There are 2 sides to the testosterone equation. The testosterone you have in your system and the androgen receptors sensitivity to utilize said testosterone. The test number can be misleading.

The carnivore diet will improve androgen sensor sensitivity. (intermittent fasting will as well)

I eat OMAD now and only eat fatty beef steak with lots of ghee, raw egg yolks and raw beef liver. Im starting to feel and look so much better. My gains in gym have shot through the roof.

Ive also been practicing nofap and semen retention fpr 3 week stints. This has been proven to inctease test.

The following 3 practices seem to have synergistic qualities:

1.zero carb carnivore diet
2. Intermittent fasting
3. Semen retention for 7+ days

It is subjective bro science but I attribute the gains Ive acheived 95% to my dieting and increased test and androgen receptors and 5% to intense training.

I've been filling up on onigiri, yakitori, sushi, and Famichiki lol. It's amazing that you can satisfy your hunger in Tokyo for like 700 yen (~$7).

The cool thing is there are vending machines all over Japan that sell green tea for $1. I usually wash the food down with some Jurokucha.
