RE: George Zimmerman Sues State of Florida
< Listen - the Hispanic guy was the only one who left sperm, because he was the only one who could get it up. He was part of the gang - there were others beside the 5. The others just held the woman down, faked fucking since they did not get hard, or they beat the girl.

Again - you are guilty of gang-rape if you cannot get it up. If you hold down a girl, then you are a gang-rapist.

It's the same as some Pakistani Uber-foods driver here recently who attempted to rape a girl, she fought it off and he said that since he did not manage it, then he should be let free. So attempted bank robbery, attempted murder, attempted rape is nothing eh? If you are just holding down a girl while the others or in this case one could only get hard, then you are guilty. Fuck them.

Nah - those bastards should have been behind bars and barely released now - saved society a crime wave. And if they were not rich and celebrated, then most of them would now be doing more crime.

And they found evidence that they were on the scene - textile residue, their own witness statements which was clear-cut. Black cops who dealt with the case knew that they had done it. Honk world is when true perps are treated as innocents just because of agenda.

What textile residue? There was never any DNA to connect them to the crime.

And the witness statements weren't clear cut. The defendants never named the Latino guy, the one whose semen was found. They named a bunch of people that were never even charged. When they told investigators about the other incidents, they got everything right, but when it came to the jogger they were inconsistent. They all had different stories. Time and place were all wrong.

"None of the defendants, for example, related where the jogger was coming from, what direction she was running in, or how they happened to catch sight of her. None offered specific or accurate descriptions of the area where she was attacked, the terrain, or the crime scene."

So I think I was wrong when I said they were involved in the beating of the jogger. It looks more like the latin guy acted alone.

It's all in the motion to vacate.

But if you want to chalk it up to a deep state conspiracy, be my guest.

And what do the cops being black have to do with the evidence? Why would their race make their arguments anymore convincing?

I'll watch the videos, but I'm guessing it's more broad strokes and dindu culture critiques, which is largely irrelevant in this case.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

RE: George Zimmerman Sues State of Florida
It was 1989; nobody knew what DNA evidence was back that. Two years later, during the OJ Simpson trial, Johnny Cochrane would ridicule the whole science to distract from his client's guilt. DNA wasn't what it was today, and keep in mind - part of the reason the cops didn't find any useful samples on her (they only found the Hispanic's DNA in a sock he'd jerked off into and left behind, for whatever reason) is because she was on the verge of death when they found her; priority number one was saving her life, not collecting evidence.

And despite the loss of evidence from the scene itself, there is plenty of forensic evidence connecting those five to her. They all had bits of her hair on their clothing, for instance; they'd clearly been in contact. The idea of them being innocent is risible.

Just look at the fucking documentary first before spouting bullshit. Listen to the black cops who speak out on it.

It's not a fucking conspiracy. They just said "they dindus" and that was it.

No - there are no fucking large strokes, but very detailed reporting - very very detailed vs the agenda-driven movies done by victimhood studies majors before.

RE: George Zimmerman Sues State of Florida
The FBI said conclusively that the DNA was definitely the Latino's. The DNA was found in her cervix and in the sock and they matched.

The only physical evidence they had tying any of the 5 to her was a hair found in Richardson's underwear, but it later showed that it wasn't hers.

They're definitely guilty of the other beatings, but as far as the jogger goes I think there's reasonable doubt there.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...-case.html

There is no doubt whatsoever. It was pure luck that they came upon the case several days after the fact.

Quote:Meanwhile, while Wise was being held on Riker's Island awaiting trial, a female friend came forward with information she thought would exonerate him but in fact only bolstered the case against him.

Reynolds said, 'He called this young lady and she was surprised to hear his voice. She was like, 'Korey, what did you do? They're saying that you raped this woman.'

'He says, 'I didn't rape her. I only held her legs while Kevin Richardson f***** her.'

The initial rampaging group was up to 30. The Reyes fucker was part of the gang and was the only one who could get it up.

With such cases it's really easy to find the truth because the fuckers easily prove the main points, their girlfriends do, the mud-stained clothes, the grass-stained underwear and the scratches on the face of one of the guys do as well. In our current CSI-DNA tech this case would be far far easier to prove - you could even prove that the mud and grass-stained residue was from that very exact scene. 1989 was no way that far ahead.

And to trust the words of a serial criminal who said " I did it alone" - great job right there - I am sure he wasn't approached by a hundred agenda-driven shitheads to come out with that statement. Obviously a criminal like that would never lie at all.

And the article above - again the statement of a black cop:

Quote:But isn't Reynolds in danger of sounding like somebody who just can't accept that he was involved in a terrible miscarriage of justice?

After all, weren't the five exonerated thanks to Reyes' confession - one backed up by the presence of his DNA on the victim and clear proof that he had penetrated her?

Reynolds rejected this notion. He does not equate the vacation of the five's sentences with their exoneration. And he does not believe that Reyes' clear guilt is proof of the others' innocence.

