Could someone kindly recommend a hotel where they do not ask for a marriage certificate. I am going from Scotland but it would seem the hotels are strict by islamic law when taking a girl back. please advise thank you

I'd recommend booking an Airbnb if you're planning to bring girls over. If your only option is a hotel ,then I'd recommend you to get in touch with the hotel before booking. Tell them that you have a gf that you would like to bring back and ask them if they would allow it. If you choose Airbnb which is your best option in my opinion, make sure to tell the host that your gf will join you later... Just a precaution on your part.

If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

It won't work. I tried it. Hotels have to follow the rules. If you're lucky you find a bouncer who accepts bribe then you can. But chances are very low. In case you're lucky Forget about walking to your room together with the girl. She has to come after you. So, no one will notice.
Airbnb is the best in Morocco. Not all of them though. You must read the description well as some hosts live in the same building or very close. Let me know if you want recommendations on riads which you can take girls with you without any problems.

Was she Moroccan? If she's not then you're fine. The rule only applies for Moroccan girls.

99% of morroccans are scammers. They´ll try to rip you off even with the smallest things. For example, they tried to sell me a 2 euro tea for EIGHTY euros; they must think I´m retarded.

If random people in the street tell you "that street is closed" or "you can´t go there, it is only for muslims" don´t listen to them. Either they are trying to get money out of you or mug you. Don´t take pictures of the snakes/monkeys/etc in the main plazas. The owners will ask you for unholy amounts of money.

One day a skinny morroccan tried to rob me. Thankfully I went there with a friend and I had to get a little rough with him.

Always bargain, specially in cabs. Look out for places where muslim people go and shop. Don´t wear shorts, even if the weather is nice, you will become more of a target for scammers.

The camel ride was nice. Also drinking mint tea and eating couscous was pretty good.

I did not see a single 9-10 in my entire stay there. Morroccan woman are not hot at all and the morroccan tinder had only 4-5s.

I felt unsafe most of the trip, and again, I´m from Colombia.

I would 100% rather go to Colombia than going to Morrocco. one more week there and i wouldve killed myself.

Did you get out of Marrakesh, which apparently is an over touristed shithole today? I felt Egypt and Morocco the people were the most pushy to sell to you. Yes, there were scammers there.

Now it is time for the part you all have been waiting for. There has already been said a lot about Moroccan girls in other threads and I can mostly agree. There are some really hot Moroccan girls, though most of them are hookers living in Marrakesh. In my opinion, the average Moroccan girl is not that beautiful. In my first week in Morocco I assumed that 99% of all single women in Morocco are virgins.

@RangnarLothbrok fantastic report on Morocco. The statement above I have to agree is true about most countries. I would say the best looking girls are in the entertainment industry of their country. It maybe they are on TV, entertainers, or hookers. I see this everywhere. If they have the looks they use them to make as much money as possible.
.
You report / datasheet was very informative.
I went to Morocco 25 years ago. It has changed greatly since then, because Marrakesh was my favorite city then. It had not been ruined yet. Tangier was OK then too, but more touristed due to it's proximity to Spain. I went to Fes, Meknes, Marrakesh, Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier. Casablanca was the least exotic and reminded me the most of Paris with it's wide boulevards. I went on a bus from Costa del Sol and was with my girlfriend at the time, thus not doing any gaming. I think the route we took was called the Imperial Cities. I think there are five.

I think Moroccans are great artisans. Everywhere they were making something of quality. I thought the country was very interesting. I always wanted to do the desert route and cross the Atlas mountains. "The Man Who Would Be King" movie was filmed there. I definitely want to get back there.

What happened to all your photos? I'd love to see them.

I can see Morocco is getting popular. It's a great and very diverse country, definitely worth a visit. I shared some of my experience in another thread concerning my loosely connected relocation plans: https://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-71333...pid1910394.

I have been only once there (in the North) , not for gaming , but Morocco looked too modern and civilized for me. And in Chefchaouen all those hash sellers are a pain in the ass , I would burn them all alive if i could - along with the consumers

What were you doing there in the first place? This is like me going to Vegas and complaining about the casinos. With all due respect, that's a stupid comment.

Marrakesh is overrated in my opinion. You can see all the interesting stuff in 3 days. You don't need to spend more time than that. Then, you can go spend more time in other cities depending on what you like. You can go North, visit other imperial cities like Meknes, Fes and then go to Tangier. Another alternative is to go South. If you decide to go South West you can go to Essaouira. It's a small city, 2 hours away from Marrakech by bus. It's very beautiful. Good food (especially fish), great achitecture just a little windy. Also, there is a very popular festival that takes place once a year. It's a Gnaoua music festival. Gnaoua is a traditional genre of music from North Africa, mainly from inhabitants in Morocco and Algeria.

