States deciding that 'ladies nights' at bars are discrimatory
So what's your opinion on ladies' nights at bars and clubs - where women are charged lower prices in order to attract more of them to the venue (which in turn attracts more men?)

On one hand in this age of "social justice" where someone can sue for discrimination if they aren't allowed to use the little girls' changing room, this seems only natural, as anything else would be purely hypocritical.

Here's an article about a "ladies night ban" in Minnesota, though it's written from a vanilla progressive tone (the author basically tries to rebut it by saying "women are still paid less than men in the workplace!").

RE: States deciding that 'ladies nights' at bars are discrimatory
The only human right I support is the right to discriminate. If an owner of a bar thinks he can attract more customers by discriminating against men, then so be it, it's his prerogative.

Sadly, only discrimination of this kind is socially accepted today. We all know what will happen to a business owner who tries to exercise his right to discriminate by not hiring fat chicks for example. Or not hiring women at all.

At the very end of the article: "If bar owners feel stung, they could do something truly progressive and start a real conversation -- charge women 77 percent of what they charge men, since that's what women are still paid on average."

RE: States deciding that 'ladies nights' at bars are discrimatory
this is just virtue signaling, notice how the gender pay gap needs to be crammed down our throats in an article that has nothing to do with it. Progressives need to tow the company line in order to be accepted into their SJW cult so find new "injustices" to fight back against on a daily basis - in this case, notice how the author repeatedly doubles back and awards women with several victim points because god forbid, anyone other than the groups designated as "oppressed" get any sort of attention.

For the record, "ladies nights" are perfectly acceptable and a smart business decision imo. Regardless of my opinion, private businesses should have the autonomy to do whatever they want to attract more customers as long as they're not breaking any laws.

I don't have an opinion.

Gender identity politics are all the rage right now and are the new American distraction.

It's just more pointless rules that cultural Marxists use to try and exert authoritarian style control over the American people.

Businesses should be allowed to do whatever makes them the largest profit, but in this new Marxist age we must bow down to our Democrat overlords who "knows what's best for us".

RE: States deciding that 'ladies nights' at bars are discrimatory
Ladies night is a policy that benefits both sexes: cheaper for women, and more to chose from for men. We get to pay more, but who wants to pay less to get in a sausage factory? It's a traditional yet modern cultural tradition, don't mess with it.

The ban against it is another symptom of cultural marxism, in that it is a disruption of a practice which promotes a harmonious interaction between the sexes. For once, males don't seem to be specifically targeted, but if you look at the ban more carefully you see that it's an attack on traditional gender roles and social harmony.

You want to pay more than women in the hope of avoiding a sausage fest when it is designed to attract more men to the venue?

I've never seen a place which had cheap entry fee's for women that didn't end up as a swarm of dicks past a certain time.

Women turn up early and leave early. Men catch on later and leave later.

There's a lot of negativity in this post.

You shit on ladies nights promotions and end stating that it actually works (women turn up).

Also, what places do you go to that DON'T end up a swarm of dicks past a certain time?

Your post is very anti-game. If the women show up early with these promotions then leave early, show your ass up early.

It's a given for me that your opportunities to game are better if you go out early before the other guys are really trying to hunt.

Why would you do what everyone else does?

Well, I remember when this practice was banned in the UK.

Made not one iota difference to anything at all.

How is it anti-game when it is against a mans best interests? Men swarm to these ladies nights and the bouncers, from my experience have denied men access moreso than they usually do.

Have you ever seen a decent bar/club do ladies nights? Only bars and clubs I've seen do this are those which struggle with competition. Funnily enough they swap owners or close down.

Maybe my experience is unique to only the UK. My post isn't about game, it is about access to women through financial incentives.

Women only gyms. Try that for men and see what shit you get. Even the most prestigious and oldest men only clubs are being forced into having women.

The gym thing...

I have a hot chic friend of mine who was bitching about the guys being assholes at our gym. I told her that's why we should allow men's gyms and women's gyms (I know they pseudo exist with powerlifting gyms being primarily men, but I said this for the sake of the point).

She of course got upset at that, to separate men and women's gyms. I told her, that way the assholes wouldn't bother you, and I wouldn't be distracted by all the hot yoga pants poos walkin around with me checkin gaps for my faps (not really that last part Smile I just thought it sounded funny)

Oddly enough there are many ladies only gyms in the UK despite it being illegal.

Guess which demographic they belong to...

It's in a man's best interests to go to the location with the most talent. Usually the bars that can attract the most talent make the most money. It's not always the case but this usually goes hand in hand.

I agree that a cheap/shitty promotion is usually the sign of a crap bar that won't do well in the long run. However, from the cattle-bars putting on well-run promotions to the higher class places providing first rate ambiance and a solid ratio of attractive females, the venues that bring the ladies consistently thrive.

This could definitely be true. I'm experienced mostly on the west coast of the USA. My point is that the financial incentives to the women are completely irrelevant. The only thing relevant is the access to and quality of the women, as well as how much you need to spend in time/money to get to them. With solid social/networking skills much of the money expenditure can be minimized.

How about charging them full price 77% of the time and giving them for free the rest? Oh wait...

I think it's pointless debate, bread and circuses.

People will never get rid of the right to descriminate, because otherwise you oppose one's right to make choices.

Me: "I want vanilla ice cream."

SJW Ice Cream Artist: "Why not chocolate ice cream?"

Me: "I don't like chocolate."

SJW ICA: "Racist!"

Doesn't matter to me either way. I think trolling clubs for women is a waste of time. Maybe I just suck at club game that much; and am significantly better at day game and online game. But I doubt it. Women at clubs have their guards up, even if they want to go home with you they risk damage to their social reputation if they do, and their friends constantly cock block. I guess you can try to bang them in a dirty public bathroom; or get them outside to your car. But banging in a disgusting bathroom isn't appealing to me, and getting them into the car is difficult as well as carrying the risk of getting charged with public indecency. I'd rather go out to bars with my boys to have fun, and pick the places I enjoy going. If women happen to be there I'll hit on them and try to get the number. But there are more efficient ways of putting in work then going to clubs or bars.

You bang them at home, not in a piss-covered bathroom. You warm them up with some good kissing and petting.

I guess it's a matter of being comfortable and enjoying yourself in a club, and getting into the music for the sake of it. I'm new to this board and haven't really read up on "game" minutia, but I would guess that a lot of it comes down to enjoying the process, and in a club, that process is having fun dancing. Dancing is the ultimate mating ritual, it has been this way since the dawn of humanity. The majority of my notches have come right after dancing, either as the penultimate part of a date or in hookups at the club.

I'll take this even further: I believe in the right to discriminate FOR ANY REASON. Race, sex, sexuality, eye colour, whatever. If you don't wish to serve someone, don't. They'll take business elsewhere. If white businesses don't serve blacks, that's fine. Blacks could open up their own businesses to cater to strictly black clientele if they so chose.
