My humble two cents for the Trump campaign -- Rudy needs to sharpen up on camera. Maybe get a fresh face representing the case with Rudy working behind the scenes. Politics is largely a subconscious emotional appeal, and watching someone short of breath, dripping in sweat with brown liquid pouring from his head makes the Trump campaign's claims appear far less credible to average viewers. Optics and appearances matter.

Jenna should probably run PR point. As she's the youngest and "least loyal to trump" according to Ingram, she's the least assailable and additionally can snuff out snarky millennial gotchya tactics.

Trump’s greatest failure was his lack of action against Big Tech and, specifically, its censorship and level of control over the public narrative. It is frankly inexcusable given how obvious it is that things were always heading in this direction, and nearly all of 2020’s worst disasters could have been prevented by even one single finger lifted against them. I still cannot fathom why he refuses to do anything except complain about them, when he could very easily have arrested the MSM bosses for seditious conspiracy as a result of their RussiaGate “coverage.” It should have been one of his first priorities, if not his very first, and I hope future leaders are paying attention to this dynamic.

He should probably also have created his own news station, though his recent support of Newsmax and OAN are along the right lines. Usually when I bring this up, people respond with “but they’d call him a dictator!”

To which my own response has always been...”and?”
He doesn't want to turn into a wolf, he's a businessman.

I heard Karl Rove misrepresent the Venezuelan involvement yesterday. They aren't saying that Venezuela orchestrated the fraud. They are saying that Smartmatic software was developed by a couple of Chavez allies in Venezeula. It was used to fix votes there, then it was exported to places like Argentina. And now it is prominent in the US.

One other important note from the press conference was this one from Sidney Powell, which came not long after Chanel Rion's great question about the FBI (1:10:45). It goes from 1:12:11 - 1:13:00 if the current time feature doesn't work and really gets to the level of corruption these allegations could expose.

I'm interested to hear the details of "our forces" raiding servers in Germany. Who, when, and where exactly did this happen? The US is under no circumstances allowed to do such a thing in Germany unilaterally, and basically cannot even drive one truck from one base to another without prior approval and often times German escort.

Which branch of the military? This sounds well out of the wheel house of what the military does.

Did she mean a US law enforcement or an intelligence agency? That would have had to have been a joint German/US operation then.

Assuming this is true, it was very ambiguously worded, so I'm quite excited to hear more details when this comes out.

It's strange to realize that Trump is currently standing at not only one of the greatest crossroads in political history, but in all of human history. Strange because such things are usually only evident in hindsight, with the passage of many years and the knowledge of how subsequent events played out. But in this case the stakes are quite clear with only our current knowledge. And these stakes are higher than any before. Trump is not only fighting for his life and the lives of his family. He's not just fighting for his legacy. He's not even fighting for the survival of the Republic of the United States. Trump is literally fighting for the continued existence of humanity as we know it.

It is obvious at this point, after almost 9 months of coronavirus hysteria (which is now ramping up again) and with globalist elites openly promoting their "Great Reset" plan, that the long-talked about NWO "conspiracy theory" is now being implemented across the world. Everyone here knows what they have in store for us and for our children. It is a future where the concepts of freedom, privacy, tradition and private property do not exist. A future where you will be microchipped and forcefully vaccinated with DNA-altering poisons at the whim of the government, where all of your movements will be tracked and monitored, where Christianity will be heavily persecuted if not outlawed entirely, where the ownership of assets will be limited to the elite. In short, they have in mind the creation of a permanent slave underclass. The total domination of humanity, physically, psychologically and spiritually. If this sounds like a vision of Hell, that's because it is literally Satanic. This is the world system of Antichrist made manifest.

Donald Trump is the only major world leader who stands against this agenda. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are 100% on board with it, and if Biden assumes the Presidency he (or more accurately, the puppets pulling the doddering old fool's strings) will immediately begin working on the Great Reset/NWO agenda. Further, if Biden becomes President after "winning" an election that was so blatantly rigged, the United States of America will essentially no longer exist. Arguably, we are at that point already, even if Trump should prevail. If the citizens believe they can no longer have faith in the democratic process, then there is no longer the pretext of democracy in America. We have entered a new era. The only thing that matters at that point is power, and who is able to wield it. The means by which one attains that power are irrelevant. It is a game of victory or death. Thus the only rule is: "by any means necessary".

