I can stay up all night to study quite easily.

@BostonBMV - the face thing is important. I've read that your face is a tell tale sign for whats going on inside. If your skin is clearing up your insides are getting to be in top notch - low stress forum.

Right now I am on this eternal routine. 2/3 I owe to this forum for putting me on.

1. Bee Pollen ( 2-3 Tablespoons daily)
2. Fish oil caps (3 caps daily)
3. AVC ( 2 Tablespoons - almost daily)
4. Got off Rice milk and now fucking with Almond milk for its high Vitamin E content.

Which 2/3 did you obtain from the forum?

Bee Pollen and AVC. I guess 2/4ths. These tips I didn't know about till I stumbled upon them here.

Kosko, good looks.

Can you break down what each of the items on your routine is doing for your health? I'd like to see what can be incorporated in my routine.

Ya man. I admit I am not religious with all my routines because frankly its a bitch to do each and everyday but its a routine if you maintain will lead to better health.

First off.. when I wake up. I down about a liter of warm/hot water.. basically as hot as I can tolerate drinking without burning my shit up. I use water from the tap (Ideally hot distilled water IMO would be best).

This detoxifies your insides and gut, plus gets your stomach ready to take in food. Think of it like warming up the car in winter time. If you sweat like crazy it means you have had a high level of toxins and radicals in your body. I did not believe this stunt (An Arab girl put me on this) until one day after I was out drinking I broke out in a serious sweat.. felt dizzy for about a min then right after felt like somebody punched me in the face with a jolt of energy.

Next I'll down my Fish Oil (Fish Oil helps with body/muscle repair, added healthy fats are beneficial to testosterone production, brain function, energy levels)

Then have breakfast.

Usually (especially on workout days) this is a smoothie of: coconut milk, a ton of olive oil, protein powder, banana + berries, kale, Bee Pollen, and almond milk. Or on off/lazy days just some Granola w/Bee Pollen, fruit, nuts, and rice milk. (1 min to make versus like 15 lol)

This Smoothie I drink to mimic the best I can Palm Oil which is abundant in my tribes traditional diet. Palm Oil just like Coconut oil - its mad full of saturated fats - plus its packed with Beta-Carotene. The stuff I assume would taste like a donkeys ass in a smoothie so Coconut milk (fats) + Kale (high vitamin K) I hope is a good substitute. Almond milk is full of vitamin E, which is good for your skin and insides, prostate health and your sperm . The other ingredients are for flavor, protein for bodybuilding, etc.

I hop in the shower then I slam back that AVC in warm water once my breakfast has settled - Then on my way.

That is my morning routine. I can be time consuming so some days some things get omitted, as I am trying to figure out where to fit in the few vitamins I take. I trying out the dick pills of Vitamin C+Zinc, but its hard to match up how to to take this stuff (other than that I just take a B-complex, and Vitamin D for the winter.. these can be taking anytime so I don't worry). Zinc is lethal on your stomach, I've puked from that shit twice now, and downing Zinc with AVC sounds like a suicide mission so I'm trying to find the magic balance on that, but it is omitted it from my general list.

So my steps are:

1. Hot water intake (1 Liter)
2. Fish Oil caps
3. Breakfast (High clean-fat meal/ or High protein + Slow digestive carbs meal)
4. Shower/time to let breakfast settle
5. AVC

By mid-day I'm a raging animal... plus if I workout that day. its a wrap. tardBanana. My energy and T-levels go into outer space.

I've never heard the hot water thing before, I'll try this from now on. I usually drink about 20 oz of water with my ACV intake each morning, I'll switch to warm water and see how I feel for a few days.

How is hot water different from hot tea or coffee? I drop a solid deuce after a cup or two of coffee in the morning. Is that what you mean by getting ready for food?

I do agree about giving it like 30 minutes after a meal to take the ACV. Let's your body start to digest it by itself before you hit it with some extra acid. Works for me.

Kinda of...but not so much. Coffee fucks with your insides and stimulate your bowels. I drop mad bombs after downing a cup of joe also.

The hot water trick is meant to be done in a steady motion. You basically chugging near scolding water ( not enough to burn you but enough for you to notice its damn warm/hot). It takes time to get used to because you really want it to be as hot as you can take.. but the hotter you can handle the better effects it has.

Somebody me mentioned on this form about the hot water bath-cold water bath quick as a means to cleanse. This is the same type of thing but directly target at your insides.

You temporally raise your body temperature and your body flushes out its toxins to make sure you get get messed up from the sudden shock. When I do this successfully my forehead is dripping and my chest and back are soaked.. its intense.

You can add lemon to it also for a more potent effect. I am sure AVC would be legit to add to it, I am not sure if this would kill the enzymes in AVC but I would assume not since its swimming in AVC acid all day anyways.

I coped mine at Metro it wasn't it Braggs but it looked legit. forget the brand though but it was in a black bottle. If your in a big or medium sized City you should have some type of health/hippie store that will have it.

Just got a bottle at Whole Foods. Put two teaspoons in a cup of apple juice. Barely even tasted it. I'd say apple juice is the way to go with this stuff and then down some water right after.

I was hoping you guys could do me a huge favor. The only way of measuring my ACV is by the bottles cap. Next time you take a swig of Bragg's, could you measure how many cap fulls it takes to make one tablespoon? I would appreciate it.

From the looks of it, one lid-full plus a tiny bit more.

I don't do exact measurements, just put in a good amount in the cup.

Update: Mixing it with Apple Juice does the trick for me. Between Apple juice and a good mix of ACV you barely taste it.

Get a shot glass. 1oz = 2 tablespoons

Also, found this out the other day. For those of you who mix it with water like myself. Take it IMMEDIATELY after brushing your teeth. Sounds like it'll be fucking terrible, but the strong minty flavor in your mouth masks the vinegar almost entirely. Barely taste a thing.

You can eyeball it from the picture. I have one of these. It's a standard shot glass.

They sell Bragg's ACV in regular grocery stores in Colorado (Safeway, King Soopers, etc). Probably because my state is mostly hippies. It's a little cheaper than Whole Foods.

I've been drinking it on and off for two weeks. Minus a little jolt of energy (probably from the god-awful taste), I haven't noticed much difference in how I feel. I tried drinking some before lifting legs today. Seemed to ramp up the energy a fair amount, but I felt like puking on some of the harder lifts from all the acid in my stomach.

RE: Health: Apple Cider Vinegar
I've been off the stuff for 2 weeks now since being home for the holidays and I can say I feel like crap. My whole morning routine has been off and I've been lazy and sluggish each of the days. I've kept up so and so on the gym but my gains are flat - I go back to Toronto wed so I am eager to get back into beast mode. Sex drive tanked too, didn't give a fuck about busting a nut most of the days I have been back... really odd.

Was looking forward to blasting a whole sac of kids on this little Asian chic I have been talking to but.. well I guess the sac had its limits fuking felt like a 12 year old waking up suddenly with a warm leg Nuts Lol. Health + nutrition is no joke, when I get off my routines I always imagine people whom live like this daily and how they survive.

To all the guys who say they aren't seeing results from this, how much are you taking? I noticed when I take under 1floz I dont really see any difference, its only when I take 1.5+ ounces that I see the benefits.

i've been taking the ACV with raw organic honey in water for the last few weeks, can't say I noticed much difference at first, but in recent days I've noticed how my hair feels and looks much better, it feels conditioned even though i haven't used shampoo or conditioner for days (only washing it about twice a week) - haven't really noticed any energy increase thus far definitely keeping this up to see if i notice any other benefits