Reynolds said, 'They were not cleared. The convictions were vacated. They were given the opportunity to have another trial but there was no reason to retry because they had already done their time.

'The reason they were granted that is because Matias Reyes came forward with the fictitious claim that he had attacked her alone.

'The medical evidence alone proves that it was not one person that attacked her. There was plenty of physical evidence.

'That notion that there was none, no physical evidence, that tied them to the crime is an absolute lie.'

Asked about what evidence was found, Reynolds said, 'There was blood, semen, there was grass stains on Kevin Richardson's underwear.'

He explained, 'When I heard [about his confession] I was like, 'Really? He did it alone? There's just no way.' Yeah, he was involved. He was just one of the perps that got away.'

Quote:Reynolds explained, 'Reyes comes forward to say he did it by himself and he can prove it because he knows something we don't know. And he's correct.

'She had a fanny pack with her Walkman in it and he took it and he threw it away.

'She didn't have it on her in the hospital. She was in a coma for 50 something days. She couldn't tell us that she'd had one and it had been stolen, right?

'But then Armstrong found that a detective had taken some notes of an interview with Korey Wise. And Korey said that there was a guy named 'Rudy,' who he said took her fanny pack and her Walkman.'

Reynolds believes that Rudy was Reyes and his name muddled up by Wise who has hearing difficulties.

He said, 'He told that to us on April 20, 1989, the day after. So how in the world does Korey Wise know about her fanny pack and Walkman in 1989 when Reyes says he knows about it because he was the only person there?

RE: George Zimmerman Sues State of Florida
I watched the first video, it sucked. Did you bother to read the motion to vacate?

The kangaroo guy didn't even talk about the trial. He just interviewed a bunch of random people and some guy started virtue signaling. I watched a bit of the second video, but the guy was wrong when he said the semen wasn't a match for Reyes. The FBI expert (not sure on his race) stated the semen on the sock and in the cervix matched.

If there was blood and semen found on Kevin Richardson, why wasn't it introduced at trial? The only physical evidence the prosecution had was the victim's hair. It was later turned out to be discredited. NYPD detective Nicholas Petraco (unfortunately, probably not black) said DNA testing wasn't advanced enough to tie the hair to anyone. But I guess since DNA testing is so awesome now like you say, it was probably the victim's hair, right?

A doctor that testified at trial couldn't definitely state that based on the injuries of the jogger that it was committed by a group.

We can all agree that Reyes definitely raped the jogger, given the DNA, right? So if the Central Park 5 were there, why did they give other names? They never said some guy named Rudy raped the jogger, they never even listed him as someone they saw in the park that night.

"Raymond Santana, Kevin Richardson, and Michael Briscoe were interviewed in 2002, before news had broken of Reyes' information. They were shown photographs which included a picture of Reyes, and evinced no recognition at all. The same is true of a number of other individuals, present in the park in 1989, who were reinterviewed in 2002."

Reyes always committed rapes alone. He raped a girl in Central Park two nights prior to the jogger rape, alone. Same with all the other rapes he admitted it.The trampled ground was also evidence that he acted alone:

"Reyes is accurate in his description of the location where the attack occurred, and of the terrain he covered in dragging the jogger into the woods. Crime scene photographs show a distinct path of flattened groundcover in vegetation that is a mixture of grasses and weeds of varying heights. The pathway is sixteen to eighteen inches wide, and appears to be more consistent with a single attacker dragging an inert form than with a group. Vegetation to the side of the flattened path shows some sign of being disturbed, but trial testimony established that that was the result of crime scene personnel walking there. There are no other indications of trampling in the immediate area."

Like I said the Central Park 5 could never get their stories straight on pretty much everything.

"The significant weaknesses in the defendants' statements lie in the details they provide in describing the attack on the jogger. Taking the statements individually, those details appear to give them power. But a comparison of the statements reveals troubling discrepancies. Using their videotaped statements as the point of comparison,* analysis shows that the accounts given by the five defendants differed from one another on the specific details of virtually every major aspect of the crime -- who initiated the attack, who knocked the victim down, who undressed her, who struck her, who held her, who raped her, what weapons were used in the course of the assault, and when in the sequence of events the attack took place."

As far Wise as telling the girl while in Rikers that he just held the jogger down; she testified to it during the trial. This I can't really refute, but I think the confessions and DNA outweigh it.

Here are all the videotaped confessions. They all say different stuff. They strike me as less than bright. Wise had a learning disability.

Here's the motion to vacate.

http://wps.prenhall.com/wps/media/object...20case.pdf

Here's the Armstrong Report. I haven't read it yet, but according to the Edward Conlon article down below it focuses more on if the Police acted inappropriately.

https://web.archive.org/web/200507301850...tfinal.pdf

Here's a long article by a former detective that didn't have anything to do with the case, but offers an analysis of the motion to vacate and also the Armstrong Report.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-myth-o...-park-five

Anyways, given all the cumulative evidence I don't think one can definitely say the 5 kids were involved with the beating and/or rape of the jogger. Make of it what you will.

