Depends on your history, walk with God, and your personality.

Some people have a problem with asserting themselves. Pride isn't on their radar.

For pride to be a crux, one must have something to be proud of.

I agree, I have also heard quite a few sermons talking about pride as being the root of many other sins. Adultery for example, pride speaking "I deserve better than this fat blob that does the dead fish once a month"

I will also concur with Sooth as well, pride is up there in my top 3 struggles so its in the forefront of my mind.

It is just veiled propaganda and hardly a church.

My original plan was to leave, another option is stay to oppose it until they kick me out. I'll pray about it and see what path is laid out for me.

Cucked church update. This Sunday's sermon was an interview with a panel of church members that went on a mission trip to help 'refugees' in Greece. Thats right, the 'refugees' that are 'fleeing' the middle east and north africa for EU stipends and welfare.

The pastor spoke from his translation of the bible to finger wag us that God says we have to care for refugees, unfortunately for him my King James Version bible translates the same word as stranger.

The sermons and the interviews were fully cucked, like George Soros is the pope of the church. One grey haired, childless woman even gleefully told a story about how they were working on cleaning up a house in athens that was going to house 5 'refugee' families...she beamed with pride as she told about how the greek neighbor came out and asked them "who is going to be living here? These refugees dont' work and are noisy and disruptive" and the old white lady scolded her about how she was being 'intolerant'

They held communion after the service, I debated taking it, but remembered it was in rememberance of Christ, not the cucks, so I prayed to him that the church remembers his sacrifice for us and that we don't cast his pearls before swine to be trampled in the mud.

More updates to come.

Yup and it's because of the Ego.

Its actually detrimental to spiritual growth. People are too attached to material things and trying to look like the best at the expense of putting others down.

In the end, they remain at that lower vibrational level.

RE: The God pill
Today, I decided to pray one of the Psalms multiple times each day, beginning at Psalm 1. St. Jerome called Psalm 1 the gateway to the other Psalms, because it highlights and emphasizes the dichotomy of the godly versus the godless. My goal is to pray a new Psalm at least three times each day -- and to thereafter reflect and meditate on the meaning of that day's Psalm. Here is Psalm 1:

Quote:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Psalm 1, KJV

BTW: The "scornful" are those who mock God -- and "sinners" are those who actively turn their backs on God (not those who sin with regret).

There is also The Psalter, which is a method of praying all the Pslams in 30 days (see "The Psalter" listed on the left):

The Psalms are great. If you haven’t seen or read any of it, I recommend Father Patrick Henry Reardon’s work on the topic. He’s got at least one book, “Christ In The Psalms,” and at least one YouTube video discussing that topic.

Although I can't say I'm a fan of the changes made in this 1979 edition, the BCP really brilliant. If you follow the Daily Office from the traditional BCP, in a few years you'll find yourself intimately familiar with the scriptures, and have a host of psalms memorized. It's the monastic prayer services abbreviated to a point where anyone can say them in 15-20 minutes each morning and evening.

I use the 1928 American edition. It has been immensely beneficial to me, and I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Quote:The spell is crafted “to bind Donald Trump and all those who abet him," and is supposed to be performed during every waning crescent moon until Trump is removed from office.

The ritual calls for the use of an unflattering photo of Trump, a tarot card, a stub of an orange candle, a pin, and a feather. Participants then call on the "heavenly hosts, demons of the infernal realms, and spirits of the ancestors" to bind Trump "so that his malignant works may fail utterly."

Article mentions that wicca/paganism is growing And why?

Quote:Hughes said that a desire for a more direct spirituality, is driving the popularity of paganism and witchcraft.

“They’re embracing spiritual paths, spiritual ideas that allow them to be empowered in their spirituality without that middleman,” such as a priest or rabbi, said Hughes.

Does that sort of attitude seem familiar? This sounds like something that could have come directly from Mage. This same general attitude isn't just something found in occult circles. Rather, it's the default attitude for most people today whether they are a New Age type or a completely secular, humanistic rational type. The only difference with the latter is that they'll replace the occult language with phrases such as "maximum human thriving" and "human dignity and autonomy".

Michael Witcoff wrote an article on RoK once where he mentions the Devil doesn't need you to be drawing pentagrams on your wall in order for him to win. He just needs you to not worship God. This can achieved in a number of ways and can be adapted to different personality types whether it be a Tumblr wicca kiddie or some Reddit Carl Sagan quoting neckbeard. These two attitudes might seem like complete opposites and the Wiccan and autist atheist would have nothing but contempt for each other but that have one vital thing in common: pride in their own powers and their ability to acquire knowledge to raise themselves to godhood even though the forms of knowledge would be different for each type of person. Ultimately they are both forms of gnosticism - one of the oldest and most commonly reoccurring heresies.

EMJ has made the point in a lot of his videos that when Christianity is weakened people will search for something to fill the vacuum, and that often comes in the form of neopaganism and white nationalism. I think it also comes in the form of Satanism and the occult, along with witchcraft although you could probably make the argument that those are pretty much the same thing.

