The arrival of Yemeni refugees in South Korea sparking backlash
Snips below.

Entire article here. https://www.news.com.au/travel/world-travel/asia/the-arrival-of-refugees-in-jeju-south-korea-is-sparking-a-furious-backlash/news-story/358da4bcddad27a5299c2fa888f5b876

As far as South Koreans are concerned, refugees are not welcome.

Earlier this year, 550 Yemeni asylum seekers landed on Jeju, a resort island popular with honeymooners and other tourists.

Unlike the mainland, Jeju has offered visa-free arrival for many nationalities as a way to boost declining tourism numbers since 2002.

For Yemeni asylum seekers, who had fled their war-torn country and were stationed in the South-East Asian country, it was an opportunity to gain entry into mainland South Korea.

Over the last five months, over 500 Yemenis have arrived in Jeju, up on just 51 across all of last year.

But the arrivals haven’t gone down well with Koreans. Outcries have broken out both on the island and in the country’s capital, Seoul, with the Yemeni arrival wave sparking what the New York Times described as South Korea’s “first organised anti-asylum movement”.
Locals have held demonstrations in recent months, brandishing signs that say “GET OUT” and “FAKE REFUGEES GO HOME RIGHT NOW” in English and Korean.

“From an early age, they learn to treat women like sex slaves and to beat them as they like,” said Yang Eun-ok, 70, a leader of the Jeju protest, according to the newspaper. “They can take many wives and produce many children. Now, there are 500 of them. In 10 and 20 years, how many of them will there be?”

In July, Se-Woong Koo, the publisher of an English-language magazine in Seoul, wrote an opinion piece for the Times decrying South Korea as “racist” and “intolerant of outsiders”.

This prejudice, she argues, is a product of Korea’s homogenous culture.

“None of this is surprising given South Korea’s education system. For decades, children, myself included, were taught to believe that this is a single-blooded nation — dubbed danil minjok in Korean. This myth of racial purity was promoted to foster national unity.”

I find it funny that these Asian SJWs think they can even make a dent in the consciousness of their respective national populations that will allow for a mass takeover of their nations. Asians are the least-cucked people you will find. No way in hell are they going to allow a foreign, hostile population to set foot in their countries.

Europe: Millions come, rape and murder their way across the continent and hardly a peep.

South Korea: less than 1000 arrive and 200.000 go protest.

That is why North Asia will dominate the planet while the West will become a diverse shithole because that kind of diversity is not a strength.

I like the cut of these Korean’s jibs.

“FAKE REFUGEES GO HOME RIGHT NOW”

Agree

“GET OUT”

Lol, ever been to Pattaya?

However I get your point, the white man is largely magnanimous and merely desires a comely, yet feminine 5 and a cold pint of beer.

Koreans aren’t stupid. They’re nice people. They’ve always been nice to me. I’ve worked for a Korean company before. But they’re openly racist against blacks. They think Americans are lazy because we don’t work 16 hour days. There’s this Korea thing where you can’t leave work until your boss leaves first. It’s disrespectful.

It’s funny though. I’ve spent some late nights working and what happens is they do their Korean birthday parties after 5 when the American have all gone home.

They also all go out to dinner together. Come back around 8-8:30, work lightly for another hour then go home at 10pm. They don’t do too much work after 5. It’s mostly socializing and keeping up appearances.

One of my close friends is Yemeni. Good guy. But his family is Christian. I had no idea there were Christians in Yemen before that.

For the record I've been saying the Thais should firebomb Khao San, Soi Cowboy, and Nana for years.

They should probably hit Pattaya too.

EDIT: And Platinum Mall, more goat-fuckers per capita than anywhere else in Thailand, just drop a tungsten rod on that shitbox.

I just laughed at the way the media phrased it:

Koreans: "South Korea boasts a homogenous culture and is not known for its ethnic diversity"

Australians: "Australians are a racist, islamophobic redneck population hate speaking in protest at multicultural diversity"

Honey [Se-Woong Koo], it was done because that is what precisely what you are.

Embrace that.

Take comfort in that.

You get to live in your homeland with your own people. Many in this world do not enjoy that comfort.

The USA is the only possible exception to this idea. And the nightmare reality is that we are probably not an exception.