Oh and I haven't seen the Netflix show on it, I don't really like stuff with an ideological bent.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

No idea what universe you are at.

There was evidence and witness statements are evidence as well - especially when they corroberate each other, confirm things that only witnesses would have known.

This bullshit of "Aliens could have done it and OJ Simpson could have easily be framed" works only on the low-IQ masses. IN real life the Colombo-like detective work like one sentence uttered by the suspect - that is proof enough that they were on the case.

No one coerced those fuckers - in fact the low-IQ idiots started telling about the story on their own account - they interviewed those idiots because they thought that they might know something. Even their bloody girlfriends confirmed stories like saying that her boy didn't rape her - he just held her leg.

So with all due respect - fuck off with that crap.

Did you read the motion to vacate? Yes or no? It's all in there. I watched the shitty video with the kangaroo, you could at least meet me half way.

Pretty sure I never mentioned Aliens did it or OJ didn't do it. And in real life Colombo doesn't exist. I never said the kids were coerced, either. So now who's spouting bullshit?

The kids never even mentioned that Reyes was there and the DNA matched him to 1 in 6 billion people. None of them even gave the same name as to who the rapist was. None of the stories match up.

And with all due respect there's no need to get emotional and act like a cunt just because we disagree on something.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

RE: George Zimmerman Sues State of Florida
You linked to an insane Daily Beast article. I saw their own confessions - there was no doubt about it, there were too many conflicting statements. I don't care what a SJW-judge does. They could have brought the case to court to get truly declared innocent, but there was no need to do that since the perps already did their time. Vacation does not mean innocence.

The "kids" as your SJW-brain calls them beat men into pulps and gang-raped a waman - oh yeah - most did not get it up, so they just smashed her head in and held her down. You can bloody hell watch the confessions of those "kids" as you call them. Watch what they said and whether they felt threatened. Reyes was Rudy because both speak about her wallet and fanny bag.

Whatever - believe in every SJW nonsense you want - I don't care.

The only thing that you think counts is blood samples on their clothes, you completely disregard all their confessions as if they were tortured in some Soviet gulag and not given food and drink. The perps did not look threatened to me at all in the real life footage and not the Netflix crap. Some of those were 6"3 tall even at that age and they were not innocent snowflakes. One guy admitted that it was just his first rape, so no big deal, he just held down her leg.

There is no respect when you are clearly out on agenda and ignore every point. But sure - if it's racially motivated then I understand. That is what the jurors of OJ Simpson thought too. Sure - OJ might have slaughtered a man and a woman, but hey - it's racism, so better help out one of our own. We should kill more white people anyway, so OJ did God's work. And the Central Park 5 - who cares if they were part of a bigger gang, who cares if they beat a teacher to a pulp before hand, who cares if they beat up a woman in the park, held her down, simulated sex, then a gang-banger actually being able to do the deed. There were more than 6 over there - possibly 9+ - the entire group consisted of up to 30 that night, some more active than others. But who cares about that - who cares about all their clear corroberating confessions and witness statements of 74 IQ avg perps? They are some genius men who were just mischevious and came out with a great story - all telling the same one including their girlfriends.

< Oh and another little fact - one of the Central Park 5 was in the same joint with Reyes and he was part of a gang that had real power over Reyes. They had fights with each other. Then suddenly he came out with having been the only rapist - very likely to save his own skin in prison.

You seriously cannot make up this story. Yes - let's believe a convicted murderer with motivation who says that he did it alone - let's discard the entire statements of them of witnesses, of girlfriends, of additional real evidence. Yeah - sure - let's just do that, because young men don't know jack shit. Why the fuck should they even admit to having assaulted that girl? So much bullshit and dindu-worship of current times.

Oh so only what black cops say about the case matters? The guy that wrote the Daily Beast article is white, so I guess his thoughts are moot. Too bad you didn't read it because he brought up how Wise told a girl while he was in Rikers "that he just held her legs." That's points for prosecution, but I think the other evidence outweighs it.

Oh so I'm an SJW for calling them kids? What am I supposed to call them? They were juveniles at the time of the crime. Way to nitpick, bro. But no problem, I'll stick with animals from now on.

I never brought up race, that was you when you said that Eric Reynolds was black, as if his being black brought him more credibility.

And like I said before I never said the animals were coerced. I'm the one that put up their confession tapes! Wise is drinking a Pepsi, for heck's sake! Did you even read my last post SS?

And since you're so certain on this Rudy equals Reyes thing, show me a time stamp in the confession tapes where any of them mentions a Rudy or a Reyes. I will happily eat my words.

In fact, we can make a bet on it, if you like.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.
