Cannabis oil / CBD oil
I've recently started using CBD oil. I can't say I've noticed any effect. I've only been doing 5 drops a day, although the maximum is 15.

Has anyone used it? Have you noticed any effect?

That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

RE: Cannabis oil / CBD oil
Be careful about brand. CBD oil supposedly has many health benefits (haven't read the science) but there are some products that are getting people high, which absolutely should not happen. Diamond CBD is the worst known for this. If a CBD product gets you high it is probably laced with synthetic cannabinoids, which are exponentially more dangerous than actual weed and have killed thousands.

RE: Cannabis oil / CBD oil
I had some joint pain and minor headaches and experimented with a high purity CBD capsules taking up to 3x the recommended dosage for a month, and I felt nothing.

I was surprised so then I bought the medicinal CBD-only strain and vaporized it for a month and also felt nothing.

Either I'm a complete non-responder to CBD, it's way over-hyped, or CBD is non-responsive to the ailments I had at the time.

I have always had trouble sleeping, and was basically taking ambien every night. I ordered some cbd gummies from Diamond CBD and they have been great at helping me fall asleep. One gummy an hour or so before bedtime and I am out and sleep great. Dont feel any kind of high whatsoever.

I've experimented with CBD oil from a reputable source (to help with inflammation / pain from jiu jitsu).

I tried small and large doses and honestly say I noticed one iota of difference.

I wonder if vaping it would produce more noticeable effects.

The gummies aren't laced, some of the Vapes are. Look up "diamond CBD synthetic" or "diamond CBD high" tons of reports of people getting wrecked.

There's another brand that is particularly notorious can't remember the name however.

CBD oil is ok, but it's not the wonder cure that's it hyped up to be. Personally, it's best for physical ailments like joint and muscle pain, however, you need the salve or topicals to rub it into the affected areas. The pills don't really do anything in my opinion.

And what CBD companies don't tell you is that results occur over a period of time, and not over night. For example, my dog has arthritis in her hips and she can't keep up with my other dogs on walks or physical activity. But I've been giving her CBD drops mixed in her food and she's now moving around much better and can go on longer walks (although she still can't match the activity of a fully healthy dog).

But I've been giving her these drops almost everyday for 3 months now, and I only started to notice a difference a couple of weeks ago. So don't expect quick results with CBD, it takes continuous dosage to notice a difference.

You want Rick Simpson Oil aka RSO.

Trust me.

How many drops a day would you say is enough to feel something (I got it for occasional anxiety)? On the bottle of my one it says take it 2 or 3 times a day max, 15 drops a day max.

CBD Oil is not really for anxiety so much, although if it works for you do it. CBD is pretty much purely for body relaxation & pain relief. THC is for head/metal/sleep. Also the strain make a huge difference, Sativa vs Indica works completely different for some people. Also % of active CBD/TCH per ml. So for example I take 3 ml of CBD per day in my morning smoothie, which helps a great deal with chronic pain.

THC is a different animal and takes a lot more calibrating, keeping in mind oils seem to have a 10-12 hr shelf life in the system.

Most importantly the thing with CBD / THC is that it is very very dependent on the person and the medical professionals haven't really caught up with the speed of it's popularity. You will need to trial and error a bit so see what fits you best.

Yeah from my understanding it shouldn't get you high or give you a buzz at all. The legal stuff sold in all 50 states either can't contain any THC or at the most the very most micro levels.

Kind of funny this came up, my family who is pretty anti weed, complete opposite of me was just talking about CBD the other day, apparently a couple friends who were arthritic and could barely move, it's made a world of difference for them.

Well I can't say it's had any effect at all, for anxiety or anything. I think I must be one of those people who are immune to it. Having said that, maybe I should increase the dose, or maybe for me the effect will only happen if I take it long term.

But what I really need is something natural that I can take that helps with anxiety. I mean something that I can take and then travel far from home without feeling the need to escape back home.

Try high CBD low THC strains of weed if you can get your hands on any. CBD oil is weak.

As of now, many sources are coming out and one of these is https://www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.co...to-osiris. That cannabis can be a solution in some of our problem including anxiety, depression, cancer, etc..

RE: Cannabis oil / CBD oil
I currently work with CBD as a part of my job and although I am not a qualified medical professional and you should only take this solely as an opinion here's what I can tell you:

-It's NOT for everyone. We're conducting efficacy studies right now, but so far we've found there's between a 10-15% non-responder rate. We're trying to figure out what this means in terms of body chemistry and how it relates to differences in CB1 and CB2 receptors.

-There's several types of CBD oil on the market (including ours). There's two different kinds: Full Spectrum, and CBD Isolate. There's numerous different cannaboids that are derived from the Hemp (Cannabis Sativa) plant besides just THC, CBD and CBN. There's around 110 that I can think of. Full Spectrum contains CBD, THC, CBN and the other cannaboids. Usually it's under .3% in order to comply with federal regulations stemming from the farm bill, but not always. I've seen other companies get in trouble with this. CBD isolate on the other hand is a more expensive product (which is what ours is) considering getting the CBD isolate and then having it 3rd party panel tested is expensive. However, true CBD isolate has none of the other cannaboids found in full spectrum, so it is less risky with the current grey area that we are operating in.

-Research into whether full spectrum or CBD isolate is better is still inconclusive. If you read the studies that have been done, there's anecdotal evidence on both sides. What I've seen is that pure CBD isolate does give better results, but this is my anecdotal experience.

-How you take your CBD matters in terms of the effects. Pills are not as effective as tinctures. Make sure any CBD you're taking is in some form of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) like coconut oil. The product we are currently taking to market is a water soluble version, which is considerably more effective and relies on technology that is currently not available to many of the early players. Results so far have been very positive. Our water soluble CBD molecules are beneath the 80 nanometer threshold to be easily absorbed.

-You're best off using CBD for the following: Mellowing out (depression/anxiety), reducing joint pain and inflammation and related conditions. It also works to ease headaches and stomach irritation. Although we are conducting research into medical grade applications for this, not every story is like Charlotte's Web.

If any of you have questions, I will try my best to answer. Personally, I also smoke a THC heavy strain of weed with a ratio of THC to CBD closer to 2.75 to 1. More fun, and a lot stronger in my opinion.
