If it's an actual "friend" and not an acquaintance, then they should respect the bro code, i.e. this guy brought this girl out, don't hit on her and make your buddy look good. If you're friend is maliciously undercutting you in front of girls, drop him.

I don't get how good friends fight over one girl to the extent of a friendship ending. There are plenty to go around.

Personally, I wouldn't let him get away with this. But, also...I don't want to ruin a friendship just because of some girl.

What I would so is the following. When both of you are sober (and relaxed), I would explain (politely) to him that what he did was disrespectful and against the "bro code". Don't argue with him...just make your point clear, and then move on. If he obliges, great...you have a true friend. Cherish him.

If he doesn't, it's also great...you'll realize that he will backstab you again over something...eventually. Over love, business...something! And you don't want such person near you.

Ceterum autem censeo Scandinavia delendam esse.

RE: How to deal with jealousy and competing friends in Game?
I have a confession - Unfortunately I've broken the bro code in my bluepill days.

Never cockblocked or tried to AMOG my buddies but did something arguably worse - Just as I was getting good at gaming chicks and making up for years of no sex, I put the moves on a good friend's ex, which he had been with for several years and was still in good relations with (though not fucking, probably...I was still quite clueless about it at that point, just wanted to start my manwhore phase).

My friend, who has been one of the people to actually introduce me to game and was a pretty good player, got pretty pissed off, which was a surprise for me (not like it was his sister or something, I myself would have never dreamed of telling a friend to back off my EX) but I've learned since it is sometimes just a matter of respect to your friends and their wishes, even if I don't see it the same way.

This caused some friction between us in the short term but I did apologise and we are still friends.

I do.

I let the better man win.

And it doesn't matter if my competitor's engaged/married/single. Because all is fair in love and war.

But do you then go sarging with him again, knowing that he has the ability to out-game you and actually tends to do it after you've shown interest in a chick?

I might stay friends with him, but if I'm looking to get laid I'd not want him around.

I did bold part couple of days ago. It went well and he agreed with what I said.