Within Satanism/witchcraft/occult I think there is a certain element of narcissism. Those people think they are so special and powerful that they can control evil and direct it to their own ends instead of becoming tools themselves. I recently watched that documentary Hail Satan? about the Satanic Temple, its definitely worth watching. What struck me is that these people go to absurd lengths to get attention through crass stunts like performing a homosexual Satanic ceremony over the grave of Fred Phelps' mother or pro-abortion marches involving half-naked people wearing diapers and sick-looking baby masks.

There is another documentary on YouTube about a Satanic cult in Oklahoma. The man involved who runs this is an absolute, raving narcissist. In this video he says his children are very important to him, but then at about 6:15 he says would never stop his Satanic behavior if his own children asked him. They go on to interview his daughter, who looks to be about 13 or so, and she is wiping away tears and says she just wants to have a normal life. The Satanic cult leader is so obsessed with his own actions that he doesn't seem to care or even realize he his causing her emotional pain.

Satanism/occult/what-have-you is the opposite of Christianity not only in the sense that it is the worship of evil instead of good, but also that its effects are the opposite, not only on yourself but also on your family and society.

Ali is a Christian conservative and most everything he stands can be heard in this periscope. Very powerful and a great listen. He really touches on his struggles as a Christian (like fornication), why there is a tremendous awaking in the Christian community, and the demons were currently facing in the political sphere.

Its all written in scripture. The Lord tells us all these things beforehand and what the end of days would look like - so we should not be surprised. But it is great to see guys like you Roosh and Ali fight the good fight in the name of Jesus Christ.

At least he is getting mauled in the comments section. I only scrolled down so far, but I did not see one positive comment.

I am skeptical of these TPUSA people like Candace Owens, Rob Smith (Black gay guy who says he's Christian) and Charlie Kirk ( who literally has "We are all sinners, saved by Jesus" in his twitter bio)

They claim they are Christians, but their actions suggest otherwise. Like the Bible says you know them by their fruits. It's highly concerning when they are promoting homosexuality and other sinful behavior and condoning such could lead believers astray.

Still I am not one to judge. Only Christ knows who has a true relationship with him. I pray all people find salvation.

Weinstein’s post could be copy-pasted from the thoughts of almost any well-known Freemason. I detailed this strategy at length in my book, noting:

“The Devil doesn’t need you to worship him to win, he just needs you not to worship God.”

This whole “all religions are equally good / bad / whatever” strategy is just a subtle demonic trick to lure people away from Christ.

Anathema!

Feast of Christ the King is a relatively new Feast. Instituted after the Papal States and Italy largely abandoned Rome, and all that was left was the Vatican. The Pope feeling unsupported on earth, made a clear statement with the institution of this that Christ is the King even if the world is secular and blows.

Traditional Latin Mass is stuck in 1962 so it was a few weeks back for us. But we have Gregorian chant.

Matthew 23

Jesus Criticizes the Religious Leaders

1 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, 2 “The teachers of religious law and the Pharisees are the official interpreters of the law of Moses.a 3 So practice and obey whatever they tell you, but don’t follow their example. For they don’t practice what they teach. 4 They crush people with unbearable religious demands and never lift a finger to ease the burden.

5“Everything they do is for show. On their arms they wear extra wide prayer boxes with Scripture verses inside, and they wear robes with extra long tassels.b 6 And they love to sit at the head table at banquets and in the seats of honor in the synagogues. 7 They love to receive respectful greetings as they walk in the marketplaces, and to be called ‘Rabbi.’c

8“Don’t let anyone call you ‘Rabbi,’ for you have only one teacher, and all of you are equal as brothers and sisters.d 9 And don’t address anyone here on earth as ‘Father,’ for only God in heaven is your Father. 10 And don’t let anyone call you ‘Teacher,’ for you have only one teacher, the Messiah. 11 The greatest among you must be a servant. 12 But those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

13“What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you shut the door of the Kingdom of Heaven in people’s faces. You won’t go in yourselves, and you don’t let others enter either.e

15“What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you cross land and sea to make one convert, and then you turn that person into twice the child of hell If you yourselves are!

Man, this journey has become a whirlwind. I'm having a tough time with it.

I wrote a while back that I was having some pretty bad anxiety.
I've been able to get that under control.

However massive temptation has stepped into my life. It's as if all the forces of the world tend to work against you when you try to get closer to God.

I don't care what an Islam pusher says who ignores literally the entire Islamic history or the state of the Muslims, ignores even a chronological Quran as "taken out of context". Bestest religion evar is a wonderful description of the SJW feminist mindset with regard to the fake oppressive pyramid that gives Muslims high status due to being "persecuted". I don't owe you any response about my background or why I do what I do.

You are now going on a specific God-Christian thread to spout more of your Islamic promotion as the bestest religion evar.

OSCP, can you please entertain us with examples of where you've gone to islamic internet circles prone to extremist rhetoric (literal as opposed to exaggerated) and acted as a voice of moderation?

I'm sure there are hundreds of gathering places online for disaffected muslims prone to religious extremism and I'm also sure that if you've found the time to come and lecture Christians about extremism then you've taken twice as much time to lecture your own people about it.

Right?

God demands of Man responsibility. God demands of Woman vulnerability. These are their curse and blessing alike. Libertianism is to Man as Feminism is to Woman.
