RE: Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
Great series of vegans showing their essential malnutrition:

The guy has 4 vids filled with compilations depicting the destruction of the vegan lifestyle.

90% of vegans in the world are White - and those 90% do it "for the animals".
Seems as if it's mostly another suicidal fad that mostly Whites jumped on similar to open-borders. Self-negating your own tribal interest, self-destroying your body "because of love for the animals" - that's also another thing. While love for animals is fine and well, we could easily have the tech available to let animals suffer the least possible or not at all.

Though in the series you will see strong strapping brothers give strange reasons why they are infertile on the glorious vegan lifestyle, or you see the countless vegans telling you why they are still sick after being on that diet for years.

Now recently there was a trend of countless vegans going back to eating meat or at least becoming vegetarians.

Oh - and there are zero surviving vegan tribes on earth - zero. None without any animal product survive beyond 2 generations. Vegetarians yes, pure carnivores double yes, but vegans no.

Though the elite is happy to let the morons destroy their health and fertility. Still - they also know that it does not work, so they have yummy insect protein prepared for you in the future. I wonder what kind of side-effects an insect protein diet would have on humans. That's probably shit too.

I dunno. I ate mealworms last week and they weren’t half bad. Would eat again if steak wasn’t cheaper.

If there's any validity to the idea that one requires animal fats & B12 for proper brain / neurological function.
Stands to reason all the more, that vegans are deranged due to the lack of said animal fats & B12.

Cleveland Indians (Major League Baseball) pitcher Trevor Bauer, in an interview with Sports Illustrated mostly on the subject of his baseball career, lays out Three Simple Rules for Dating Trevor Bauer.

Trevor Bauer said and SI's Ben Reiter Wrote:One: no feelings. As soon as I sense you’re developing feelings, I’m going to cut it off, because I’m not interested in a relationship and I’m emotionally unavailable.
Two: no social media posts about me while we’re together, because private life stays private.
Three: I sleep with other people. I’m going to continue to sleep with other people. If you’re not O.K. with that, we won’t sleep together, and that’s perfectly fine. We can just be perfectly polite platonic friends.

“I imagine if I was married at this point, I would be a very bad husband,” he says.

Sounds like classic alpha to me.
He is known as an unconventional guy in baseball circles and just turned 28 a month ago. He's making $13 million this upcoming season. And he's single as far as a quick Google search tells me.
But is he joking? Is it a public attempt at redpilling? Self-advertising? Or simply giving the media an amusing talking point?

RE: Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
Went out to dinner last night at a new spot that has an absolutely sick wine selection, my 3rd time there.

Went with this new girl I'm dating, she's easily in HB8 territory. Damn near perfect body, very pretty face, half ecuadorian half white. Very sweet and feminine, a real diamond in the rough here in Vegas. I also met up with a good friend of mine who is insanely knowledgeable about wine and has mentored me a bit. He brought one of his friends, someone I've never met before, but who is very high up in the world of wine auctions and sales, and is incredibly knowledgeable himself. Both of these guys eclipse me in wine knowledge.

The friend of my friend was being an absolute creep the whole night to my girl, to the point I was on the edge of making a scene about it, but in respect to my friend I didn't go there. He was being a little over the top in bringing up how beautiful she is, but after the 5th or 6th time it was like, "Ok buddy, I get it, you're not used to sitting at a table with attractive women. Get over it." Also the wines he chose weren't all that great, oddly. The night ended without incident and I took her back and drilled her all night and this morning.

I have a few major hobbies/disciplines: cooking, wine, and classical music. These are fields in which people immerse themselves and are consumed. Obsession is an accurate way to put it. Myself, I've never been able to lose myself in any one thing like that, I need stimulation from multiple hobbies and avenues. But one thing I notice getting deeper into these fields is a certain pathetic desperation in those that have given everything they have to their respective field. When you really get to know talented, obsessed chefs, it's a pathetic life, at least to me. Wine geeks and wine snobs, it's a pathetic world. Classical musicians, it's very often a pathetic world. People that have no social skills and have so many unfulfilled desires, 99% of them unsuccessful with women or settled down with a woman they despise.

I'll never be a famous chef or famous musician, and believe me I'm 100% ok with that. I think the Renaissance Man path is absolutely the way to go, to be able to hold your own in multiple circles but not committed to any of them, to never have to worry about your standing or status, to be able to move freely like water and engage with people from many different backgrounds, to speak several languages, be physically fit, to attract beautiful women. It's the only life I can imagine living.

