This area attracts a lot of international tourist chicks with less bitchy attitudes and some nice boat parties as well during summer months.

When is the best time to go? I went to that area a few weeks back on saturday night it is was kinda dead. Does it clear out by 11?

Friday eve anytime 6pm-11pm is best time to go to Gtown Waterfront. Remember most boat owners have to clear the waterfront by 12am due to local police regulations so crowds tend to diminish the later it gets.
