Exactly. Serbian girls are leggy, tall and sexy. But the face can be very problematic, lets say in a nice way. A downgrade over pure Slavic (rus/ukr, czech, slovak, etc) faces for sure.

The title of the thread also made me laugh. I have been to Serbia on many trips and also met Serbians vacationning and 99% of the time they believe their country is really special. When in reality its just another balkan dump with a political, economical and historical drama show. I had to double check the OP was Serbian and I was not surprised. He is really not trolling.

Serbia really is special they resisted the Ottomans for hundreds of years and basically saved the West's ass multiple times. They get 100/100 points for that. They want to preserve their culture, and not roll over to the globocucks, so they get points for that. They're proud of who they are, which is more than most states/people say in the West.

Even if they were a dump, it would be due to all our shitty interventions over there, and they are purposely destabilized simultaneously by US/EU and Russia. Ever wondered why the West cheered the collapse of Yugoslavia and supported all the secessionist movements, ie "muh Kosovars" and "muh croats" and "muh bosniaks"? Just like every other globocuck intervention, it was carefully planned.

Serbian people are based, and they will resist the islamisation far more effectively than the West. No wonder that Belgrade hasn't built a new mosque in 500 years, lol!

The place is special, and if you listen to something other than the NATO narrative, you'll find out they've been wronged, and the West was on the wrong side in the 90's. Serbs are welcoming, proud, damn good people to drink with, and in spite of all the shitty things we've done to them--I've had friends show me where the bombs have fell next to their houses-- they're still willing to treat westerners like myself with respect and understanding.

If winning were about fucking bitches and making money Serbia would be near the top of the list (in spite of massively low income, a lot of serbian money is unreported) because of how hard Serbs hustle, and because they are natural players who don't give a fuck...

In all seriousness, their culture is freaking awesome, and it's not always about money-- because if you lose your culture, then what do you really have?

RE: Serbia - The best country in Europe
Serbia is the best...at smoking cigarettes. If you care about health Belgrade is really tough, especially when the weather cools down and every bar, club and restaurant is hot boxed thick with smoke. It's hard to enjoy a restaurant meal without a big helping of secondhand smoke. Healthy food options are few and far between. It's a big negative for quality of life, especially if you're a health nut.

Aesthetically, Belgrade is mostly dilapidated and depressing. The multi story bombed out government building that they refuse to tear down doesn't even look that out of place. The people of the city are very smart and friendly and among my favorite personality wise in Europe. It's a pity so many treat their bodies like trash cans and apparently can't be bothered to repaint buildings even once a decade or two.

Serbian girls are absolute stunners, the best in the world in my opinion. They have an amazing culture too, no wonder the Ottoman Sultans loved em.

This is probably one of my favorite things about Serbia. No nanny state there, just yet. Serbs smoke more than any other country I believe. I guess it would suck if you're a non-smoker, but in it's defense I think there is a correlation between allowing smoking and being an awesome city to party... For example you can smoke in Berlin and it's an awesome place to party... same with Vegas.

If you come at the food from a western perspective, i could see the thing with the food, but it's all local, and basically organic, non-monsanto. It's not hard in my opinion to stick to something lean like veal or chicken or fish, i was incredibly surprised by the diversity of the cuisine, especially at the nicer white-tablecloth restaurants. For me the perfect day was a burek or pastry in the morning for a dollar, with a cup of espresso and some cigs, a slice of pizza for 1usd at lunch, or just skip lunch, and then do a dinner with pljeskavica, cevapi, schnitzel, etc, with a shopska salad and a couple beers. You're talking about heaven when you can get out of dinner with a beer, salad and a main for like 5-6 dollars... I was never really plugged into the hipster/foreign food scene there, but there are some really good restaurants for these types of food, Italian food, German food, american, etc. In fact I'd say the only thing not worth the effort would be Mexican food for obvious reasons. Hell they even had burrito places. Not to mention McDonalds was on another level compared to the US, despite the high price for serbia. it must be the way they grow their food, everything was delicious. I liked the fact that there were a lot of spicy serbian foods too..

Aestheics of belgrade are changing, it's just a money thing. Personally i like the drab buildings cause it gives you that eastern european, gopnik drinking vodka and smoking cigs in front of the building attitude. I don't like it, I just like the fact that it's different... If you want the nicer aesthetics it's not harder to find--- Vracar, suburbs of Belgrade, Zemun and Skadarlija are quite beautiful, as well as Dorcol, and the main pedestrian mall. The bombed out building is kept as a political statement, and I'm damn happy they kept it up, because everytime i passed by it, i would silently consider why my home country bombed my orthodox brothers so senselessly. And I'm sure they'll tear it down at some point. I didn't like the graffiti at all, but you know, all things considered, it was a welcome change from what we get here in the American south. I saw LOTS of street art. They're slowly repainting the apartment blocks bringing in more color, or building new, more aesthetically pleasing buildings. If you can get past the drabness of the gray, there are a lot of beautiful tree-lined streets with wonderful cafes, restaurants and parks.

Belgrade mentality is just different, and sometimes i get the impression they treat the cities aesthetics like they do their bodies, but that's just slavic mentality. Also, huge amount of street pissing, damn it's like Paris, even in the nicest neighborhoods. I never understood why my friends were always pissing or spitting on the street.

It is the building of General Staff, the current cuck regime in power is trying hard to tear it down, because it is the last visual reminder of the NATO aggression of '99 in the capitol. I hope it stays like it is for decades to come.