Its all 80/20 territory. Knowing a great deal about something isnt that difficult for an enterprising and intelligent guy. But there is little to be gained being consumed by them.

A couple of interests of mine sputtered out because of what Veloce talks about. Rock climbing, chess, salsa/bachata, foreign chinese speakers. The people I encountered were slaves to those hobbies. It was their identity. I liked them and it was fun improving, but I had no desire to give up literally all my free time to become “good”. And all the dick measuring was pretty annoying. Seems to be an ugly part of human nature. People sacrifice so much that they become manic and pathetic about those interests. They dont have anything else.

Perhaps its because work culture has revolved around specialization for a while now and with so many people willing to give all their willpower and time to commit to 1 specific career or hobby, others follow suit.

Ultimately, we should care more about being effective than simply nobly intentioned. It is not enough to dream well: the true measure is what we achieve.

That's something I realized fairly recently. So many people get caught up in an identity of "I'm a dancer/painter/stockbroker/lawyer" and they've got nothing else. You strip that identity away and they're lost, they can't be themselves with an interesting in whatever, working whatever job or career as parts of the whole.

A few months ago I was staying in a hotel and in the morning this song is cranked and playing for like an hour on repeat, I didn't know what it was but I heard it again and shazamed it. It is definitely one of the most annoying songs I've heard recently.

Excellent vids on food and nutrition:

Plants are not defenseless - everyone of them has anti-nutrients that help them deter predators.

Also funny - the Hindu 42-day-fast is essentially the vegan Western diet Smile "It is so very hard!" Haha - funny indeed.

India only turned vegeterian due to overpopulation which hit them way sooner.

Industrial agriculture needs best big monocultures, because they are doing badly with decent animal protein production. Small farms could easily feed most Western populations 2 times over and you can do it locally.

This guy has a ton of interviews with ex-vegans:

Countless vegan children die now because strict vegan food simply cannot nourish you, vegeterian food also works best if you add plenty of high-quality raw dairy and eggs - most vegeterians don't which explains why the Western vegeterians usually are weaker and have weaker kids.

Abso-bloodylutely mate! You get it!

The way I like to think of if is this. Take 100 random people.

Am I the best musician there? No. Am I in the top ten? Yes.
Am I the most in shape? No. Am I in the top ten? Yes.
Am I the best welder? Maybe, it's a niche skill. Am I in the top ten? Definitely.
Am I the best cook? No. Am I in the top ten? Yes.

You get the picture. I constantly amaze myself at how multi skilled I am compare to others.

I like to think of myself of jack of many and master of many.

RE: Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
So I have this buddy that I hang out with occasionally, he's married like me but apparently there's some beef between our wives so they don't talk to each other. My wife was reminding me to call him so that I don't lose touch with my friend over her own private problem. I called him and we had a nice chat... until at the end he stunned me with the following statement:

"I gotta go, I'm at the toilet hiding from (wife) while talking to you".

Interesting that you mention these various vegan type health issues. I remain fairly convinced that veganism does a lot of damage to people, yet if they can at least include eggs in their diet, then maybe they could avoid some of the worse negative malnutrition impacts.

Yesterday, I went to lunch with an ex-colleague, and he said that wanted to treat me. I said o.k, and since he already knew me for nearly 10 years, he knew that I had been a BIG meat-eating advocate, so when we were talking about meeting logistics, he said that he already had an eating place in mind. Nonetheless, when he seemed to express some flexibility, I said that Korean BBQ would be good. He told me that he did not eat meat unless it was kosher meat, so he was going to take me to a place that had "kosher meat," which ended up being a thai restaurant.

They had meat on the menu, with a little symbol that said that it was not real meat. As I was trying to find meat on the menu, I figured out that we were in a vegan place - which I think was my first experience. I was too unwilling to try any of the fake meats, so instead we figured out some dishes that were pure vegetable dishes.

Even though I survived the meal, I was a bit resentful that the guy took me to a vegan restaurant, and I don't even think that he was doing it on purpose. When I asked him about the fake meat, he told me that the other similar place (with the same name) that he goes to has "real" "kosher" meat, but "kosher" meat is kind of expensive, so he speculated that they were just saving money by substituting into fake meat.

A lot of people eat like this, and they believe that they are eating healthy.
Definitely does not seem healthy to me, and I did not even want to eat those various soy fake meat products, except there was one appetizer (spring rolls dish) that I did eat that had "chicken" (of course, fake soy chicken).
