RE: New York City
i can vouch for le souk. that place can be tough to get into, especially on a saturday night in the summertime. bring at least 1 girl with you, and you may have an easier time getting in here. i went on a saturday night with a girl and we had no trouble getting in. once inside, you see that there are 3 floors, the first and 3rd have bars on them. the place to be in there is on the 3rd floor. it was about 70% women and they were on average about 7-8 range in looks and all with fantastic bodies.

there are a ton of girls there doing bachelorette parties, but plenty fill up the bar area and these are the ones to open. while my date was in the bathroom, i chatted up a bunch of other girls around me, all of whom had the bitch shields down.

has anyone else been to this place? i would love to go again in the near future.

going suited down a la g manifesto will easily help your cause as well.

Distant Light, great report...

For the benefit of those looking to hit up these venues can you give us an idea of what type of attitude to expect / ability to pull? I heard the word "model" dropped over and over again. How massive are the bitch shields? Importance of social circle? Importance of pocket depth?

thanks

RE: New York City
In my experience, the bar scene (especially college bars) is easy to crack. The trade off is lack of upper tier talent. The hottest girls are very tough to come across trolling bars / lower tier lounges & clubs. The upper tier talent is of course at the upper tier venues. Are they easy to pull? Of course not...they are universally difficult. I think the conflicting reports out of this city come from high fail rates chasing the upper tier. You can hit up Brass Monkey and get a respectable notch but don't expect any stunners. I think the majority of guys coming to or living in NYC will have a very difficult time pulling a stunner. The stunners have endless options and most guys will not make the cut.

I went to NYC back in the end of October.

Real sick. All the talk about "is NYC getting worse?" is rubbish in my opinion.

It is still the best all-around city in America.

Los Angeles isn't even in the same league.

Here are my sheets to help:

New York City: Nightclub and Restaurant Data Sheets

There are a grip of spots on there that have never been covered on the forum.

GMan that is a great writeup. How are these places in terms of ratios? I am planning to be back there in a few months and was hoping to explore some new spots.

Thanks guys.

Always good to give back to the crew.

Yeah, ratios are not a problem in those spots. Every spot on there went through my strict criteria of dopeness.

One thing I will notice in NYC VS Los Angeles is that the ratios are far, far superior in NYC.

And of the competition in NYC it is a higher chance that the people will be wimpsters or gay guys further pushing the ratios in your favor.

Furthermore, due to The California Police State and early drinking laws, the room for error and chances of failure are way higher in Los Angeles than NYC.

Really, NYC bashes Los Angeles in every category except weather (and beaches).

But if you go to NYC only in months with good weather, then problem solved.

IMO, the toughest part is actually getting into the venues. Beyond that, you'd have to ask yourself...
- Can I handle interacting in a venue that has mainly mixed groups?
- Does venues looking like its just a handful of social circles hanging at their table, affect you?
- Do women who ACT reserved/uptight intimidate me?

Many of the hottest women just hang at a table hoping one of these nights will eventually lead to them FINALLY getting banged by some cool guy. (Stand outside these venues and watch how many highly attractive women are going home alone/sad/bored) You can be that change in her life Smile

Money wise, lets just say the celebs/models/wealthy aren't the ones who are generally pulling. I've seen basketball players get blown out all night, rappers who never approach and rich dudes who are better off just bringing a girl to tag along. While I know a few rich guys and male models who get their fair share of women. Almost NO MAN, I've seen consistently fooling around with stunners. The guys I'm mentioning are talking to what would be considered the "Average" looking chick in the venue. (Which in daytime would be above average)

From my experience, I do best at the venues with the...
- Toughest door policies
- Bottle Service Oriented Space
- Hottest Women

Because I roll in to have a blast and for some reason it feels like this "rebel" kid just showed up an basically shattered the "stuffy" atmosphere turning it into elegant sexiness. Smile

Bottomline, its worth the effort, Some things to note...
- I've become spoiled due to such venues, you won't find me doing daygame on PURPOSE
- I've become comfortable, many women know me and I now tend to hangout with 3-4 different social circles
- Although tall eastern euro women are still my "ideal", I've become more open minded and will find myself going for the Venezuelan with fake ass and tits. Along with an insanely curvy "average sized" (I noticed I kept considering model types normal size when really they're skinny/slim) jersey hottie. First pair of HUGE fake tits I've ever seen was one of those glamour model latinas who you'd probably see in brazil.
- "Average" to me, is actually above average to majority. Never noticed this until a friend pointed out that I know some of the hottest women. Next day brought this model who just moved to NY to a dinner which basically had 3 legit models. Her response seeing all 8-10 women was "Wow, I've never see so many beautiful people at once". Keep in mind, before those 2 moments I thought there just wasn't any attractive women in the daytime or in regular bars/clubs.

P.S...There is a "High End" hipster/artsy scene in NY that is potentially on par with the high end "bottle service" venues, I just haven't indulged enough to be able to give info. I've ended up at an after party in a movie theater. The women are generally edgy american hotties and mainly cool hipster dudes or gays/bi. I know two bi sexual men who are AMAZING with women.

