If you're prepared to make a lifelong commitment: roids

Exercise:

Bro, if you want to see those kinds of results, you need to wake up and do hill sprints, eat & go back to sleep. And in the weight room:

Max out on squats every single day before starting your normal workout. Focus on heavy compound exercises in the 4-6 rep range. Finish your workouts with loaded carries such as the overhead carry, waiter walks, farmer walk, keg carry, hussafel stone care, frame carry (I use a giant tractor tire).

Also power cleans or high pulls and box jumps will do you good.

if you don't want to do all of this, forget about a month, brah

It is not possible to get jacked in 30 days. However, I have found the following supplements to be worthwhile for training:

Caffeine
Creatine
BCAAs
Beta Alanine

I consider whey protein more of a food, and it's basically good for hitting macros when pressed for time. Otherwise try to get protein from less processed things like chicken and yoghurt, etc.

If you need to puff up temporarily with a "pump" for some odd reason:

Citrulline + higher reps

But I understand if you don't know wtf you're talking about. I was also brainwashed by the mainstream fitness industry. (although some of you sound downright confused)

He would need more creatine to recover from all those heavy squats and other compound lifts he'd be doing daily.

Hill sprints are for recomposition. He's going to need to eat a shit ton and not gain fat. Hill sprints raise your metabolism, burn fat, and build muscle.

"Questionable" testosterone boosters? The products I listed work.

Multivitamins, fish oil, BCAAs, Berberine, Na-r-ala, Colostrum, etc are a waste of money? Lol..

OP, I'm afraid most of the people who've posted here are DYEL Mike Chang bots. Thoroughly research the things I've said and give them a shot.

Anyway OP needs to learn how to workout before asking about supps.

Try going to the gym 5 days a weak, training hard, eating a lot, and sleeping at least 8 hours a night.

If you want faster/better results, take gear.