I guess you don't know that Ottoman ruled Serbia over 300 years. Serbians were basically slaves, like most of Balkans. Most of Ottoman Sultans often married Serbian girls.

If you say this for Austria or Italy, I'll say yeah I agree because Ottomans never got to conquer those and made them slaves but that really didn't work out for Serbians since they were slaves under Ottoman Empire roughly 300 years.

RE: Serbia - The best country in Europe
Yes Serbia was ruled by the Ottomans, even Austria came to the brink of invasion, but saying Serbians were slaves is going overboard.
Ottomans never used Serbs as slaves, many of them enjoyed powerful posts in the government.

Their women became consorts to Sultans, considering that those consorts held a lot of influence over the Sultan we can easily say that those women had a say in day to day running of the empire.

Sokullu Mehmet Pasha is of Serb origin, he was the grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire during its most powerful era, he served under suleiman the magnificent.
He is considered the most influential grand vizier in the empires history

Slave?

Serbia was always the first line of defense for the west, but they did their damnedest to resist, regardless of whether they won or not.

Read up son.

The Serbs were conquered sure, but saying they didn't resist is just plain wrong. Same goes for the other Balkan states that were conquered by the Turks.

I did read it. I just found out that they were actually slaves for Turks more than I said. It wasn't 300 years, it's more like 400 years.

I'd rather show appreciation towards Russians, since they never got invaded by Turks and never served as slaves.

If someone comes to my house, made me slave for 30 years in my own house and then I eventually kicked him out 30 years later, that wouldn't be something I would proud of.

Russia got invaded by socialism, their people were no different than slaves during the Soviet era. No freedom of movement, no right to acquire property, waiting in line for toilet paper, the slaves in late 1800s had it better off : ) At least you could save up money and buy your freedom Big Grin

RE: Serbia - The best country in Europe
Serbian ethnic identity has been around for 700 or 800 years, probably even more. The Serbs were the only people to kill an ottoman sultan I believe. Yes they were subjugated, but by that logic the American colonists were too. You could also say the Brits were conquered by the Germans.. List goes on and on... Belgrade changed hands 83 times, so there's that. The Serbs retained their religion, they retained their language, their identity, etc. These people are freaking tough people, they won't give up. They stood up against NATO and were mercilessly sanctioned by the West as well.

Russia has peasants that were for all intents and purposes, slaves. So I don't see your point here.

That would make more sense if Americans were indigenous to their land. Americans were Brits who conquered indigenous people's land and then eventually declared their independence. Brits never "conquered" Americans, because they were one in the same. That is quite different from the Ottomans invading and conquering Serbia.

Serbs are tough and great warriors, that is almost common sense. Like the Spartans, the Chechens, the Kurds, the Lithuanians, etc, all are smaller tribes/nations with great warrior spirit who where heavily outnumbered and defeated by bigger and as such, more powerful foes. While in Italy after the fall of the West Roman empire, only Venice managed to be a respected power/state. Even after the unification, every conflict in which Italy participated they ended up being the world laughingstock.

Serbia has been fighting bigger enemies since like 1300... Yes they don't always win... It's just hard for me to think of another nationality that's been forced to fight so many times against a bigger enemy... The reason they've kept their culture is because they're stronger people than most...

I'll tell you my point.

They were slave of Muslims Ottomans for 400-500 years and you're saying they are special? How the hell are they so special for being slaves for 400 years for Muslims? I don't really call that "special."

I'll tell you who are special. I can say, Vienna is somewhere special, even though Ottomans tried to invade it, they couldn't. They failed to take it, and then later, went offensive and took Hungary and some of the Balkan countries from Ottoman Empire.

So, they never served as slaves for Muslims. Just like, Rome or Moscow etc. That's what speciality is. Never serving as slaves to Muslims.

On the other hand, Serbians were invaded by Muslims and Turks made them slaves. They took Serbian girls to their harems and turned Serbian kids into janissaries and sent them in front-line against other Christian countries to die.

I don't get what's so special about them as they were slaves for 400 years to Turks. Is that what you call as special? Being slaves for 400 years to Muslims, letting them take your girls as they wish?

As I said before, if I come to your house, break the door, make you slave for 30 years, you resist to me and eventually kick me out of your house, will you be "special" since I made you slave for myself for 30 years? Will you be proud that you kicked me out on 3 decades later?

Well, to me, it's not something I would be proud of. I should have never become a slave of someone in the first place.

No one was disputing Serbia was conquered. What was in dispute was your original, retarded statement that Serbia didn't resist.

Russia didn't get invaded because they didn't border Turkey and they weren't outnumbered by them tenfold, like Serbia was. They did get invaded by the Mongols and were subjugated for several centuries until they kicked them out (and unlike you, I think this should be point of pride for them). Read more history son.

Anyways, seeing as you're Italian, I wouldn't expect you to understand military history and military pride. You guys literally got stomped on by a bunch of barefoot Ethiopian subsistence farmers.

Yes, I'm Italian, from Rome actually, you know. I'll tell you how special we are, not even one Muslim nation step a foot inside here and invaded us for past 2000 years mrgreen

If you call Serbia "a special place" for serving as slaves for 400 years to Muslims and let Turks bang their girls for centuries, turned their kids into janissaries, I guess you need to call Italia "A magnificent country."

That's something I am proud of. A country that never obeyed Muslims throughout the history. Not serving as slaves for 400 years to Ottomans.