I'll always love NYC--I'm an East Coast guy. The high end scene is still going strong up there, but I think otherwise it's fallen off. I was there last month and the weather was nice but the city just didn't have the same energy I'm used to. It must be the recession or something.

I agree it's the best all-around city in the US [provided you've got the funds to fuck with it]. If you don't, it can be a miserable place.

Cali might not have everything NYC has going for it, but its best attributes (weather and nature) don't cost a penny. I think the girls are cooler and hotter too (more open-minded, dumb, easier). If you've got strong game, LA can be heaven.

I can't tell you how many times I've partied in the Meatpacking District of NYC and seen models with the biggest dorks in the world just because they've got the cash flow to get table service in a high end spot.

Great post.

This is a huge part of my Game Flow.

I love the high-end monied scene with the hottest girls.

That scene is tailor made for me. I "clown" that scene, I have written about this Game Style before http://www.thegmanifesto.com/2011/04/you...agger.html

If you don't take it seriously, while everyone else is, you are winning.

Plus, if you have the Bankroll and Confidence to match, its a KO win.

And I dress doper than those cats.

So its bullet proof.

Quote:Cali might not have everything NYC has going for it, but its best attributes (weather and nature) don't cost a penny. I think the girls are cooler and hotter too (more open-minded, dumb, easier). If you've got strong game, LA can be heaven.

Yeah, my comments almost seemed like I wanted to start an East Coast - West Coast Beef again. That wasn't my intention.

You make an interesting point with "LA's best attributes (weather and nature) don't cost a penny"

Honestly, I look at this as a negative.

Because of this, on the Wessyde you get way more guys.

Of all my travels, there is not a worse place (except maybe Roosh's favorite, DC) for bars and clubs with more guys than girls. And in CA the guys are actually somewhat "cool". Well, actually they are dorks but the scene is so skewed that girls sometime think they are cool so you have to do a lot of reconditioning.

Screw that. I would rather be in a place like NYC or Miami where girls actually want a super handsome, successful, well dressed dashing Playboy as their first choice.

There is no doubt that California is way better to be a broke cat than NYC. Hence again, more guy.

You can surf every day, eat a quesadilla with extra guac, smoke a jay and still pull girls with 50 cents in your pocket. Hell, I know. That was me at age 18.

That coupled with the ever-expanding Police State and suffocating rules of California make the place almost obsolete to me now.

After a very long and successful run, I don't see a lot of the Wessyde in my future.

The #1 spot will be vacant soon. If anyone wants it, step up.

I am pulling a "Lennox Lewis" and surrendering my belt.

Definitely models. Escorts are more common among the older men. I partied at spots with twenty-somethings and early 30s folks.

They may hanging with 'em, but they sure ain't banging 'em. Maybe if they're real lucky once in a blue moon after the girl has downed enough Grey Goose, otherwise those dorks are just being taken for a ride. And not in the good way.

NY Post did an undercover investigation to find out how exclusive entry into clubs in the meatpacking district are. The results were surprising...

Hencredible Casanova: I agree it lacks that collective party energy that makes people want to go out. Thankfully, I no longer even acknowledge it since I know I'm going to be the one to start the party anyway. Now 7 days a week, it feels like I'm celebrating a birthday everyday or something.

That article is hilarious, although abit over the top in terms of their 6 types because I have a friend who looks similar to the "guido" guy BUT has great style. He goes everywhere no problem. On the other hand, business/finance dudes always get hit with those bar tab minimums which actually could be worth it if they knew how to go in there and connect with the right people so they don't have to pay.

Gman: Hahaha, I think it was tailor made for me too. While I surely have a "look" some of my boys have KILLER STYLE. One of the 1st times 4 of us rolled to one of the venues together EVERY CHICK had a gaze of "who the fuck are they". Inside the club, I always party hard so were all having fun with like 8-10 girls around. Chicks were literally pulling me from other chicks. Maybe an hour in I look around and all 3 of my boys are making out with chicks while I have a chick on the sofa embracing me and I'm talking to another chick at the sametime. Keep in mind, few times I've had chicks roll up to me asking if I was FAMOUS haha all because I seem like some guy who is having a blast and if I'm in this venue I must be successful or know somebody.

If your looking for the hottest ones that would attract your average rapper/sportsmen...
Sundays - SL or Veranda (Rapper/Sports player spot, seen busta rhymes, rokk boys, cuba gooding jr)
Tuesdays & Wednesdays - Greenhouse

Ok boys, here's a little gift from me to you:

Tomorrow there is a charity event benefiting the Special Olympics in downtown NYC. The facebook guestlist so far seems to be overflowing with hot snatch.

the downside - tickets to this are $75 online and $100 at the door

https://www.facebook.com/events/394647850596336

Here is the place to purchase tickets - http://2012summersocial.kintera.org/faf/...nt=1025774

I am 50/50 on if I'm gonna go or not - The upside - lots and lots of girls. The downside - I'm trying to live cheaply since I just put a bunch of money into a business idea. Decisions decisions

SOBs in the West Village. Check their website. They have weekly Salsa/Reggae happy hours. Good afterwork crowd.

I had friends that would 'Black Diamonds' parties back in the day, don't know if they're still running.

Moes bar in Fort Greene on the weekends is packed with black chicks. Total hookup scene.
