Same more shit.

However, after work out, shower and back to normal clothing (aka PUA outfit), I was doing stuff on my laptop in the common area. To the front, there were glass-walled squash courts, in one of them two girls were sweating away kilocalories. At some point they went out, I presume they finished, then I walked passed them to take a much needed piss, returned, and opened. They hooked remarkably easily and not too involved conversation ensued. The girl whose face I liked was Ecuadorian (I'm partial to dark looks) and it was my to lose. But I bailed. Just a bit too much body but it was nice to try "gym game".

Apart from that, the usual:

Squat: 3 x 5 x 105kg

Standing press: 3 x 5 x x 45kg

Dips 3 x 10 x BW + 15kg

Leg raises 3 x 12 x BW

Chin ups 1 x 5 x BW

Dips 3 x 11 x BW + 20kg

Leg raises 3 x 12 x BW

Had a break due to travelling. Had to figure out which shoes to buy as left my weightlifting shoes back at home, thus went for Metcons 4 as proper weightlifting shoes too heavy and taking too much space to carry. Got myself a skipping rope too and a resistance band and BCAA + beta alanine + citrulline, creatine orotate, and whey isolate. Most gyms are geared for folks using machines which are way inferior than barbell/freeweights exercises, thus finding a good gym for olympic/compound exercises not easy.

Squat: 3 x 5 x 105kg

Standing press: 3 x 5 x 45kg

Dips 3 x 10 x BW + 10kg

Leg raises 3 x 12 x BW

Chin ups 3 x 5 x BW

Oblique twist 3 x 12 x 15kg
