365x4 singles (tried 385 once, grip to sweaty, didnt have straps on me)

One side weighted lunges superset with abs
3x14 47.5

One leg isos
2x10 47.5 dumbells


Leg press
1x12 3 plate
1x8 4 plate
1x6 5 plate
2x7 6 plate

2x4 single leg 2 plate

Hip thruster 315 3x5
30 back extensions

Slow comeback after another ink session.. .. no more squats for a while again for me. Worked up to a single rep 385 deadlift with good form, that was about it today.
