RE: My Epiphany About Building A Lifestyle Abroad
Ive lived abroad over 10 years now. I have a foreign wife from Estonia where I lived for 5 of those years. 3 kids. I am now in rural Spain. I like it here, ALOT.

You couldnt pay me enough to go back to that shit hole USSA.

The key is developing location independant income, learning local languages, networking with other top shelf expats, realizing you will always be an outsider to some extent but that is better than a life of insane misery in the US.

Do you speak Spanish? Is rural Spain muslim infested yet? How do you get along with the locals? Generally Spanish people aren't too fond of euro foreigners and I can't blame them given the mayhem that prole tourists from western Europe bring to the tourist hotspots high season and that brits living there are largely pretty shady and eastern euros straight up mafia and thiefs.

Go where you can maximize earning/dating/QoL potential.

End of story. I mean, why complicate things beyond that?

Im in Galicia. Its extremely nice here. I find people warm and welcoming. My spanish is improving fast. My outdoor sports are all available to me here. Cost of living is low. It reminds me of mexico but clean and safe with flushing toilets and no price haggling.

Is everyone there dark haired and short?

That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

Spain is great but it is the west. The only chance you have of meeting any feminine girls would be on the coasts and that window started closing years ago. I remember when a friend of mine who had just recently got married (this was about 5 years back), and traveled frequently from his job and former home in Madrid to a coastal city, said "The girls on the coasts are more feminine." I remember that stuck with me a lot since I hadn't been thinking or interacting with a lot of the like minds, as are on here, so much at that time. He had at least 3 kids with that girl, and it was all about a good match and personality for both of them.

I think Icono likes to get away from the cold Baltics for a portion of the year. Hey, sounds good to me.

Get your passport ready!

Yes. Kid Twist is Correct. I am escaping the brutal baltic winter.

For beautiful Aryan women, the baltics cannot be beat.

There are beauties here in Galicia, Spain but its nothing like, for example Riga or Tartu.

I like the convergence of Ocean and Mountain sports, great seafood and clean infrastructure that is all available in Northern Spain . Also very few tourist.

I find a lifestyle of Baltic Summers and Spanish winters ideal for my temperament, lifestyl, sports, interests and goals.

Icono, anything to say about Turkey or the Balkans? I've wanted to try living in SE Europe or the ME for a while since the salaries relative to COL seem good on paper

I've heard negatives about Turkey - too many thirsty dudes. Makes sense. Might be worth a visit for history/culture but may be an uphill battle when it comes to meeting a mate.
