RE: My 2019 tour through the United States

You're wondering why no one wants to talk to you when you admittedly...

1.) Show up high off your ass
2.) Start asking people if this an alt-right meetup when everyone is probably already on edge
3.) Bring a controlled substance to the meetup
4.) Vape/smoke in the corner like some low brow hipster dipshit
5.) Use marijuana as a conversation starter.

Need I go on...”

Ahhh there’s that keyboard hostility I needed.

1) i was more “evened out” than anything but I definitely wasn’t sober - and god forbid i was. Who rolls up to a symposium without a nice fade going? Certainly not one who has read his plato, heh

2) hahahahaha bro i know that shit was bad. Bro but I’m telling you if you had seen how goofy the squad looked following roosh like mother duck/ duckling style through grant park lookin like a school trip, youd have needed to break the ice too.

3) i mean yeah im not a huge rules follow but nb: i have a script so legally like it aint be like that. Regardless I promise you that the revolution will not be sober. How is one going to be a serious accelerationist (as we all have no choice but to be) without psychoactive compounds? Embrace ur inner faust...and/or ur dionysian side. Have u read genealogy of morals and/or decline of the west?

4) brooooo but that was the best move i made. Like tobacco is the perfect ice breaker, i aint talk to shit till homeboy came up to me for a drag. Also nicotine and Traditional Western Masculinity go together like white nationalists and asian chicks. Also...

5) homie i didnt bring it up first. BUT now that u mention bud and male friendships, what a powerful tool it is for generating social connections among men, particularly amongst strangers. Like eg when i was studying in South America i was trying so hard to make friends with the indigenous instead of just being another American kid in his bubble. I joined a sports team and shit like that but it wasn’t until one of my teammates asked me “amigo, eres volado?” that i discovered him and most of the squad blazed. And in that instant i knew id accomplished my biggest goal of actually becoming boys with some natives - because, as a guy, if you (1) play on a sports team with a guy (2) and both of you blaze = you are automatically friends, gameover. Does that make any sense to you

It didn't take me very long to understand that you were high on amphetamines when you wrote this 3000 word blog post of yours.

One can rip on Maistre, but the truth is it takes balls to meet up with a group of guys you've never met before from an internet forum, and talk face to face with a famous internet personality/writer that you admire.

I appreciate your account. At least you were honest and not sugar coating your interactions with attendees for the sake of it.

You sound like a cool and enthusiastic 23 year old guy.

Facts, and thank god, because I really wanted to get my reflections down but I’m not gonna be able to write up my thoughts on the manosphere in the midwest while sober

Thanks for the good vibes bro. And yeah exactly man, I really wanted to tell it like it was. It was not nearly as weird of an experience I was afraid it might be.

Maistre sounds like... quite a character, but I appreciate the long write-up and impressions of the crowd in particular. I'm glad the attendees are mostly put together and well dressed.

I'm definitely bringing my wife when Roosh comes to our city in a few months, she watches the Roosh Hour and travel vlogs with me and always finds them enjoyable and thought-provoking. She keeps asking if tickets for our city have gone on sale yet.

Nice write up Maistre, you sound like an interesting cat, I'd give you a chance on an IRL hang if there was ever an opportunity. I'm not that old and I remember what being 23 is like.

Sounds like the tour is going fine and being well received, I'm stoked for Roosh's arrival in the dirty south.

Yeah being real I'm a weird motherfucker, but weird more in a way of like I'll write strange shit and occasionally do something ignorant to make sure my free test levels are still where they need to be lol. I promise I come across like a normal human being in conversation when it's needed most of the time.

That's so dope your wife is into Roosh. What was she like politically when you met her?

Bro I have many failings and inadequacies, but being uninteresting is not one of them. I'm flattered to know that you would deign to give me a chance to hang out with you - I'd be interested in getting a read on more of the community. Really fucked with the guys I met this weekend but I will say there wasn't a TON of big dick energy...not that I carry it like that either, but I can pretend I do.

I don't party like I did, but it'd be funny to see if dudes around here wanna fuck around and like really get bacchic on a motherfucker. Doesn't seem to be a ton of drug addicts lurking round these parts, and this is a fucked thing to say, but generally the cats with little substance abuse issues like to enjoy themselves on a night out.

Maistre: I remember we talked briefly and then I turned away for a few moments and you were gone. Thanks anyway for coming.

As for experiencing anxiety, paranoia, or other issues, I suspect it could be side effects of your substance use, especially since you're using more than one substance at the same time. Have you tried to quit everything (including coffee) for one month? It would be worth a try. I've tried it myself in the past: https://www.rooshv.com/the-purity-challenge

Maistre, that was a great write up and I like the Chesterton profile pic, but why did you refer to the event as an alt-right meetup? I don’t think Roosh has ever claimed to be alt-right and has in fact condemned the ideology.

