You breached the parameters of ol' IndyJones' programming...
All the while, it was not even all that difficult for you. Cool

How can they "blue wave" if they've all "blue screened"...?

Lol thats a good question. They had a system shut down, didn't really not know what to say, and as a result, just blocked me in order for not be perceived, racist.

RE: The NPC meme
Last week I'm talking with the new 22yo coworker in the break room. Something touched on the topic, so I ask if he's seen this NPC meme that's been going around. Totally bank stare. Never heard of it.

Today I walk past his cube, and what do I find? The NPC face drawn in the corner of his whiteboard, the letters underneath.

Got a good chuckle out of it.

Seems like it. I honestly don't know how you white folks try to stay neutral on workplaces in order not to get into trouble. And that's coming from a black dude.

But one interesting observation I made lately is when I am out or at work and the topic gets into politic, and then my support for Trump becomes obvious, they tend to shift the convo away from racism to sexism, because I don't fit the narrative.

The NPC are indeed evolving ha ha.

RE: The NPC meme
Most people are NPCs. I realised this the other day when I was reading the comments under a Tommy Robinson article in the Daily Mail. These days I'm seeing an alarming amount of "I can't believe I let the media tell me what to think about him" type of remarks, so I usually go into their comments history - inevitably see the same kind of behaviour - and come back with something like "so why are you still letting the media tell you what to think about Ben Affleck?".

In TR's case, this person has gone from letting the media form (I'm guessing her) opinion, to letting a more Islam Question-ready public form her opinions. We on this forum are a very small subset of people who can think genuinely critically, yet even we are sometimes guilty of herd-thinking. I think it's incredibly difficult to avoid. Lots of Jordan Peterson's fans are also NPCs for example. It's just our problem is progressive-NPCs which is why we focus on them. A male family members is a boomer NPC. Highly intelligent and very well read, hates leftism, is very sceptical of non-white immigration, but the moment I broach anything even remotely connected to the JQ he does the adult equivalent of sticking his fingers in his ears and all logic goes out the window and insults begin. Point is, basically everyone over a certain age is an NPC to a degree because they aren't use to the huge amount of information available online. Young NPCs don't have the same excuse.

I'm rambling a bit. To another point, getting those skulls anatomically correct would spoil the meme, because a prog-NPC would be offended at the phrenology rather than the meme making fun of NPCs being unhuman. It would also spoil the affect it has on normies.

The things you own end up owning you.

A few seasons ago, House of Cards showed the Bohemian Grove, your paragraph reminded of me of a comment I saw under that video a few days ago:

Quote:"This is essentially a tacit admission of the reality by the powers that be. Well, all the "conspiracy naysayers" can now say they knew it all along and yet will be as resolutely blind as always to the next revelation. Nothing in their internal or external existence will be questioned or changed."

Any subject but Jews - willing to talk about either side, debate, look at logically

Jews - "you need to stop looking at whatever you are reading" "you have been misled" etc

(It's a Boomer, the pro-Jew programming seems to be very strong a little closer to WW2. Which is natural, it would be very painful to see the real winner of WW2 was Marxism.)

As I've shown above, it is not insignificant and we already see the results of it, for example - coral bleaching. I dive and love the sea, so that matters to me. But I guess the ecologic systems and nature don't matter as much to some, so how about these assessments regarding the effect of this climate change, for the U.S.?

Quote:Below are some of the impacts that are currently visible throughout the U.S. and will continue to affect these regions, according to the Third3 and Fourth4 National Climate Assessment Reports, released by the U.S. Global Change Research Program:

Northeast. Heat waves, heavy downpours and sea level rise pose growing challenges to many aspects of life in the Northeast. Infrastructure, agriculture, fisheries and ecosystems will be increasingly compromised. Many states and cities are beginning to incorporate climate change into their planning.

Northwest. Changes in the timing of streamflow reduce water supplies for competing demands. Sea level rise, erosion, inundation, risks to infrastructure and increasing ocean acidity pose major threats. Increasing wildfire, insect outbreaks and tree diseases are causing widespread tree die-off.

Southeast. Sea level rise poses widespread and continuing threats to the region’s economy and environment. Extreme heat will affect health, energy, agriculture and more. Decreased water availability will have economic and environmental impacts.

