Travelogue #3.

40 seconds in and I've been laughing for five minutes straight. My sides...

Talk about the ultimate gag gift for that lonely wine-aunt.

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Roosh's travelogues thus far & can't wait to watch the rest of the series. Will be curious to see his feelings about the Midwest once he gets to the area. Keep up the great work bud, many of the old timers around here will always support you.

So I come back to RVF after a one-month AWOL, curious to see the changes in the forum - and look and behold, now Roosh is studying at Princeton for his "PhD in Jewish Studies", and reading books about "Crafting with Cat Hair".

Therefore and incidentally, researching the subject out of curiosity, I discovered that, reportedly, cats are never mentioned in the Bible (probably on account of being seen as Egyptian idols Confused ), but are positively described in the Torah, as "models of Modesty". Models of modesty, now that's surprising.

"we would be able to learn modesty from the cat and learn not to steal from the ant."
Seriously though, modesty in such a case, probably means "patience and vigilance"?

In any case, Orthodox Christians do love cats, even female cats:

A place Roosh should visit during his US tour:
https://blogs.ancientfaith.com/morningof...stery-cat/
" All-Merciful Saviour Monastery on Vashon Island, Washington. The Monastery is under the omophore of The Most Rev. Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America, of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. Situated in the heart of a beautiful forest, surrounded by the Salish Sea, the monastery is reached by ferry from either Seattle, or Tacoma, Washington."

I've never understood Roosh's penchant for unkempt beard, especially in his youth when I thought he could make more killing clean shaved with thicken up combed hair somewhere between backward and sideways depending on best angle and sufficient coverage all over ala mad men or soldiers from WW2 on their breaks or the outsiders (novel). . This is a rare hairstyle I've never seen others do expect myself. Guys from south America and south Balkan possess voluminous hair to pull off that strong masculine look but they never do so. I think it's out of laziness. Its criminal really.

Roosh, it's my humble opinion you update your new grooming style. From my point of view such common grooming style (especially among hipsters and hippies) as yours is not respective nor worthy of dignified men.

Hence why people in Princeton thought you were a hobo. As would Russians.

But, perhaps, I'm getting carried away here.

Except this is manosphere where unsolicited advices are doled out all the times in the interests of recipients and with friendly intent. Otherwise roosh v forum wouldn't have become what it is. But I'm a newbie here so that might be different, especially as I'm giving it to the boss here lol.

RE: My 2019 tour through the United States
Just finished packing and prepping for my upcoming trip to see Roosh's Talk in Columbus, OH this weekend. Will be leaving early Friday morning from my home for a 10+ hours drive east to The Buckeye State.

After checking the Bedbugs Report website for hotels and/or motels to avoid eek, I booked a hotel room somewhere near the college area in Columbus.

Along the way in Pennsylvania, I will be visiting a couple of destination spots this Friday during the day:
--- visit my late grandparents' "coal mining" town & cemetery in Indiana County for the first time in more than 30+ years.
--- Johnstown area - visit an Orthodox Church and its Seminary Campus.
--- Pittsburgh area has plenty of European markets, delis and restaurants. With that in mind, I am planning on eating some hot Polish food (pierogies & halupki) for lunch at either Pierogies Plus or S & D Polish Deli.

New Hope, is a known as a hippie/artsy town. A friend described to me it before as a "wannabe Portland". I think a good comparison would be to Asheville, NC (the town the Waking Life Coffee people got doxxed as red pill guys), an town is that seems to be Americana on the surface but has been poisoned by the hipster subculture.

I'm happy that Roosh was appreciative of and respectful to the Amish. Unlike these guys:

The Puritan hated bear-baiting, not because it gave pain to the bear, but because it gave pleasure to the spectators. - Thomas B. Macaulay

Rick Von Slonecker is tall, rich, good-looking, stupid, dishonest, conceited, a bully, liar, drunk and thief, an egomaniac, and probably psychotic. In short, highly attractive to women. - Whit Stillman

Hipsters are the worst. No talent, inauthentic dadbeats. What are they trying to be?

New Hope not as "hipster" as Portland. Thank god. But a little more "northern" than Asheville, and more going on. I wouldn't describe New Hope as Hipster or Americana at this point. It's more ...commercial. Where couples go for "babymoons" and stuff like that. The surrounding areas are pretty - farms and such. The town itself has gotten way too commercial to be "charming" any more. But, it's no Portland, thank god.

Check out the Jimmy Stewart Museum in Indiana. The house he grew up in is close by as well.
