help to have fans down the road. It only takes a few minutes of my time so I don't see the harm.
