Staring at women
Hi guys,

How do you go about looking at cute girls here and there that you don't know?
Do you think it's inappropriate, convey low value, or is it natural and normal?
I have the dilemma for a while, especially when it comes to random girls on the street or public transport that I will probably not approach.

Definitely not a good idea to stare at people, not just girls. Obviously, It's okay to find girls attractive on the street, but pointless to continue looking at them. If you're worried you might accidentally get caught staring then I would just advise you to wear sunglasses. Also, the last part of your post makes me think you suffer from low-confidence/self-esteem. I would recommend joining a Toastmasters club to get over fear of talking in groups/people.

You see in your peripheral vision a cute girl. After that, you get one glance, which could be strong eye contact if you're confident (not a stare). Then either approach or forget her. A second glance is weak. And never stare.

Agreed, if you like the way she looks, go over and say "You look pretty"
What have you got to lose?
Not in the UK though, talking to women you don't know is classed as a hate crime.

So if I understood, the right way is to control my self and don't look even if I want. I was thinking that if I don't look I would came across as frigid and unmasculine, but that may be better than to came across as maniac or freak.

Practice going in public with a half smile on your face. This softens any glances. Humans are hardwired to consider staring as a threat. Even animals may attack when being stared at.

Eyes are for seeing. You are never going to see the girl again. Either approach and have a go, or walk by and get an eyeful. There is no law against looking. (yet)
