At one point when you put his name into Google, the first thing that would come up was a photo of a monkey. Does anyone remember this? Someone had rigged Google this way as a joke. Liberals found it hilarious.
Then there were the hundreds of memes, like the one below.
I understand there is a different history behind calling black people monkeys. But there is also a more recent history to the insult. If you don't want people making comparisons between monkeys and anyone, don't spend eight years mocking your president with it.

I just realized. How long has it been since we've had a family value, conservative tv show on the air? I'm sure there's something I'm missing on cable that I'm not aware of. I remember flipping through and seeing either the same movies, infomercials, or old caps of old shows. Is most tv just liberal now?

From what I can see, the networks went full SJW about 15 years ago. Cable channels like ABC Family (now called "Freeform") and The Hallmark Channel then took over the kind of family fare you used to see on regular TV.
But these networks are directed towards kids and women, not men. Maybe that's the reason men feel the loss of conservative values on TV -- and a reason a lot of men have tuned out of the mainstream.