And so knowing the stakes, we return to Trump, standing at the crossroads. He will soon be faced with a monumental choice. He can submit to Biden's fraudulent victory and willingly vacate the Presidency, or he can refuse to do so and maintain control by any means necessary. The former will result not only in Trump's personal ruination (likely including imprisonment), but the ruination of his family, and the destruction of the United States discussed above. The latter would almost assuredly kick off an outright civil war, and even if Trump's faction should prevail, would embark the U.S. down an uncertain and uncharted path of American Caesarism. And yet, however grim these two possibilities are, Trump must indeed choose one of them over the coming weeks. His hand has been forced. The die must be cast.

I hope and pray that Trump can rise to this moment, and that not only is God not done using him as a cudgel of divine punishment against the wicked powers of the world, but has in fact preserved and prepared him for precisely this opportunity, when all the cards are on the table and every player has gone all-in. Now is the time Trump must act decisively. He must be prepared to use the full power of the Presidency and his authority as Commander in Chief to crush his enemies, who are the servants of the evil one and who work to bring America fully under their Satanic one-world system. After he has fully exposed the attempt to steal the election, he must use his authority under the Insurrection Act to arrest and/or kill everyone who participated in this plot. He must arrest the leadership of the Democrat Party, everyone of significance in the mainstream media, the major players in big tech, and the numerous other globalist string pullers and heavyweights behind the scenes who are mostly unknown to us (i.e. Soros and his ilk). These people have outed themselves as enemies of America and must be treated as such.

Trump won the election in a landslide. He has the loyalty of the American people. He has the loyalty of the police and the military. It is within his power to take this fight and to win it. If he submits to the forces of the NWO, we are doomed as free people and must spend the rest of our lives seeking only spiritual solace (if this is God's plan, so be it, we will endure until the end). But perhaps there is yet hope, and the final hour of America has not yet come. Perhaps Trump will cross the Rubicon and take the fight to the forces of darkness, beating back the globalists and giving the United States another chance to turn things around.

Whatever the outcome, we must remember that things are in God's hands now. If Trump succeeds, he will be regarded by history as the greatest President since George Washington, and a leader of world-historical significance. If he fails he will be vilified by all sides, his Presidency marking the destruction of the country. And so our fortunes rise and fall with him. We must pray for our President. We must pray for the strength to endure the trials to come, which will be severe either way things go. We must pray. We must pray. We must pray. For the great mass of humanity who sit breathlessly, watching Trump stand at the crossroads of history, there is naught else to be done.

Hey guys, a friend of mine (liberal) asked me why Rudy is saying fraud in public but not in court proceedings? I am not knowledgeable on the law Enough I guess and was unsure how to answer this. Anyone with thoughts to this?

Supreme Court Reveals New Circuit Assignments for Justices — What You Need to Know

The justices on the U.S. Supreme Court have received their circuit assignments. The most notable of these, perhaps, is that the newest Justice Amy Coney Barrett will handle applications submitted in the Seventh Circuit, where she was a circuit judge for three years.

Here’s what the Supreme Court’s Friday order said on the assignment front:
For the District of Columbia Circuit, John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice,
For the First Circuit, Stephen Breyer, Associate Justice,
For the Second Circuit, Sonia Sotomayor, Associate Justice,
For the Third Circuit, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Associate Justice,
For the Fourth Circuit, John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice,
For the Fifth Circuit, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Associate Justice,
For the Sixth Circuit, Brett M. Kavanaugh, Associate Justice,
For the Seventh Circuit, Amy Coney Barrett, Associate Justice,
For the Eighth Circuit, Brett M. Kavanaugh, Associate Justice,
For the Ninth Circuit, Elena Kagan, Associate Justice,
For the Tenth Circuit, Neil M. Gorsuch, Associate Justice,
For the Eleventh Circuit, Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice,
For the Federal Circuit, John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice.

