7 Steps To Stop Heart Palpitations (And Improve Digestion)

I've been making my own Brawndo, it's got electrolytes.

I mix up one large water bottle of the stuff every day and drink the whole thing throughout the day. I've noticed a big difference in how I feel since I've started doing this. It's cheap and easy, I recommend people at least try this for themselves. I think a lot of our food especially in the US is lacking nutrients. Electrolytes regulate many essential processes, people can be deficient and not even realize it.

It's just water and four simple ingredients. I add the following to my 1.5l bottle:

1.5 teaspoons of magnesium citrate powder
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
1/2 teaspoon of potassium chloride powder
1 teaspoon of aluminum free baking soda (very good for your kidneys)

I initially learned about this recipe and was using it for fasting purposes, but now I drink it even when I'm not fasting, because of the difference it makes.

Pretty close to what the Snake Juice guy does on Youtube, promotes fasting and drinking Water with a mix just like that for electrolytes.
Yep, that's how I learned about it. Not the best tasting thing you'll ever drink, but like I said, can tell a difference after drinking it.

I'm interested that it might be caffeine, though I'm not sure, I've seen a greater association after drinking alcohol (subsequent days after drinking a fair amount). I've also found that Magnesium supplements, which are good to take anyway, are definitely a key in diminishing the symptoms.

Going from a SAD garbage processed fast food diet to a home cooked meal more-or-less healthy diet usually comes with a big change in one important area.

Most people do not use nearly enough salt in their food and it is a requirement for decent electrolyte balance. Can't have stomach acid without it either. Eating too much fiber causes digestive upset as well.
