Dunno man, these judges seem to be putting roadblocks. Can have the best evidence but if these nincompoops are all sold out...kinda hard to push even the strongest case. I still believe in the Trump Train and holding on for dear life but I'm only human so it's natural to cast my doubts...

2) There has been a litany of specifics provided in press conferences and minor law suits.

But also a little insulting to William the Bastard ...I do generally think this is a little dismissive of the magnitudinal information and irrefutable evidence that will be provided in conjunction with the Constitutional and legal challenges. You dont release the stuff before the case because it will go something like this:

Whistleblower: Hillary Clinton kept loads of secret emails on her public devices.
Lawyer on news: Hillary Clinton kept loads of secret emails on her public devices.

7 days later:
FBI: Hillary, give us your devices.
Hillary: Oh, I destroyed them 6.95 days ago, sorry.
FBI: No problem.

Months later:
Judge to lawyer: You have no evidence, case dismissed.

After seeing some poll by Reuters that only half of Republicans think the election was stolen, I was thinking that there is a real opportunity for a legitimate pollster like Trafalgar, Democracy Institute, or Baris to start general polling. I for one would pay a monthly fee for real polls done by upright, honest men. For example, I'd like to know how many voters think this election was stolen.

The MSM (including Fox) fake news polls serve the same function that Wikipedia does for big tech-- it underscores and legitimizes phony narratives about people and events. Think of how many policies and narratives are driven by these public opinion polls ("it's fruitless to fight idea x - 67% of Americans disagree with you!"). After the past few elections, who trusts any poll these clowns put out? Rasmussen is more trustworthy but his polls have tended to be all over the place.

I know it's allegorically illustrative of a shocking event that had major impact in world history... I just think that Trump's legal team needs to have a nuke in terms of a smoking gun, to present to the supreme court. It needs to be easily understandable to the common man. The supreme court are NOT that common man, but they risk triggering civil unrest if they overturn the election on the basis of evidence that seems a bit technical and that the media can cast doubt on. Even the supreme court will be conscious of the optics and social unrest. I myself am convinced of voter fraud by statistical anomalies such as those presented by Dr Shiva. The average NPC won't be. It has to be good, so that you can make a screenshot and show the worst NPC and he will lapse into incoherence and then silence.

I just get the feeling watching Trump, Pompeo, Powell, and a few others that they have something that when they drop it its going to be earth shattering. Trump has never been a big bluffer, and Powell has no reason to put her reputation on the line like this. They're basically going all in on something.

Apparently the Trump legal team is sitting on a few thousand tactical nukes in terms of evidence. Go back and watch the clips from the press briefing from Trumps legal team from yesterday on cspan 3(just read the last 20 or so pages of this thread along with watching the videos )

most of us that have been following along are not that worried yet. It is somewhat unclear what all the Supreme Court can actually do in such a situation, if they have overwhelming evidence of widespread fraud do they have the constitutional authority to overturn a states votes that were already certified? Or if the Supreme Court issues orders to a state to follow laws and not count illegal ballots that came in late and those states count them anyways? Then what?

It's strange to realize that Trump is currently standing at not only one of the greatest crossroads in political history, but in all of human history. Strange because such things are usually only evident in hindsight, with the passage of many years and the knowledge of how subsequent events played out. But in this case the stakes are quite clear with only our current knowledge. And these stakes are higher than any before. Trump is not only fighting for his life and the lives of his family. He's not just fighting for his legacy. He's not even fighting for the survival of the Republic of the United States. Trump is literally fighting for the continued existence of humanity as we know it.

There is just too much to go through in terms of videos and presentations and misinformation tweets. Maybe there is some way to have a shared doc or closed wiki or even just a separate thread where we have an easy 1 pager, or set of 10 facts/arguments we can copy and paste and send out to whomever will listen? Tweets keep getting deleted and debunked and it's impossible to keep up with everything but we need an easily digestible counterpoint.
