At 6'2", it takes a lot of muscle to look incredible, so 250-260 at 15-18% bf isn't even what I consider big. But it's a long ways from the 170-180ish I started at.

What kinda weight are you going to bulk to, then cut to?

Well I'm cutting now so I'll probably hit 220-225 ish, then work my way back up and probably hit 260s again but with a lower BF.

For me past the 255 mark I start to run into issues with sleep apnea, blood pressure gets a little too high, insulin sensitivity is a little worse, ect. It's a hassle.

If I could hit 240-250 shredded some day I'd be thrilled.

OP's physique actually looks just how I would have imagined. Yolked but not body-builder lean. Traps for days, neck as wide as his head, and thick wrists. All great indicators he has real quality development. PEDs or not, I'd say impressive and realistic results for 3.5 years of consistent training.

Thanks man.

Let's say I hit 230 ripped, that still puts a really big guy at my height like say Dallas mccarver (rip) at like 100lbs more muscle than what I have.

From my experience, the way other dudes see & respect you is far more important. OP probably doesn't have to deal with any bullshit from other guys anymore.

Right on semibaron. My main motivation for wanting to improve my physique (after improving my wilderness backpacking ability) is for business purposes. People will take you much more seriously no matter what the industry or job title is if you're big and in shape.

I was doing OK in my first stint in corporate America but as a ~120 lb man who could barely fit into adult size pants, even then I knew my ceiling was pretty low.

Improving bang quantity and quality is obviously a consideration but it's lower down on the list.
