Why is it wrong to be in favor of criminal justice reform? Look at the actual bills under consideration---none of them would release people guilty of violent crimes. Can someone here please explain the opposition to these bills?

The ugly reality these days is that cops lock up repeat offenders on parole violations for non-violent drug offences and other non-violent crimes because they are quite aware that the people they're tossing back in jail are anything but non-violent.
There's not a lot of people in jail for repeatedly getting busted with a baggie of weed but getting busted with a baggie of weed is a great excuse to toss a gang-banger back behind bars where he should have stayed rather than being paroled by liberal assholes who will never have to live near the bastard.
So you have hundreds or maybe thousands of murders, rapists, muggers and other scumbags locked up for "non-violent crimes" simply because the constabulary don't want to wait for the assholes to kill someone else (or many people before they're finally caught) before they can put them away again.

Who decided that a person/corporation/nation's treatment of homosexuals and trannies is the ultimate litmus test of their worthiness? Reminds me of what i said in the complaints of donald trump thread, that the "proposition nation" idea is an autismo at odds with reality, as you can't enforce whether anyone even buys into that idea(I don't for ex.). It's akin to the USSR's "new soviet man" concept.

Guys like Kirk or Tommy Robinson are on too tight a leach, they have to stick with the program religiously (figuratively, and literally in this case...). As a result they will occasionally show their hand and eventually lose the smarter part of their followers.
Unfortunately given their huge resources and media reach, they end up replacing most of this audience with a well-meaning but gullible public. They use wedge politics and emotional manipulations to drive their agendas, hiding its real nature.
Their funders, people like Adelson, Koch, Singer, Mercer or Moskowitz are fundamentally Open Border Kalergists, in favor of diluting European Christians as a key tool to cement their economic and cultural domination.

Charles isn't a conservative. He is an aspirational, liberal capitalist. A conservative is primarily concerned with their family, then church, locality, region, nation, civilisation. I haven't heard him say anything about the family. If you are not talking about that, you are not a conservative. He mostly talks about capitalism, which is a component of liberalism.
He believes that if you can just connect to poor 3rd world immigrants and millennials, they will all get on board with his program of shrinking government, innovating and making money. But one of the problems is, if you allow people free range, they won't believe what you tell them is right. They will end up believing endless different things that are increasingly at odds. You'll never get a majority of people who will abide by the rules of liberals.
Also noticed that he makes large amounts of demonic, disgusted micro-expressions.

Kirk also throws out the red herring of EB-5 Visas (VISAs for wealthy investors), which are a few thousand, while ignoring the that vast majority-- hundreds of thousands-- are to (like the H1B) replace entry to mid-level tech workers with cheap white-collar labor.
Steve Sailer did some investigation. In short, 76% of top 50 donor Democrat money came from Jewish donors, 56% of top 50 Republican donor money was from Jews. That's a lot of influence. More here. Follow the money indeed.
