Politiscales - Political Compass Test
The other more famous one seems to push everyone to left-libertarianism, whereas this one seems more accurate. There's 117 questions but it only takes about 15 minutes to blast through. Here are my results, I'd be interested to see yours. Mine matched up almost exactly with Keith Woods, an upcoming Irish nationalist youtuber, his channel was what prompted me to take the test.

Oh, that little illuminati-looking badge at the bottom is one of my 'additional characteristics'. "Complotism : the biggest problems of our society are the work of a small group of people. It is then essential to find them, inform the people of their objective and neutralize (((them)))."

Brackets added by yours truly. The other badge is Veganism, weirdly.

Sure I have some time to kill.

Additional characteristics

Anarchism : When the people are being hit with a stick, they are not happier if the stick is called “the stick of the people”. The State is an oppression that must be abolished.

Complotism : the biggest problems of our society are the work of a small group of people. It is then essential to find them, inform the people of their objective and neutralize them.

Missionnary : for you religon is important, especially yours. It is therefore appropriate to spread it as globally as possible.

RE: Politiscales - Political Compass Test
I think everyone here is going to score highly on essentialism, conservatism, and nationalism but there will be a fair amount of fluctuation in the other areas surrounding economics and such. A glaring example would be our hugely different scores for lassez-faire capitalism. From my scores I would guess I lean toward Third Positionism.

The things you own end up owning you.

These are my results. Gotta say the flag looks pretty cool tbh; the "Family · Work · Fatherland" motto sounds pretty good too.

I'm nearly identical to Rush, slightly less progressism, less communism, more regulationism, less ecology, less revolution.

Haha, but yes, Fatherland - Work - Liberty

Cool

Monarchism : society should be organized around a king.

RE: Politiscales - Political Compass Test
Some of the questions are driving people to appear more liberal or communist than they actually are.

Quote:It is necessary to massively invest in research to improve productivity.

Does this mean that companies and investors need to dump a lot of money into new research - like a new cancer drug? Or that the government should do it?

Clearly it's sometimes necessary for massive investments in new technology - but if you agree with the statement, the test leans you toward communism, regardless of who's doing the investing.

There were several similar questions.

RE: Politiscales - Political Compass Test
Yeah some of the questions are worded badly, maybe because they were originally written in French I believe.
I imagined the Americans would score far higher in lassez-faire over regulation and productivism over ecology - seems to be pretty accurate.

May explain why there's never been a national socialist movement of any kind that's ever gained much traction outside of the fringes. Even though Britain is closer culturally than mainland Europe, we still had the BUF in the 40s and the NF in the 70s and 80s.

It's the whole free market/small state ethos. Not knocking, just observing. That said, you can't oppose immigration, off shoring, and cheap labour and also heavily support unfettered capitalism and lassez-faire economics. It's one or the other.

Edit: I think phrasing it as Communism v Capitalism is a bit strong. They should have used Socialism or Nationalised.

The things you own end up owning you.

@ilostabet I use Imgur to do the pics, not sure how others do it or if there's an easier way? Your results are similar to mine, but I'm more of a dirty commie ha.

Edit: seems you figured it out. What did you use?

tried Imgur but it blocked the forum (something about security).

then figured I could just take a screencap and upload the pic.

I got Fatherland, Work, Liberty as well. I do agree some of the questions were hard to pick an either or though.

Seems like we are more united - the differences are cosmetic and can usually be ironed out via regional field-tests.
