Is veganism being pushed to lower testosterone among men?
It was just initial speculation, but the more I heard and read about this trend of veganism/vegetarianism on the rise, the more I'm convinced that it's push to lower the average levels of testosterone in the Western man, which is already low given the current lifestyles and fitness of average men today. I've seen soyboys on vegan discussion groups openly admitting that veganism was horrible for their testosterone levels as well.

This article in particular convinced me, where leftist/green/vegan/climate-crisis mouthpiece AOC is now claiming that a vegetable - cauliflower - is racist.

This was a surprise because the usual target is meat/eggs/milk (foods that help maintain T levels). This was kind of a confirmation to me, since cauliflower is known to have anti-estrogenic properties helpful in combating low T levels. Low carb / keto-friendly too.

It was never about the saving animals/not harming living things/reducing suffering that the vegan-leftist-green types harp on about, the hidden goal is to propagandize dietary practices that result in lowering T levels across the board.

Maybe... the flip side of the coin involves... coins.

Apparently it's cheaper to produce non-meats (because meats require non-meats to be produced first to feed the meats) therefore there is a higher profit margin on non-meats.

Next they will jack up prices on non-meats and price real meats out of the common man's budget.

The left right goodnight punch will probably involve fake meat substitutes for the working poor.

Damn.
I just mucked up then.
Just had a grass-fed beef steak topped with high quality bacon & a side of cole-slaw.

Guess I'll have to burn all that off by lifting some weights as penance...

Not only that. Low body fat in women lowers their fertility as well as high fat, all this veganism stuff and keto diets are effectively harming their fertility, along with the pill and aging. It doesn't seem like a coincidence and it's mostly White idiots that buy into it, unfortunately Sad

"Christian love bears evil, but it does not tolerate it. It does penance for the sins of others, but it is not broadminded about sin. Real love involves real hatred: whoever has lost the power of moral indignation and the urge to drive the sellers from temples has also lost a living, fervent love of Truth."

'My vegan diet brought on early menopause': She's a poster girl for the meat-free revolution. But in a shocking confession, cookery author and social media guru VIRPI MIKKONEN, 39, admits it ruined her health (so she's eating burgers!)

- Virpi Mikkonen is an award-winning blogger championing plant-based eating
- Based in Finland, she has four cookbooks as well as 164,500 Instagram followers
- Yet the vegan diet she was promoting as a route to health was making her sick
- A specialist in Chinese medicine said Virpi should stop eating so much raw food

Early last year, Virpi Mikkonen was alarmed by the appearance of a rash on her face.

There were other problems: a bout of flu that was hard to shift; crumbling nails; feeling low; and, most worrying, her periods stopped. A blood test revealed her follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels had sky-rocketed to the level at which women hit the menopause. Virpi was 37 and having hot flushes.
‘I thought, what’s wrong with me? I am healthy, I exercise,’ Virpi says. ‘I was really scared.’
At the time, Virpi believed herself to be eating the healthiest of all diets: gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, meat-free, refined sugar-free. And what’s more, she’d built a career inspiring others to eat it, too.
...
She admits she was ‘shocked’. But now she’s given up veganism, she feels much better.
‘I felt I had run out of fuel, totally,’ she says. ‘I was empty.’ She is now particularly fond of bone broth, a bone stock she has as a hot drink or adds to stews and soups. She’s also eating eggs, which is a major departure because she used to refer to them as ‘miscarriages of chickens’.
The effects have been dramatic. ‘It’s amazing. I feel energetic, motivated. I’m sleeping better, the hot flushes and aching in my body have stopped.’ Best of all, her periods have returned. She was so relieved she danced round her flat. ‘I thought, OK, now I am back on track.’

100%. Take a meat-less burger and sell it at more than the price of a regular burger because it is cool to hipsters and saves the planet. You get to charge a price premium because its 'ethical' and save immensely on the input costs, not to mention shelf life of ingredients.