Though I'll admit as a USA taxpayer I LOOOOVE Rooftop Koreans.

RE: The arrival of Yemeni refugees in South Korea sparking backlash
That really is a vastly erroneous assumption. Every nation is typically composed of different layers of immigration, the only caveat being that such transplant was either achieved through war, migrant labour (or trade) or low level refuge. There is great irony in the use of America as an example above.

Perhaps, my view is tainted given I have no bone in the fight but the problem really is the large amounts of migrants pouring in, their abuse of welfare and their frequent involvment in criminal activity.

A case of too many, too quickly and too different. Meaning, they form large isolated ghettos which slow down any process of integration. A definite need for reform exists, however, I disagree with the support of a completely insular nation which lacks the basic humanism to absorb a small amount of people (even on strict terms).

Quote:Japan ONLY Admits 27 Muslim ‘Refugees’, Two Already Arrested For Gang Rape

Germany: 1.5 mio. Muslim refugees.
Crimes committed by those 1.5 mio. : 250.000

Even the Turks after 3 fucking generations still consider themselves more Turkish than German and occupy the lowest rungs of German society with IQs almost 20 points lower than the current Germans on average.

Islam is not compatible. Some ethnicities are not competitive on average or they are so utterly alien to the host country that they wipe the founding people out.

Anyone who denies it either has his own agenda at play or is a globalist stooge/brainwashed fool.

Meanwhile history will continue - the West will be submerged and many countries and tribes wiped out. In the year 2100 no one with any sane mind will be able to say that "diversity is a strength" just as no one can now say that communism was a wonderful economic system and we need more attempts like that in the future.

Korea is the only foreign country I’ve been to where I didn’t like the population, and didn’t feel an overall deference for being a white American. It’s a lack of respect trying to enter a restaurant and being told Korean-only. Never again with that. Interesting to read about the vehemence around those refugees who shouldn’t be there though

RE: The arrival of Yemeni refugees in South Korea sparking backlash
The in-group decides and has the right to decide what is acceptable to them and not the out-group.

That is an entitled Western thinking just as SJWs who move to Japan, learn Japanese, then after 2 years in Japan call themselves Japanese (real case with a SJW girl living in Tokyo).

In Italy - Venice for example - I was refused entry in some restaurants saying to me: "Only Italians." I had to push forward my girl then who had learned perfect Italian and was a hot one - she was German, but the Italians let is slide because she was Italian enough having learned the language. The Italians just wanted one place that was not beset by scores of tourists for a change. In Asia you have a culture that lets them feel uneasy around foreigners. Occasionally you meet those kind of places as well in the US, Australia or Europe - you enter a murky place and feel as if you are the odd-ball in, because the place is frequented mostly by locals who like to stay among themselves.

^ That is a crude political legitimacy argument which is valid, however, it is pretty fucking ridiculous. Probably why I enjoy travelling to destinations of the beaten track where people can be pretty hospitable.

Japanese and Korean culture seem vastly different.

Japanese seem to be the only Asians with a real interest in intellectual and artistic pursuit (as a society).

The Thais are really tolerant but Thailand is still for the Thais. Get a bit too comfortable there and they will let you know about it. Can't own land, will always be farang, you have to play by rules that normal Thais do not.

Not complaining as in many cases if you are a well behaved and half way decent looking dude you get many perks and special treatment that the locals do not.

I do not have much experience with the Koreans, but the Japanese are super curious and have LOTS of soul, they just express it in different ways and in different environments. The more time I spend there, the more I want to live there.

@Simeon_Strangelight - I wasn’t complaining of the moral implications to it, they have every right to feel like that. I probably wrote that wrong, I wasn’t condemning them or the news, just noting that I believe the veracity of it! Yes, it is natural for them to not want a 6’4 non clean shaven white dude causing a scene in their restaurant for being there, in a way, when the entirety of the restaurant is Korean not used to white folks

But, I can back on it not fondly and not want to be there again. I do feel entitled though, which was part of the sentiment I was sharing. As a white American one of the things I enjoy about traveling, and particularly to Latin America, is that people actually treat you well as a foreigner. I was just saying I personally like being in that environment.
