As far as the most subversive I don’t think it’s any kids show with an actual plot like that. The really insidious ones are even earlier with shows like Barney that imprint you with ideas like how important it is to just unquestioningly love everyone different.

Well....I never thought of the Power Rangers suits matching the rainbow. That's a depressing thought if that is what was intended. Granted they actually the red ranger be alpha males.

Its interesting some of these things when you look at them, more than a century pink and red used to be men's colours represent masculinity and blue was used for girls now we think the opposite. Those were the general assumed colours children would be dressed in.Then you depictions of the Virgin Mary dressed in light sky blue and suddenly things become clear....

Star Wars, red saber=villain, blue=good.

She's quenching the red in the snow, cooling it

Guarantee this did not happen. Zero chance a TSA agent seriously asked for her phone number as she went through crowded airport security.

Fuck outta here.

I thought the same thing but then I read the thread about a TSA agent uppercutting a pilot in his genitals and apparently those TSA guys have carte blanche so it may well have happened.

In regards to X-Men, I was always more partial to spin-offs Alpha Flight and Excalibur. Kitty Pryde calling hotter chicks heifers was hilarious and so true to life.

The other actors absolutely hate her.

At 10:00 you even have that black Iron-Man actor pull away from her as she touches him with her elbow lightly. He also seems to say something about not touching him Smile

Here's the interview without commentary. Very cringeworthy Laugh

Unrelated to Brie Larson, but this recent news is related to Marvel Film about a possible female led for Thor 4. Also, there are rumors for female lead for "She-Hulk" and "Hawkeye".

Thor Rumor: Thor 4 Could Feature Female Led
Quote:John F. Trent | April 19, 2019 | Movies

A new rumor indicates that Thor 4 could feature a female led.

The rumor from Cosmic Book News points to an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Thor: Ragnarok actress Tessa Thompson noted she believes a pitch for a Thor 4 film has been made:

“I heard that a pitch has happened for [another “Thor” film]. I don’t know how real that intel is, but I hear that the pitch has happened. I think the idea is Taika [Waititi, who directed ‘Ragnarok’] would come back.”

She also discussed the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and how it will be more female-oriented when discussing a recent fan tweet showing Captain Marvel and Valkyrie together:

“It didn’t even occur to me, legitimately, that it was necessarily a romantic thing. I don’t even know what happens in the canon in terms of those characters or if they ever intersect, but I just love the idea of more women Marvel characters getting to intersect. I just think it’s so cool and it’s time and why not? There’s so many compelling female characters inside of the MCU.”

She added:

“And just selfishly, when I get to see those women in passing, they’re all such cool women. So the idea of getting to spend time with them and hang out is so fun. I’m just excited that this new phase promises to have women and queer folks.”

Back in 2017, in the lead up to Thor: Ragnarok’s release, Kevin Feige indicated he was open to the idea of a female Thor film. He spoke to

“We always look back to get those ideas … sometimes very specific storylines like “Civil War,” sometimes just nuggets or characters like “Planet Hulk,” So anything that’s happened in the comics, even a female Thor, become great potentials and the ideas from which future movies can be born.”

Tessa Thompson’s Thor: Ragnarok co-star Karl Urban even endorsed the idea of a female Thor film, “I think it’s time. I think it’s well overdue, absolutely. I’d love to see that movie, why not.”

A female Thor was introduced into the Marvel Comics continuity in 2015 by Jason Aaron and Russel Dauterman. The story revealed that Dr. Jane Foster was the new Thor after she took up the hammer to prevent her impending death from cancer.

Adding to the rumor is the current direction for the Marvel Cinematic Universe that Kevin Feige has stated it will take.

Feige noted the Marvel Cinematic Universe would have more female-led films:

“With [Ant-Man and The Wasp] and now with Captain Marvel and many movies to be announced in the near future, I’m anxious for the time where it’s not a novelty that there is a female-led superhero movie, but it is a norm. And it is less a story of, ‘Oh, look, a female hero,’ and it’s more a story of, ‘Oh, what’s this about? Who’s this character? I’m excited to see that.’ And I think we can get there.”

And it appears they will be introducing a number of those female characters on their Disney+ streaming service. There is a rumored Hawkeye series that is expected to see the torch passed from Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton to Kate Bishop.

Hawkeye isn’t the only rumored series, another one featuring Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk is expected to introduce She-Hulk aka Jennifer Walters.

Would you be interested in seeing a female-led Thor 4 film? What do you make of the current direction of the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

Makeup is great.

Oh - spoilers for the Avengers movie:

It seems that they don't destroy the last movie too much.

But you can see where they are going - the old cast gets out, Captain America becomes Falcon - so just like in the comics - they take White characters and "diversify" them. Thor is a coward. Hulk is useless in the movie it seems. Tony at least saves the day and retires. A bunch of SJW heroes are coming soon anyway whether you like it or not. It's probably the last MCU movie they hold back the propaganda before Squirrel Girl, Mary Sue Captain Marvel, She-Hulk (who calls herself Hulk now), female Thor - they all take over.

I found actually already the propaganda in the recent movies too much - cannot imagine how it turns out in the new SJW ones. Oh - and they kill Black Widow, because hot women are a no-go. So she won't be getting a stand-alone movie - too sexy, too feminine, too nice, not enough feminazi cunt. They like only those now.
