List Of Independent/Alternate, Or Anti Censorship Online Services And Sites
So far I have:

Gab
Gab Dissenter Extension (anti censorship comments allowed)
Bitchute
Minds.com
Steemit
Deetube

Owen Benjamin I’ve seen has moved to his own site from YouTube after they demonetised him completely - unauthorized.tv (which I've checked out and looks good)

Have also heard some content creators are using subscribestar (at least for now) to receive payments instead of other online payment options

Are there any others to be aware of, or that we should be looking to use or check out?

-Torrent, anything that's available.
-I read theintercept.com for news, highly recommend them for news and national security reporting; the main guy is the guy responsible for reporting the original snowden leaks.

Protonmail and ProtonVPN.
Both specialize in anonymity and not keeping logs of when you access their services.
Mega.nz for online file storage. The free account is sufficient for most needs

USA.Life is the answer to Facebook and Twitter censoring Christians, conservatives and liberty.
Founder and CEO, Steven Andrew, wants you to be safe, strong and blessed. Like the founding fathers, we are Pro-America and Pro-Christian.
USA.Life is the alternative to Facebook and the Facebook replacement.

It might not meet all the criteria you mention, but I've been using Brave as a browser for quite a while now. I like the idea of it not hooking up all my personal data to the google-machine. Also been using Duck-duck-go for ages and haven't missed Google at all.

Also, Infogalactic (by Vox Day) is worth a mention as an answer to Wikipedia. Not as comprehensive certainly, but I always give it 'first-go' and if it fails move back to Wiki.

News is the big headache for me. Not many sites I can think of that you can even call 'independent' with a straight face.

Another alternative to Chrome browser is Iron Browser

I also use the linux version of Palemoon, there are many search plugins available

Has anyone used Ecosia as a search engine? Just heard about it myself and I initially like the sound of it;

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecosia

It's privacy-friendly, encrypts your searches and doesn't store them. Doesn't sell your data.

But, what I really like, is this;

It donates 80% of its surplus income into planting trees and conservation work! As of now, it has planted more than 60 million trees!

Now, don't get me wrong; I'm not at all keen on the man-made climate change lobby and even organisations like the WWF, but I'm totally into trees and the more trees planted, the better in my eyes.

Rubbish name, though!
