I think a lot of guys apply their own biases way too strongly, when they should take them with a grain of salt. For example, I was never hot for Julia Roberts, even when she was young, but I wouldn't try to say she's plain. I can tell she was pretty, but I wasn't hot for her. In comparison, young Meg Ryan seemed super desirable in the movie InnerSpace. It's funny because when I just looked up pictures of her from that movie, she reminds me of old Meg Ryan, and doesn't do much for me. However, I remember being wound up about how pretty she was when I first watched the movie.
As someone noted above, the standard chart of ranking 1's through 10's has a number of examples that we could dispute. Some 5's are 4's or 3's. Some 6's are 7's and some 8's are 6's.
My point is that you have to separate what appeals to you from what you can tell is objectively attractive to a large number of men. By its definition, Sexual Market Value (SMV) speaks to the level of mass appeal. In the case of this 26 year old sex tourist, she objectively has a slender body, with a nice hip to waist ratio, and at least medium sized tits. This is well above average, even if obesity was not so wide spread. That's a pretty good body for a woman. Now I think her tits could be more fantastic, but still, she's pretty good.
Now her face is decent. It's true that her nose is a little weird, but really, you have to admit that a large percentage of men will find her face attractive, especially in person, with nice makeup and hair. Some of the other pictures on Instagram look very nice, in addition to the bikini picture. However, she's not drop dead gorgeous, merely attractive.
So, she's between a 6.5 and a 7. Perhaps a 7 because she has both a pretty good face and a pretty good body. If her face was slightly more attractive, and her curves were slightly more enticing, she'd be an easy 8, but they are not.
Anyone saying she is 4 or a 5, or saying she is completely unfuckable is like me saying young Julia Roberts was unfuckable, just because she didn't turn me on in particular. SMV estimates for these kind of situations should be one's best guess at what the majority of men (the sexual marketplace) would think, not your particular level of attraction.
You could say, "I see she's a 7, but she doesn't do anything for me", or you could say "I see she's only somewhat above average in both body and face, but there's something about her that just makes me want to fuck her brains out, wife her up, and put a bun in her oven." Almost every woman, even the 4's and 5's, elicits both responses out of some men.
Anyway, she's between a 6.5 and a 7. She was probably a half point higher a few years ago, and the wall has already started to hit.