The beyond meat meatless burger is a pure science and lab creation. Heavily processed food product which will be expensive due to all the moving parts needed to make it.

The issue with the meat raising isn't the need for plans for feed but the monoculture and trade distances that have been perpetuated in this modern age. If people are local meat in a season rotation all would be fine.

The energy gains from eating dense animal fats and proteins makes up for it all. It is the energy expense to get there to market which makes it wasteful. Plants won't save this as they require energy expense to get to market as well. The only way to have a world full.lf vegans is to pump out alien GMO crops grown in labs and greenhouses. They seem to not tell you that part when they push thier vegan nonsense.

Humans are best on a plant majority diet, maybe 60/40 split. Neither extreme is realistic, there is always a healthy balance.

Cool info, cauliflower is a staple for me, the globohomo's are also the reason why cauliflower is the most price jacked veg around. $6 a head right now in local grocery stores.

RE: Is veganism being pushed to lower testosterone among men?
Nah.

It's just another cookie cutter quest for meaning in life for middle class westerners along side social justice, marathons, crossfit, yoga, Buddhism, the magic of weed on the left and the carnivore diet, heavy skwats, BJJ, Jesus and Whiskey/Cigars on the right.

Same shit different manifestations based on arrogant belief that the world is here to provide them with meaning. What can you do to add meaning to the world stupid.

As a guy from the third world, life and the world itself it fascinating enough for me to get sucked into splitting hairs over irrelevant shit.

Not saying there are no virtues to a plant heavy diet, martial arts, lifting or human rights but it just seems that middle class westerners have an obsession with elevating a particular lifestyle decision into God.

Life is a mosaic of colors and these idiots just take one color, splash it all over and claim that all other colors are shit.

Most annoying people on the planet by far.

They did the same thing to Kale prior.

Cauliflower used to be a black market vegetable that nobody wanted much.

I have switched to cabbage and brussel sprouts as my main vegetables in my rotation as they have not been ruined yet by vegans. Cabbage is still a peasant vegetable and is still very cheap. You can lots with it and it is very tasty. Also, beets are still cheap and you just roast them in the oven and they are delicious and go with any meat it seems.

RE: Is veganism being pushed to lower testosterone among men?
Yes, a vegan diet results in lower testosterone. The real danger though is that it makes one susceptible to being deficient in zinc, iron, calcium, vitamins B12 & D3, and omega-3 fatty acids. These deficiencies cause brain fog, fatigue depression, anxiety and emotional dysfunction among other things and is the reason why vegan diets are used in cults as an aid for ideological manipulation. Therefore, one could say that the mainstream media is pushing veganism to keep NPCs in line.

It's also worth noting Israel is the vegan capital of the world.

It is curious (and ironic) that despite Juice being at the forefront of some of the subversiveness and dysgenic practices being carried out in the West, they too suffer heavily from them! Fag acceptance, veganism, some extremely weird leftists, a large amount of non-Jew citizens and plummeting birth rates.

If there is one thing I miss about living in Toronto is the quality of Cabbage, onions and carrots that come out of the Holland Marsh. Huge carrots that almost taste like sugar.

You are also correct that the vegetables that give you hearty farts like cabbage, turnips, beets and brussel sprouts haven't been accosted by the hippies.

1. The article should have been more appropriately titled “what Tom Brady doesn’t eat.”
2. His diet is heavily supplemented with powders, pills, etc.
3. He’s a multimillionaire and has a personal chef to deal with his food.

The only reason he hasn’t gone full vegan is because they’re smart enough to know that animal products are loaded with fat soluble nutrients with far greater bioavailability than you can get from pills or plants.

The other thing to keep in mind is that Tom Brady is so far removed from you, he might as well be a different species altogether. He has total financial security. He doesn’t face the same stresses as normal people. He doesn’t have to do the same things as normal people. All he has to do in life is show up when and where he’s told.