What it means

The federal court system is made up of district courts, appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. After a case has made its way through one of the nation’s 94 trial courts, a party may appeal to the circuit court in their jurisdiction. The image below helpfully outlines what the circuit boundaries are and identifies them by circuit number.

Screen-Shot-2020-11-20-at-10.37.24-AM.png

As you can see from the list above, there are 13 federal circuits.

The First through Eleventh Circuit courts are self-explanatory. The District of Columbia Circuit, given its location, handles some of the most high-profile and controversial political appeals in the country. The Federal Circuit, as the court’s website notes, is unique in its nationwide jurisdiction and the kinds of claims it handles:

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit was established under Article III of the Constitution on October 1, 1982. The court was formed by the merger of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals and the appellate division of the United States Court of Claims. The court is located in the Howard T. Markey National Courts Building on historic Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C.

The Federal Circuit is unique among the thirteen Circuit Courts of Appeals. It has nationwide jurisdiction in a variety of subject areas, including international trade, government contracts, patents, trademarks, certain money claims against the United States government, federal personnel, veterans’ benefits, and public safety officers’ benefits claims. Appeals to the court come from all federal district courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. The court also reviews certain administrative agency decisions, including those from the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Boards of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, the Congressional Office of Compliance, the Government Accountability Office Personnel Appeals Board, and the U.S. International Trade Commission.

The Supreme Court helpfully explains, at length, why the justices’ circuit assignments matter. Petitioners will submit emergency applications to an individual justice. A recent example? Pennsylvania Republicans (in the Third Circuit) submitted an emergency application with Justice Samuel Alito, asking for an injunction in an election-related case. Alito responded by granting the request himself 34 to the rest of the Supreme Court.

You may have noticed as well that petitions for a writ of certiorari (a petition for SCOTUS to hear a case) note which circuit the petition is coming from: On Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the _____ Circuit.

“[F]our of the nine Justices must vote to accept a case. Five of the nine Justices must vote in order to grant a stay, e.g., a stay of execution in a death penalty case,” the high court’s rules note. “Under certain instances, one Justice may grant a stay pending review by the entire Court.”

You'll just have to wait and see.... why would you say it is a small chance? THEY HAVE THE DOCUMENTS!!!!
Dunno man, these judges seem to be putting roadblocks. Can have the best evidence but if these nincompoops are all sold out...kinda hard to push even the strongest case. I still believe in the Trump Train and holding on for dear life but I'm only human so it's natural to cast my doubts...

I watched the press conference. It was great and very informative. I did not, however, see the answer to why he uses the word fraud in public but not in court - probably a simple answer but just was curious
From the press conference, I understood them to be working on several levels:

1. Legal stuff: Not following the election rules/laws, such as not being allowed to witness the counting, or mail-in ballot envelopes not being counted, therefore those ballots are invalid.
2. Local fraud: Backdating late ballots, dead people voting, over 200% of voters voting, etc.
3. Mid-level fraud: Dems shipping in pre-filled ballots in the middle of the night, counting ballots for Biden multiple times etc.
4. High-level fraud: Conspiracy of Dems and hostile foreign entities (commies, Soros, etc.) using bribery, blackmail, and specially programmed voting machines to subvert the election.

Whilst they have evidence of all of the above, they can take no.1 to court quicker than no.2, no.2 is quicker than no.3 etc.

The higher level it is the more information/evidence they need to acquire. In other words, its quicker and easier to get statements from people who werent allowed to witness the count, plus pictures/video of this occurring, than it is to get a forensic analysis of computer code, or statistical models of voting patterns.

There's either a rabbit in the hat or there's not. Usually, as far as historical cases go, there is not. But occasionally there is. The odds were against King Harald going down with an arrow in the eye despite wearing a helmet in the Battle of Hastings. But these things happen.