Three hours away of Essaouira by bus, there is a city called Agadir. It's the capital of the Amazigh / Shilha people. Berbers from the South of Morocco. The city is great with amazing beaches and Argan trees surrounding it. One of my favorite cities in the country.

If you go to the South East. You can visit Ouarzazate which is a beautiful city. It's very popular for movies, every year a lot of movies are filmed there. I believe some of the Gladiator scenes and some episodes of Game of Thrones were filmed there. It's a city in the desert. There are also several Kasbahs that you could visit. Sleep in a tent in the desert, sandsurf.. There are also several Oasis cities relatively close which are interesting to see (Kalaat Mgouna, Erfoud).

I'm going to Fes and Rabat in a few weeks and looking to book accommodation. It seems like the laws against a Moroccan Muslim living (or staying overnight?) with someone they're not married to is illegal, so hotels are out of the question.

In general, are all the "Entire Home" places on AirBnB fine for bringing a Moroccan girl to stay with you? Or is there still risk of building guards / airbnb hosts checking your marriage status?

No one is going to check your marriage status. Some hosts are writing it in their profile that they are against bringing girls but no one would advertise that its girls-proof. You need to choose a discrete and modern AirBnB home and ready to spend 10$ in case of any building guard, Morocco is one of the few countries left where cash is really King.

Cheers. I just messaged some riads and hotels and they all say no. 1 airbnb said yes. But the owner (family) apparently lives right next door.

Really? Tell that to the two Scandinavian girls that were killed there recently, their attackers attempted to behead, whilst filming it with girls phone and sending to the girls mother.

Colour me hate speech, but I don’t want to support this country financially in any way, shape or form. The ‘Dutch and British girls’ that you mention visit the place are fucking idiots imho. Frankly their fathers, in the unlikely event they have any authority over their daughters, should be ashamed at themselves for allowing them to go.

For some reason quoting didn’t work there. It was in relation to op saying ‘it’s safer than a lot of European destinations’

Random bad things happen everywhere. If you look at the world through a politicized lens, you'll only see the bad in other places, and it will keep you at home. Would you not go to Las Vegas because of Paddock?

It was stupid for those two women to go hiking in a remote area. Two women hiking alone would also face a higher risk in the USA or Europe.

There are few to none problems in the major cities in Morocco. Casablanca is underrated for gaming, plenty of hotties. There is a big difference between different Moroccan provinces in how religious they are. They have different laws - some provinces ban alcohol, others it's very open. Casablanca is the most liberal city and in the upscale parts is like Europe.

Rather than ask, I looked at the Airbnb units to determine whether there was a doorman and whether "no guests" was included in the rules of the house. As Drax said, I think a couple hundred dirhams would buy some good will even if there was a doorman.

Riads i would not try to bring women in.

One of the apartments has this notice:
"Un gardien est présent 24h/24 7j/7"

A guard is present 24/7... so guess it means i should be ready to slip a 50 dirham note if he starts asking questions.

I'd say hello to the guy, introduce yourself as a visitor, ask him to keep an eye out beforehand, then give him a 50 with a merci beaucoup! or shukran!

When you come in with a girl, just stride right in with her, greet him like an old friend and blow by him before he gets any ideas.

That's the right thing to do. However to play safe, make sure it's the same guard. They often switch during day and night. To be safe and be sure of your safety, make it 100 DH. Don't talk too much with him and just greet him shortly. Moroccan ''servicesmen'' in the big cities are accustomed to money nowadays especially when tourists are violating the law. Its not an aspect to be greedy of so make it 100 DH (10$).
If you find your self with a guard who don't want to her in, let the girl visit your apartment alone and give her the right details where it is. She has to dress strikingly and neatly.

RE: My Morocco Experience
I asked the host if a Moroccan lady friend can stay with me for 2 nights and he said it's fine. But I guess he has no control over guards and just wants to get paid. I booked it anyways.

My plan is to check-in with the doorman by myself as instructed first day. If he seems cool and doesn't check passport and all then I'll just bring girl with me when she comes as normal. If not then as suggested I'll ask the Moroccan girl to come to my apartment alone and leave alone. If me or her get stopped and questioned I'll say we're just friends travelling together and slip 50 Dirams to the guard.

I won't give him money in the beginning cause it's going to look suspicious and he may ask every day I stay / guards may change. I don't want to play besties when I can't speak French or Arabic.