Midwest. Extreme heat, heavy downpours and flooding will affect infrastructure, health, agriculture, forestry, transportation, air and water quality, and more. Climate change will also exacerbate a range of risks to the Great Lakes.

Southwest. Increased heat, drought and insect outbreaks, all linked to climate change, have increased wildfires. Declining water supplies, reduced agricultural yields, health impacts in cities due to heat, and flooding and erosion in coastal areas are additional concerns.

The effects will be much greater in China, India, Africa, South America. You'll see many, many more refugees flocking to first world countries. Is it not in your interest to prevent, at the very least, that? Smile

--

It is mind boggling to me that you are so certain of yourself, that you are a "Playable Character", when you ignore scientific consensus and clear empirical evidence.

This is the sticking point in trying to take the conversation back to reality with leftys. If they finally get beaten up too much about whether climate change is manmade or not, or by how many degrees C the temp will change, then they go to these fantastical lists which have no end and which you can't argue with.

Droughts, floods, wildfires, ocean currents - all of these things will inevitably destroy everything we hold dear. Our farms will turn to dust bowls for sure, all the trees in California will burn down - just look at the news, locusts in the cities eating your lawn definitely.

It's all pure fiction, don't you see that? If you can't even predict the temperature or carbon levels property, how on earth do you think you can make regional forecasts for how specifically climate change is going to affect everything?

It's a giant negative list of only bad things, and probably somewhere near the end someone mentions "and maybe more plants will grow and regional weather will become more stable...but probably not"

Surely everyone with a brain can see that these detailed predictions are just complete science fiction.

Further, as a broad prediction, because that's all any scientist with integrity could ever possibly make on this subject, it seems clear that the only ethical statement/prediction you could say is something like "It seem that warmer places in the world can more easily grow plants and food, and can sustain human populations there with less energy consumption. Therefore it is somewhat likely that global warming of the planet is overall a net benefit."

NPCs in the wild.

Fleccas the interviewer is funny because he is way ahead of their arguments. He can predict what the next chant will be and projects a world weary vibe in the presence of insanity. Also, as a former college football player, the threats don't seem to bother him.

RE: The NPC meme
There's something that's been on my mind recently: I can see the NPC Meme not only used in politics but I'm see to things like the NPC Meme in entertainment and fusing with politics.

My first example is noting fanboy film pundit John Campea talking about the report that the Last Jedi was hated because of Russian bots and he believed it. John Campea was part of Collider for some time. Collider, Screenrant, etc... tend to have very NPC like behavior when it comes to talking about certain franchises in terms of rhetoric and I see people parrot it all of the time. It reminds me of the mainstream media's message of "Orange Man Bad". These same sites have promoted a lot of toxicity in discussing films and are against creativity in movies.

I guess I'm Alex Jones for thinking that.

RE: The NPC meme
Getting back to climate change, I previously mentioned that the NPC mantra of global socialism being the one and only solution makes the analysis less crefible because they are obviously arguing towards an outcome rather than seriously looking at the evidence. Solar influences are totally discounted because if true, there is nothing a world commie government could do about it.

As a follow up to christpuncher's post, the predictions keep turning out to be wrong and it is like they are driving using only the rear-view mirror. Anything bad that happens and they say "Look, look! Climate change!". America gets hit with another hurricane and it's " Look, look! Because TRUMP!"

When they aren't outright lying to "hide the decline". There are too many scientific shenanigans and too many perverse incentives for a lot of the research to be taken seriously. The " scientific consensus" is one of self-selecting and gerrymandering largely purged of dissenting opinions.

And since when did the left really care about scientific consensus in fields like economics and psycometrics?

I can't bring myself to watch awards ceremonies like the Emmy's or Oscars. Pat Sajak has some great take-down tweets regarding the fact that celebrities aren't wise or well informed and people (other than NPCs I would say) don't want or need their opinions.

"One of the (many) odd conceits of celebrityhood is the notion that the ability to sing or tell jokes or portray other characters somehow qualifies one to tell others how to vote. Not sure electricians or truckers or sales associates feel that way about themselves.

— Pat Sajak (@patsajak) November 2, 2018"

Saying that Celebs have the ability to sing or dance is usually giving them way too much credit.

A more accurate description of the their talents is the ability to give blowjobs to Harvey Weinstein.