I already bought a ticket for the Denver event, but wondering if I’ll have to deal with losers going on about white nationalism.

New Video is up, Madison WI etc.

Roosh's Madison WI review is 100% accurate. I really enjoyed living there when I was a young and single, my friends from Canada that would visit would be shocked at how it was like shooting fish in a barrel in terms for game. It is not good for the soul though. Lacrosse is also accurate.

Roosh,
The comments you made in your latest video about Madison, Wisconsin are spot on. Madison is soy boy central. Madison gets a big influx of women from all over the Midwest and even the east coast when school is back in session. Some of these women come from rural parts of Wisconsin and elsewhere. I’m a little surprised that you didn’t make a stop in Milwaukee, since its so close to Madison. Looking forward to the rest of your observations about other cities on your tour.

Here's Babylon Road #7:

Madison was the most dangerous place I've been in the USA when it comes to temptation. It reminded me of Poland quite a bit, though the poz is much worse. You would have to endure a lot of gay stuff and homelessness to satisfy your lust there.

Madison looked pretty nice on video, but youtube comments all condemned it to be the most pozzed city in Wisconsin. Apparently La Cross and Milwaukee (surprisingly) should be much better.

You would of liked Rhinelander, WI if you had the time to visit. I used to go there often on business... its a quaint town of 10k or so with a traditional Bavarian feel to it. Very friendly people with conservative values. Then again the last time I was there was 8 years before Clown World fully booted up so who knows now.

Damn Roosh, my mistake. I really didnt wanna monopolize your time or seem like i was hovering around you when you had a ton of shit to do, so maybe i wasnt bold enough. When you turned away I thought you had to deal with something more pressing and i didnt wanna annoy you. Wish i wouldve read the situation correctly - wouldve loved to speak with you further.

“As for experiencing anxiety, paranoia, or other issues, I suspect it could be side effects of your substance use, especially since you're using more than one substance at the same time. Oh yes my anxiety and paranoia are obviously products of my drug addiction, though im certain there are other contributing factors. I remember reading that post of yours way back when, and i felt inspired and interested in it. Unfortunately im nowhere near that point (no substances for 30 days yet) - i am a legitimate poly substance addict (im functional enough, however) and am currently taking baby steps in the right direction. I’m trying to gradually cut down my bud smoking from every goddamned day to 1-2 days a week, and am currently feeling damn proud of myself for not blazing 4 days a week recently. Not impressive or cool, but im taking baby steps.

“Maistre, that was a great write up and I like the Chesterton profile pic, but why did you refer to the event as an alt-right meetup? I don’t think Roosh has ever claimed to be alt-right and has in fact condemned the ideology.

Thanks! I’m a HUGE chesterton fan - the everlasting man was the book that opened christianity as a live possibility to me. I was using alt-right partially tongue in cheek, and i know it means a million different things to a million different people. Don’t worry, I can’t stand Richard Spencer or his ilk. I’m just using the alt-right term in a more broad sense, referring to the conservative currents opposed to main stream gop thought and neoconservatism, and with a particular interest in sexual and gender politics. You’d be hard pressed to find mainstream conservatives willing to mock pride parades and feminism.

Didnt hear any white nationalist talk but there was some...discussion of the Mossad etc. that would trigger some people pretty damn hard.

Ah yes that makes sense. All conservative latin americans are primed for right wing authoritarianism to begin with given the nature of their high GINI societies with unspoken racial caste systems haha

RE: My 2019 tour through the United States
Hey guys, I attended the Roosh talk last weekend in Minneapolis. It was a lot of fun and well worth it.

Roosh likes to joke that he's an old man but aside from the gray hairs, the man has a lot of energy. His penchant for telling stories has always been good but hearing them in person was well worth the experience. The stories generally start off as silly affairs but quickly turn into something more serious and profound. By the time you get to Roosh's last life lesson learned, you'll certainly be thinking.

Another great part of the event is getting to talk to a bunch of like minded individuals. Conversation was easy when you could just talk about old Roosh articles or books. The insights and opinions you hear when a group like this gets together can be pretty varied. Our group had a few couples and men of all ages.

Overall it was a great time and getting to meet the man himself was a blast. He's still helping guys and doing good work, just in a different way now.

Roosh have you considered a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card? https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/sapphir...lsrc=aw.ds

You pay a $450 fee but $300 is refunded in travel costs. Also you get 3x points for any travel fee. I imagine your hotel conference room costs will be included at the 3x rate. You could rack up some serious points and then transfer them to hotel points for free stays.
