Even though Brazil requires a PCR test, they didn't even ask me for mine, nor the stupid health form that the airline harrased me to do before boarding. I think you would have to do a really botched job to make a fake test that wouldn't pass in most South American countries, i can't imagine most aduana agents care unless they can get a nice propina out of it
There are lot of fakes floating around asia as well. What usually gives the game away is the QR code that a lot of official labs are starting to use. If it doesn't link to anything or there is no QR then they know. Also, even if you edit the name from a printout from someone else's test and try to pass it off as yours they can still check the lab and see it's not yours.

Of course the reality is if someone wanted to create a more complicated fake they could just clone an official lab's website url and all with just a redirect. Then have a QR code which directs to that cloned (fake) site instead of the actual site.

At the end of the day if you are willing to go through all that trouble it's better just to get the swab.

From a strictly early retirement perspective which LATAM country is best on the metrics (aka low col, easy visas, "safety", wife-able women, propriety ownership etc...)

Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru in that order in my opinion. Ecuador wins on visa, women, and safety. Problem is it’s a bit banal and sterile and the value for the money is quite poor - it’s surprisingly expensive.

For context, I have a Rentista Visa for Ecuador.

How's he different from Correa?

I had the same thought when I read that, I remember someone telling me that he was the "president of pavement" because so many roads were paved during his tenure. I noticed that the highways were really nice during my trip there when I drove around in a rental, at least he did something the public benefitted from before ending up in prison.

The landed wealth class probably isn't too happy with him because he interferes in their long running corruption schemes

A pseudo communist with mildly retarded policies championed by the Natives or a US backed globohomo envoy+ traditional elite class that siphons off money and owns the law

There really isn't a winning horse so no reason to get any panties in a twist.

I have been researching this for over a year and Panama seems to be the place to retire to.... I dont know so much about the girls there but everything else you listed Panama has. It constantly tops "best places to retire to" and "happiest people" type list.... for whatever that's worth

Almost put Panama on the list but the heat is wicked, man. Other than that I dig it. Nice country.

So it looks like Ecuador is the next LATAM country to vote to screw themselves?

Biden won, this is just getting started in the Americas. Colombia will have a socialist president too in 2022. Last stronghold is Bolsonaro, but Brazil is also full of red scum so it may fall sooner than later.

Yes. And Chile is now the country that has rejected the economic model that made them one of the most prosperous economies in LatAm. It is thanks to the left, of course, that has made its brainwashing very well. They are looking forward with new constitution and then they can forget about free market economy.
Are you in Peru? I thought you guys despised the leftist scum like in here and had you in good regard. I guess this is getting screwed all over.

Yep. At the 1st round, the left got the majority and the right (moreless) got 2nd. But the other candidates are indigenist socialism, correism, etc... so at the 2nd round is sure that some leftists party will win.
Evenough, left and right parties in LatAm have been mercenaries through history, take that into account. At least a miracle, Ecuador is going socialism.

Yes. We were doing it well since 1993. Especially the last 10 years with a remarkable growing that was notorious on our welfare. But the crisis started since 2016, vacated presidents, many many progressist people into institutions, sold media, terrorist remnants, brainwashed young people... the actual president Sagasti is fan of a 90s terrorist comunist group MRTA, he has been formed in Tavistock Institute, in other words, Soros-Biden-etc... linked. Soft left at the moment.
The right wing has been mercantilist for a long time and the left shows themselves as the saviours, and ignorant people believe. Now they are worried and have started a full campaign. Just 3 of more than 12 candidates are right wing. 2 conservative right and the other one, liberal right.
One conservative candidate is growing well but actual government wants to dilate elections with Korona as an excuse.

Some people is packing up just in case the radical left takes the power. If so, good luck. I would go away.

Lol, they have the same script in here. Do we even have Right wing politicians? Cucks everywhere! Good luck brother, I hope the red wave that Biden has unleashed doesn't get us starving and wandering endlessly within 4 years or so.
